Matthew Perry's Ketamine Problem Was So Bad! He Was Even About To Start Dealing It, Claims Source!

Matthew Perry's Cause Of Death Listed As 'Deferred' After Autopsy, Toxicology Report Requested

The details just keep coming from the investigation into Matthew Perry’s death. And none of them are pretty.

As we’ve been following, five people were arrested this week in connection with the late Friends star’s shocking 2023 death — which was determined last year to be from the “acute effects of ketamine.” Included is his personal live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, Jasveen Sangha — otherwise known as “The Ketamine Queen,” doctors Salvador Plascencia and Mark Chavez, and dealer Erik Fleming. You can read all about the roles they played and their specific charges HERE.

TMZ reported that in addition to the arrests, multiple electronic devices, including computers and cell phones were seized with a search warrant. And what was shown on some of those devices is truly deplorable…

According to United States Attorney Martin Estrada, multiple defendants attempted to “cover up” their involvement in the Fools Rush In star’s death. Apparently, Jasveen, who faces the most charges and is said to have distributed the dose of ketamine which ultimately killed Matthew, instructed her accomplices to “delete all our messages” after learning of the TV actor’s passing. According to the Associated Press, the defendants also falsified medical records in an attempt to cover their tracks.

How awful.

Estrada explained Matthew “fell back into addiction,” adding in his statement:

“These defendants took advantage of Mr. Perry’s addiction issues to enrich themselves. They knew what they were doing was wrong. They knew what they were doing was risking great danger to Mr. Perry, but they did it anyways. In the end, these defendants were more interested in profiting off Mr. Perry than caring for his wellbeing.”

But what we didn’t know is just how bad his ketamine addiction truly was…

An insider told Page Six on Thursday that he was so infatuated with the drug that he was interested in pursuing plans to sell it himself! The source alleged:

“He was telling me this [ketamine] is fantastic, he wanted to go into business with this one guy in Glendale, or somewhere in the Valley. Obviously this guy was giving him as much as he wanted, and with an addict, you can’t do that, it was terrible. I think Matthew was even able to get ketamine without seeing a doctor.”

Damn. We know that last part is true. This is all so terribly sad. Especially since it was believed that Matthew had finally gotten clean and sober
