We’ve heard extremes on both ends. A couple sources have said Justin body-shamed Blake with a comment about her weight! Even if he was trying to be tactful as we’ve heard, it was still horribly insulting to a woman who just gave birth to her fourth child. Others have said he was downright dictatorial and almost method acting as his abusive character. Yeesh.

On the other hand, production insiders have accused Blake and hubby Ryan Reynolds of hijacking the film from the less-well-known Justin so they could create a business opportunity for her.

We may never know the full extent either (or both) of these are true. But we have heard one juicy new tidbit. On her latest podcast DeuxMoi revealed she’s been getting tips about the movie set problems for months! Most of what she had in her back emails has already come out… Her sources mostly agreed Justin was tough to work with, with one saying he had a “huge ego” and wasn’t who he portrayed himself to be in public. Others corroborated the story about Blake and Ryan hiring their own editor out of pocket to make her cut of the movie — and though Justin’s tested better, Blake used her star power and friendship with author Colleen Hoover to get her way, telling Sony she wouldn’t promote the movie if they didn’t use her version. One even said she told them she’d get Taylor Swift to block them from using her song! DAMN!

But that’s all stuff we’ve pretty much heard before — not this one thing. An anonymous source from the set told Deux:

“Justin was a major d**k to everyone on set, and to top it off didn’t want any feedback from Blake when she had really great input. It got so contentious that they had to rehearse scenes apart with stand-ins and only actually saw each other for the actual scene shooting.”

Whoa! So when we’re hearing about factions developing on set, this wasn’t a secret thing. If these two wouldn’t even be on set together except for the filming when they absolutely had to, everyone would have known about it! Hell, she’s a producer on the movie, and he’s the director! This is worse than some of the other on-set conflicts we’ve followed lately then… and just might join the club of legendary star wars we’ve heard about over the years.

Here are a few other co-stars who refused to be on set together…

Jerome Flynn & Lena Headey

According to a tea-spilling Game Of Thrones crew member, Queen Cersei and Ser Bronn of the Blackwater are never in scenes together because the stars won’t even be in the same room!

Believe it or not, the two characters have never exchanged a word on the show, and have only ever been in the same shot once in a scene — without even looking at one another.

Fans will remember in the Season 7 finale Bronn leaves to “have a drink while the fancy folks talk.” And in Season 8, Episode 1 Cersei hires Bronn — but she sends her right hand man Qyburn to speak to him.

Rumor has it the actors, who briefly date IRL in 2002, had such a contentious breakup they now have to be kept apart at all costs.

We don’t know what they did to one another, but if they’re willing to make an entire TV production plan around them it must have been BAD.

The Rock and Vin Diesel

From their first meeting in Fast Five, Dominic Toretto and Luke Hobbs were on opposite sides of the law — but it turned out that animosity extended beyond the screen.

During the filming of the eighth movie in the Fast and Furious franchise, The Rock posted on social media about dealing with a “candy ass” on set. And it quickly became clear which costar he was talking about. Vin Diesel may have copped to the feud — but never to the initial reason. The closest we got was Johnson going on the record to Rolling Stone:

“Vin and I had a few discussions, including an important face-to-face in my trailer. And what I came to realize is that we have a fundamental difference in philosophies on how we approach moviemaking and collaborating. It took me some time, but I’m grateful for that clarity. Whether we work together again or not.”

The result of all of this seems to have been the delay of FF 9, with The Rock’s spinoff with Jason Statham, Hobbs And Show, being pushed into production next — much to the chagrin of Tyrese Gibson, who started his own beef over the need to get paid on another of these films.

We doubt if The Rock will even return to the franchise proper, especially now that Vin has announced his wrestling rival John Cena is joining the next installment.
He finished his statement to RS:

“Right now I’m concentrating on making the spinoff as good as it can be. But I wish him all the best, and I harbor no ill will there, just because of the clarity we have… Actually, you can erase that last part about ‘no ill will.’ We’ll just keep it with the clarity.”

Nick Nolte and Julia Roberts

I Love Trouble is largely forgotten, but the feud at its center will live in Hollywood infamy.

The 1994 film, about two reporters facing down danger to uncover a major crime, was meant to evoke the screwball romantic comedies of the 1940s, with Roberts and Nolte playing hated rivals who end up teaming up and then falling in love. However the enmity between the two stars was all too real.

According to Julia, her costar was abrasive and threw tantrums on set — and she did everything she could to stay away. Eventually despite their onscreen romance, the two had to be filmed separately with stand-ins! Years afterward the Pretty Woman star was quoted as calling Nolte “completely disgusting” in a NY Times interview. Nolte responded by saying:

“It’s not nice to call someone ‘disgusting.’ But she’s not a nice person. Everyone knows that.”

DAMN.

Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams

This one is shocking as the costars famously dated after this incident.
But director Nick Cassavetes spilled the tea from behind the scenes of The Notebook about how one day Ryan Gosling refused to shoot with future girlfriend Rachel McAdams. He told VH1:

“Maybe I’m not supposed to tell this story, but they were really not getting along one day on set. Really not. And Ryan came to me, and there’s 150 people standing in this big scene, and he says, ‘Nick come here.’ And he’s doing a scene with Rachel and he says, ‘Would you take her out of here and bring in another actor to read off camera with me?’ I said, ‘What?’ He says, ‘I can’t. I can’t do it with her. I’m just not getting anything from this.'”

“I’m just not getting anything from this”?? And she still dated him after that?!
We mean, he is Ryan Gosling, but still…

Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes

For those of you who don’t even remember Blade: Trinity, let us take you back to a time before Marvel Studios had nailed the comic book movie formula…

In 1998, Wesley Snipes slayed as Marvel Comics’ resident vampire hunter in the action-packed Blade. But by 2004, he had gotten a bit… difficult, from what we’ve heard. He reportedly stayed in character and would only communicate to the director via notes signed “Blade.” In one scene he infamously refused to open his eyes, and his eyes had to be added in later with CG! Really!

Enter Ryan Reynolds…

Long before he was playing Deadpool, he was always basically Deadpool. He was an action hero in the making who couldn’t help himself from improvising and cracking wise on set, ad-libbing in his own jokes. Ryan may get paid the big bucks to do just that these days, but it was something Snipes supposedly couldn’t take. Word is, he would only come to set for his closeups for scenes with Ryan, leaving him to film everything else by himself or with a stand-in.

But 20 years later Ryan extended an olive branch to his former co-star, asking him to reprise the role of Blade for a surprisingly big role in Deadpool & Wolverine! So we guess they’re all good now!

Channing Tatum and Emma Watson

Both stars made appearances in Seth Rogen‘s star-studded apocalypse comedy This Is The End — but their cameos originally overlapped! Towards the end of the film, Channing Tatum appears in a gimp mask as the sex toy of Danny McBride.

Apparently Emma Watson was supposed to be in that scene, too. But word is she looked around at what was happening, and it was just too much. Of course, most of the wild debauchery was in the script — but according to an extra, Channing breakdancing in his leather sex mask made her walk off set and call her agent. Costar James Franco pretty much confirmed the story later, though he graciously never mentioned Emma by name, telling the story to Interview magazine:

“This actress — I won’t say who, but she had a smaller role in the film — walked off the movie in the middle of a scene. What was going on around her was, I guess, too extreme for her… And she said, ‘Yeah, I’ve got to leave.'”

We understand saying no to that kind of a scene when you’ve got a squeaky clean Hermione image you want to protect — but why agree to a script with a giant devil penis and an impaled Michael Cera (separate scenes, LOLz!) in the first place??

Helen Hunt And Bill Paxton

This one you’d never be able to tell by the movie — because it technically wasn’t in the movie!

Long before its sequel, Twister was one of the first modern disaster movies and still one of the biggest hits. And at the center of the 1996 flick was a His Girl Friday-style love story about two divorced meteorologists played wonderfully by Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton.

But things on set didn’t have quite so happy an ending…

Rumors flew at the time the stars didn’t get along behind the scenes — which couldn’t have been helped by the fact Hunt hated shooting the movie altogether.
Years later she described the “nightmare” to Huffington Post, saying:

“They didn’t paint in the hail with the computer. They made a hail machine and dropped giant balls of ice on us. I mean, it was crazy… They had firehoses pointed at us, and you couldn’t hear anything, which is not the safest way to make a movie, so I was really happy to make it through in one piece.”

We’re not sure how Bill Paxton made it worse, but the two apparently did NOT get along. But Helen Hunt has been an actress since she was a child, and she was a professional and did her job… until they decided to make a ride.

The Twister… Ride It Out ride was a mainstay at Universal Studios in Orlando for 17 years. If you rode, you probably remember the filmed bits before the ride began, in which Helen and Bill warned you about the power of wind — only they didn’t do it together.

Yep, the stars acknowledge one another on different TV screens, and this wasn’t done to make use of the space.

No, the stars reportedly wouldn’t even film the brief scripted interaction together and had to be shot separately.

According to insiders, Trav wants to make a jump from athleticism to the silver screen much like the Jumanji star did — and The Rock is rexady to help him pave the way:

“They have been speaking to each other a lot recently. They spent hours at his house talking about their life, careers, and ambitions. The Rock is the person whose path he wants to follow.”

In fact, the pair are already becoming good buddies, according to the source. And the Kansas City Chiefs player is a “sponge” during all their convos:

“He got out of this dinner with tons of information, and he really loves the connection and the friendship they are building. You learn with the best in the business, so he is turning into a ‘sponge’ to collect and get all the information and advice he can from people from that industry.”

The Rock is definitely the right guy for the job! He successfully moved from wrestler to huge movie star following a series of steps — balancing action with comedies and kids’ movies. Smart guy!

All in all, Trav wants to do exactly the same, to become “the new” Rock! The insider alleged:

“The Rock is everything that Travis is dreaming about in the industry. Travis asked loads of questions. He’s dreaming about becoming the new Rock.”

In a shocking report on The Wrap on Tuesday, Dwayne Johnson was accused of some really gross diva behavior, including peeing in plastic water bottles and making poor PAs dispose of his urine. But even more wasteful was the chronic tardiness! Sources told the outlet The Rock was often 7 or 8 hours late on the set of Red One, an upcoming Christmas action movie co-starring Chris Evans. Insiders said that alone upped the budget of the long-delayed blockbuster by $50 MILLION! Yeesh!

Amazon MGM denied the reports, but we mean… WTF else are they going to do? They don’t want this movie to be the one where The Rock showed up late and peed everywhere! They spent a quarter billion dollars on it, this is supposed to be their four-quadrant family hit for 2024!

Obviously we can’t know for sure since we weren’t there… but it turns out this wasn’t an isolated incident either! The Rock may have been flexing his diva muscles for the past several years!

According to a report from TMZ, the WWE star caused similar issues on the set of 2021’s Red Notice! If you don’t remember, we won’t blame you — not the way Netflix handles their “blockbuster” releases — but that was another big budget actioner co-starring Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot.

Per insiders, The Rock was causing delays with his tardiness on that movie, too. But that time he had someone calling him on his BS! Ryan may be known for being silly, but look at how much the man gets done! That’s a pro right there! And insiders say the Deadpool star took his giant co-star to task!

Ryan reportedly confronted The Rock about how much he was hurting the production — which was already overbudget due to the early days of COVID making everything that much harder. They had it out, but the fight was short-lived. A source corroborated the report to Page Six — though they downplayed how much of a screaming match it was:

“There was no stomping off set… no loud argument that’s not true.”

The insider noted this was “at the height of COVID” when “tensions were high.” They say it’s all “water under the bridge” now as both stars are “professionals.”

Well, that’s the question, isn’t it? Is The Rock being professional? Because all these reports from sets say otherwise! These are productions under totally different banners, too — Amazon and Netflix — which implies different sources. How is The Rock building up a rep like this if none of it is true??

It’s certainly disappointing to hear. We mean, this was the guy who famously went after “candy ass” Vin Diesel for being unprofessional on the set of the Fast & Furious movies. If he’s really costing movies this much money, that could cost people their jobs!

On Tuesday, The Wrap dropped a shocking bombshell report detailing some of the Black Adam star’s alleged behavior on set… That is, when he would show up to set at all!

Perhaps most bizarrely, Dwayne Johnson has a reputation for peeing in water bottles… This is actually something he’s copped to in the past! He talked about it back in 2021 during an interview with Esquire, explaining the amount of water he drinks doesn’t always work well with gyms that don’t have bathrooms attached… So instead of just counting the long restroom commutes as extra cardio, he opts to let it rip in water bottles. Wild, right? But that’s what he admits to. What he does with them, that’s one of the awful new allegations…

An insider claimed The Rock has brought his filthy habit out of the gym — even while shooting movies, the Moana star still prefers bottles over bathrooms! WTF?! But here’s the grossest part. This source says he makes personal assistants deal with the aftermath:

“On set, away from his trailer, if he needs to pee, he doesn’t go to the public bathroom. He pees in a Voss water bottle and his team or a PA has to dispose of it.”

So funny that it’s always a specific brand. Is it because of the wide mouth on the Voss bottle, do ya think?

But that’s not the ONLY thing he’s developed a reputation for…

According to sources, the hulking father of three is also notoriously late to sets. Like, seven to eight HOURS late. That’s almost the whole day! And it happens consistently! That tardiness led his upcoming blockbuster flick to BALLOON in budget!

The 51-year-old has spent the last couple years working on Red One, an action-packed Christmas movie co-starring Chris Evans. It’s slated for release this November, but was originally supposed to come out last Christmas. The delay was supposedly due to the Hollywood strikes, but The Rock’s alleged behavior may also have played a role. A Red One insider told The Wrap:

“The only thing Dwayne was consistent at was being chronically late.”

Oof.

According to the outlet, the Baywatch star apparently showed up to set seven to eight hours late PER DAY and would sometimes even miss entire days!! For those who don’t know, the most expensive thing in a movie is time. A production company has to rent a location for an allotted amount of time and pay dozens of crew members. So every hour costs tens of thousands of dollars, even more on a big action spectacular like this. When they can’t film because the star is off doing his own thing, the money just spills out the door like so many Voss bottles full of human waste…

The Rock being late allegedly cost the studio $50 million, according to three insiders who chose to remain anonymous over the risk of being canned! The film’s budget reportedly shot up to $250 mill  thanks to his conduct. DAMN!

That’s especially surprising given how quick Dwayne was to lay the smack down on Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel for being unprofessional on set in their famous feud. Because this is another level! One source called the production “a f**king disaster,” while another added:

“Dwayne truly doesn’t give a f**k.”

Another studio insider said The Rock’s “absolute refusal to work more than a four-or five-hour day” is what causes problems, with another calling it “a control thing.”

A “control thing”? Like making sure everyone knows he’s the boss? Yesssh!

Of course, this isn’t the official line on the movie. In response to the story, other production insiders told The Wrap that The Rock averaged no more than one hour of tardiness on the Red One set — and claimed that Amazon MGM, the studio behind the holiday movie, greenlit it at $250 million from the beginning. So he’s definitely late, just not inexcusably late?

As for the urinary activity, another insider denied he ever forced a PA to dispose of a contaminated water bottle on set:

“He would never ask another person to dispose of something like that.”

An official Amazon MGM rep has now released an official response to the report, saying in a statement:

Hmm. Of course, the studio has a vested interest in it making money — something tougher to do when the star is known to be problematic, as proved pretty definitively with The Flash… But why lie about it in the first place then??

The celebrity fitness trainer of stars like Khloé Kardashian and Jessica Simpson took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal the 4-year-old has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. Oh no! As Gunnar explained, this all started when Monroe “had a nagging cough, on and off fever, and an odd pallor to her” for a couple of days last week. Then, his wife Jess Peterson noticed bruising on her legs — something she felt was “odd since she hadn’t been very active because of the other symptoms.”

Out of precaution, she took Monroe to the hospital. The next thing the family knew, four days later, her white blood cell, platelet, hemoglobin, and hematocrit counts dropped, resulting in the little one needing transfusions. On top of that, Monroe had required a bone marrow biopsy and spinal taps. The tests eventually confirmed she had AML. So, so awful. Gunnar continued:

“How the f*#! did we get here?!?! More to come as we navigate the nightmare… Our Warrior Princess will crush this! She has even said it herself! Please hold our daughter, and our family-immediate and extended-in your hearts, thoughts, and prayers. As we are all aware; ‘you never know what someone is going through.’ Back to levity and fitness fodder, more on this as it unfolds. Into the storm.”

While Monroe undergoes chemotherapy, Gunnar noted the family has applied for a Make-A-Wish gift for her. See the post (below):

In all seriousness, on Tuesday the Dune actress revealed a horrible incident she had with a co-star once — and it has fans and one enormous mountain of a movie star searching for the name!

During her appearance on the Reign with Josh Smith this week, Rebecca recalled:

“I did a film with an absolute idiot of a co-star and this human being was being so insecure and angry because this person couldn’t get the scenes out. And I think I was so vulnerable and uncomfortable that I got screamed at and I would cry walking off set.”

Oh no! What kind of jerk would do this? Fergie wouldn’t name names — even being careful to tiptoe around pronouns — but did say they were the movie’s star, “number one on the call sheet”! And they used that weight to punch down at her!

“This person would literally look at me in front of the whole crew and say, ‘You call yourself an actor? This is what I have to work with?’ I stood there just breaking. Because this person was number one on the call sheet, there was no safety net for me. No one had my back.”

How dare they?! Finally the Doctor Sleep star had enough bullying and hit back:

“You get off my set. You can eff off. I’m gonna work towards a tennis ball. I never want to see you again.”

Demanding they be off set for her scenes? And she’d act against a tennis ball instead? Bold move! Unfortunately the movie execs took the star’s side:

“I remember the producers came up and said, ‘You can’t do this to number one. We have to let this person be on set.’ And I said, ‘The person can turn around and I can act to the back of the head.’ And I did. I was so scared. I feel it now when I’m saying it.”

Daaaamn. Thankfully the director finally admitted to her:

“‘You’re right. I am not taking care of everyone else. I’m trying to fluff this person because it’s so unstable.’ It was great from that moment, but it took so long for me to get to that.”

So now the investigation begins…

As we hinted, one co-star it definitely wasn’t? Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who was the lead in Hercules. Not only is The Rock known for not putting up with bad behavior on sets (see: his infamous fight with Vin Diesel), he’s never been known to exhibit it. That and he tweeted after hearing about the interview:

“Hate seeing this but love seeing her stand up to bulls**t. Rebecca was my guardian angel sent from heaven on our set. I love that woman. I’d like to find out who did this.”

OK, whoever this is has made a powerful enemy!

Who else do we know it isn’t? Well, she confirmed it wasn’t Hugh Jackman or Tom Cruise. Makes sense considering she’s done multiple movies with both stars. Why would she go back otherwise right? And we’ll remove anyone from the Dune films for the same reason — especially as she’d never be telling that story on the press tour for THIS MOVIE!

So who’s left on our roster of possible suspects? It’s actually a pretty short list…

We figure we can safely write off little Louis Serkis (son of Andy Serkis). He was the lead of The Kid Who Would Be King, and he was just a wee 14-year-old at the time.

Then there’s Emily Blunt, the star of The Girl on the Train. Could the Devil Wears Prada star be the real devil? No, she’s one of the few who have actually come out and denied it! Her rep told DailyMail.com on Wednesday:

“Rebecca and Emily are friends and there’s nothing but love between them.”

Who’s left?

Well, there’s Michael Fassbender, the star of The Snowman. Hmm. A possibility. We have seen him screaming at someone in candid photos before…

Chris Hemsworth was #1 on the call sheet for Men In Black: International, but we can’t imagine this beautiful, perfect man ever speaking to a woman that way…

Then there’s Hugh Grant, the star of Florence Foster Jenkins. Technically Meryl Streep may have been #1 on the call sheet, but she wasn’t in scenes with Rebecca nearly so much. Hugh has also been known to be cantankerous lately, though that’s usually been in a tongue-in-cheek way. At least we thought…

How about Ewan McGregor, who was the star of the surprisingly good Shining sequel Doctor Sleep? They really share only one scene together, so that one seems less likely.

Simone Garcia Johnson, who goes by wrestling stage name Ava Raine, has been receiving “death threats” online after her dad made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 40. Apparently Cody Rhodes was supposed to battle it out against Roman Reigns (who happens to be The Rock’s cousin btw). The match was supposed to be the next installment in Cody’s story after losing WrestleMania 39 — but he gave up his spot for The Rock amid the movie star’s return to the ring. His fans were PISSED! But for some reason, a bunch of them took it out on his daughter instead?!

On Monday, she took to X (Twitter) to ward off trolls:

“Can ya’ll just leave me out of this ffs I’m busy running a SHOW”

Ava is notably the on-screen general manager of NXT, WWE’s reality TV/live wrestling show. She added:

“Death threats over a situation I have nothing to do with…bffr.”

Fans quickly came to her defense on the app, writing things like:

“Apparently they were handing out ‘We Want Cody!’ signs at RAW. It is all a work and people need to stop buying into it. Dwayne is one of the greatest to ever do it so we need to stop the hate. Also, people need to stop sending Ava Raine death threats, she didn’t do anything.”

“I love you Simone. I’m so so sorry. This happened.. hon keep smiling keep grinding”

“If you’re sending death threats to Ava raine F**k you And go get a life”

But it would appear the hateful comments outweighed the hopeful ones, because on Tuesday, she DELETED her account.

WTF, people! Come on! She had NOTHING to do with all this! Like it would even be her decision!

He quickly went viral and has not been able to escape that picture ever since! Rather than trying to shy away from his past, he embraces it! And The Rock did so again for Christmas this year! The Moana star took to Instagram Monday to reveal he fully replicated the look. Not only that, he also sang his own inneresting version of the classic holiday track, The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire). While walking through his decorated home, he belted out:

“Chestnuts roasting on an open fire/ ‘90s Rock nipping at your nose/ I’m walking down the hall/ looking cool as f**k/ just take one look at my amazing clothes/ Everybody knows/ a turkey and some camel toe, I mean, mistletoe/ helps to make the season bright/ although it’s been said, many times, many ways/ Merry Christmas, to you.”
