So THIS Is The Ominous Reason Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's Chief Of Staff Quit So Abruptly!

The whole world was shocked when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s chief of staff abruptly quit the job after spending about eight seconds in their employment.

Seriously, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s (now-former) chief of staff Josh Kettler was only on the high-profile job for three months before he quit! And ever since that resignation news first broke days ago, royal watchers have been trying to figure out why he left SO suddenly after accepting the gig. Confusing AF!

Well, now, we know a little bit more! Speaking to DailyMail.com on Thursday, a source shed unsettling new light on Kettler’s decision to walk away from the Montecito-based couple. According to that mole, the ex-COS realized very quickly that the position working under Harry and Meghan “wasn’t for him.” Why? Some aspects of the job apparently made him extremely uncomfortable! The DM insider spilled:

“There were aspects of it that he wasn’t comfortable with. He thought it was better to leave now than to continue in a job that he did not enjoy.”

Oof!

WHAT ASPECTS?! Sadly, the DM insider shed no more light on exactly what made him so allegedly uncomfortable. Page Six also reached out for confirmation on those claims and was given the cold shoulder. Mysterious!

Meanwhile, a separate People source claimed Kettler’s decision to leave the couple’s employ was a “mutual” agreement between the three of them. Furthermore, the mag’s reporting suggests that Kettler was only hired on a trial basis in the first place, and so his departure wasn’t controversial. Uh huh. Sure, Jan. The breakup was mutual, like so many are…

Regardless, we’re really curious as to what specifically made Kettler so uncomfortable with the gig. Maybe the guy just REALLY didn’t like jam?! Ha! But for real tho — any theories, y’all?? Share ’em (below)!
