Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards, who secretly eloped in March 2017, have officially welcomed their first child together!
The former Teen Mom OG pair have certainly had their ups and downs, but on Tuesday, the momma is said to have given birth to a baby boy named Jagger!

Per RadarOnline.com, the little one arrived around midnight, and Ryan was apparently not present as he reportedly returned to rehab just last week.
Sources say Mackenzie was not alone was she went into labor though, adding:
“Mackenzie’s mom Terran and dad Bobby were at the hospital. Ryan’s mom Jen and dad Larry were also there.”
The duo both have children from previous relationships. Ryan shares 9-year-old son Bentley with his ex Maci Bookout. Mackenzie shares 4-year-old son Hudson with her ex-husband, Zachary Stephens.
