As folks try to suss out who’s really to blame for the It Ends With Us drama, we’re hearing more and more about how unlikely culprit Blake may secretly be a mean girl! There was that one now-infamous interview clip which never aired before about a week ago, in which she essentially fat-shames a woman for bringing up her pregnancy. And worse.

This latest one is also when she’s pregnant, innerestingly. This time is from 2014. Speaking to Extra reporter AJ Calloway, she drops some pregnancy hot takes that have folks a decade later doing some double takes. AJ brings up the baby bump, telling Blake:

“How’s it going? My wife is seven months right now, so I know what it’s all like, the feet rubbing.”

Blake responds:

“Oh, she’s just taking advantage.”

She says the feet rubbing is “not necessary” and pregnant women “can exploit it if you want.” She tells AJ he’s a “sucker” for falling for complaints about symptoms:

“We just lie. It’s a perfect way to get what you want all the time. If you want chocolate ice cream at midnight…”

OK, so she’s kidding. What’s the problem?

A lot of women who have been through pregnancies did NOT appreciate the jokes — because with a JK or not, many men would believe her. Because that’s exactly what they want to hear. And it’s BS! They said:

“She does not speak for this ex pregnant woman and my swollen feet. Also some of us work on our feet 40+ hrs and don’t have the luxury of rest throughout an entire pregnancy.”

“I was on my feet working until I had my son. Yes they hurt, yes my husband rubbed them for me. I’m guessing she lives a pampered life whether pregnant or not so her feet probably aren’t sore.”

These women were triggered, y’all!

Plenty did defend Blake, saying she was just being “sarcastic” and has a “dry humor” people don’t get. However, a lot of commenters also felt like she was fueling the misogynistic POV that women should be quiet and servile. Many referred to her having big “Pearl energy” — referencing the anti-feminist female podcaster who attacks women on behalf of men. They felt she was kidding, but in a way to endear her to men, selling out women.

Brandon was the first person from the It Ends With Us cast to directly address the controversy surrounding the film. There’s clearly a beef between Blake and director Justin Baldoni — with just about everyone taking Blake’s side so far. Some claim this was a result of his behavior toward Blake on set while others are putting her on blast for neglecting to discuss the serious topic of domestic violence during her promo efforts. Tons of resurfaced interviews have also popped up online, all damaging her reputation.

It’s so messy, and Brandon (who played Blake’s other love interest in the film) was DONE with it! In a lengthy statement on Instagram this week, he defended Blake and the book’s author Colleen Hoover, arguing that they’ve been vilified for no reason. He wrote:

“Colleen and the women of this cast stand for hope, perseverance, and for women choosing a better life for themselves. Vilifying the women who put so much of their heart and soul into making this film because they believe so strongly in its message seems counterproductive and detracts from what this film is about. It is, in fact, the opposite of the point. What may or may not have happened behind the scenes does not and hopefully should not detract from what our intentions were in making this film. It’s been disheartening to see the amount of negativity being projected online.”

He went on to say he and the cast understood the great “responsibility” they had in bringing this story to life, adding:

“Ultimately it’s meant to spread love and awareness. It is not meant to once again, make the women the ‘bad guy,’ let’s move beyond that together.”

He didn’t clarify any of the rumored BTS drama, but he was clearly standing firmly on the Gossip Girl alum’s side since he did not tag Justin in the post.

Well, what he thought would put an end to the drama has only made it worse, especially for him! Fans are now clapping back, accusing him of “mansplaining” and misunderstanding the real problem at hand! While Brandon (smartly) disabled comments under the IG post, critics took to other social media platforms to put him on blast, writing:

“We are not vilifying. We are giving a honest reaction to a bad promotion. Don’t try to make this what it’s not.”

As mentioned, tons of people have been upset with Blake’s marketing. She spent a lot of the press tour jointly promoting her new hair care line and alcohol company. And when she was talking about the film, it was usually not about the sensitive topic — instead focusing on the flower shop element, for example, or sometimes swerving questions about DV!

Heck, she even encouraged fans to dress up in florals to see the movie like they were showing up to a rom-com and not a story about abuse! Just totally tone-deaf — and the complete opposite to Justin’s approach. Even Brandon has seemed baffled by some of Blake’s responses during joint interviews — though he’s also leaned into the goofy promo, like playing flower Pictionary with his leading lady at one point.

Not to mention, Blake was doing this light-hearted promo despite Colleen dealing with years of criticism for glorifying and romanticizing abuse in her books.  It’s one reason not everyone was thrilled with the movie adaptation. The ladies should’ve seen this drama coming a mile away and done what they could to avoid it, but nope!

If you didn’t see the latest ridiculousness, Trump put up multiple posts on his Truth Social on Sunday heavily implying Tay had endorsed him for President. Him. A convicted felon and legally declared rapist. Uh huh.

The pics included one real photo of a woman who had a homemade t-shirt that read “Swifties for Trump” at one of his rallies. But the rest included AI pics of a whole crowd of women wearing the t-shirts, a headline claiming Swifties were turning to Trump after the foiled terrorist plot, and worst of all one of Taylor herself doing an Uncle Sam only telling you “to vote for Donald Trump.” The posts were even clearly labeled satire to protect whoever put them out.

But Trump posted them anyway, saying he accepts her endorsement. He even doubled down, later sharing another video of one of his followers trying to push this narrative without any hint of satire.

Tay has yet to respond publicly despite tons of her fans encouraging her to sue! But in private, per sources close to the You Need To Calm Down singer, she’s irate! One insider spilled to DailyMail.com how Tay and her team feel about the whole thing:

“If she didn’t support him last time, she’s not going to support him now.”

They also assured fans Tay would absolutely NOT be endorsing Trump:

“He’s clearly lost it. In more ways than one.”

We never thought she would. However, we kind of assumed — despite the much-hyped fears of right-wing pundits — that Taylor would NOT be speaking out about politics at all anymore. She certainly has held her tongue through a lot of horrible stuff lately — like the resurgence of hate speech against the LGBTQ+ community that loves her so much.

Hell, she’s held her tongue enough that there actually really does exist at least one girl who’s part of the Trump cult who thinks Taylor would approve!

This act, however, may have finally crossed the line. It’s not just the theft of her voice, taking it to endorse someone without her permission — something we know strikes at her heart. She’s a writer first, and she’s made clear she values her own expression more than anything.

But it’s also using AI to attribute actions to her against her will. And that just happened on X (Twitter) a few months ago. That was putting her in sexual positions, this one is putting her in a political one. But both are against her will, recreating her as the troll sees fit, ignoring her agency in all this.

Heck, we wouldn’t be surprised if this is the final straw for Taylor, and she actually does come out swinging against Trump, just the way his followers have been afraid of, after he sunk this low.

On Sunday, the former president and current presidential candidate took to his Truth Social app to share what appeared to be AI-generated images of T-Swift fans wearing “Swifties for Trump” t-shirts. One seemingly fake photo (which even clarified that it was “satire,” BTW) featured a ton of women wearing the shirts with the caption:

“Swifties turning to Trump after ISIS foiled Taylor Swift concert”

That’s a reference to the singer’s canceled Vienna concerts, which were shut down after a terrorist attack threat was unearthed by authorities. Two of the suspects who were arrested had alleged ties to ISIS.

Another faux endorsement picture featured Taylor as Uncle Sam with the caption:

“Taylor wants you to VOTE for Donald Trump”

Meanwhile, there was one image that did appear to be real, featuring content creator Jenna Piwowarczyk in a white “Swifties for Trump” shirt. She wore the homemade t-shirt at a Trump rally in Racine, Wisconsin in June and apparently started the “Swifties for Trump” movement, according to a YouTube video over the weekend.

Still, the majority of the pics are totally fake and misleading AF! But that didn’t stop Trump — who clearly knows how influential the musician is — from acting as if it was all real though! He captioned his post, “I accept!” See (below):

In defense of the AI-generated self-promo, Donny’s campaign spokesman Stephen Cheung told Deadline:

“Swifties for Trump is a massive movement that grows bigger every single day.”

But “massive” is definitely a stretch! While it’s true that some Swifties are in support of the Republican nominee, the support for Donald is far lower than that for his rival Kamala Harris. Currently, a “Swifties for Trump” X (Twitter) account has just over 3,000 followers — while a “Swifties for Kamala” page has more than 61,000 followers! A similar TikTok account for Kamala has over 110K followers. So, you see why Donald’s so eager for support from the Swifties!

Regardless, Donald shouldn’t be using a fake image of the pop star to gain support for his campaign. It’s just wrong (though when did that ever stop him from doing whatever he wanted?? SMH). In light of the pics, fans are now calling for the Anti-Hero artist to sue the former Celebrity Apprentice star, commenting on X (Twitter):

“Taylor Swift is gonna sue him so fast, he’ll remember why her last name is swift”

“what is ACTUALLY wrong with him?? this has to be illegal right??”

“I know all the Swifties are gonna go after Trump now since Taylor doesn’t actually endorse him ”

Others think this could convince Taylor to endorse one of the candidates sooner than later… and that candidate probably won’t be Trump. Just saying!!

As you may recall, fans already think TayTay may have soft-launched her support for the current VP thanks to a photo on Instagram (although that theory has been debunked). With the Democratic National Convention set to take place this week, there are also rumors that the 34-year-old may make some kind of appearance during her break from the Eras Tour, though nothing has been confirmed and others believe she may be holding off sharing an endorsement until closer to the election.

On Friday, TikTok user Cia Pia claimed she knew exactly what the famous couple is preparing to name their firstborn, who most fans believe is going to be a girl (but that hasn’t been confirmed). Thanks to some clever snooping, she guessed little Baby Bieber would be known as….

Plum Bieber!

OMG! Well, that’s certainly original.

The fan speculated that the model must’ve gotten pregnant late last year, likely in November or early December, meaning she would’ve found out about the pregnancy in December. Well, that’s the same month a “Plum Bieber” joined Instagram. It could mean nothing, of course. It could just be a rogue fan! Or… it’s a telltale sign!!! She dished:

“You know how celebrities are about their children’s Instagram handles.”

Gotta lock it down before someone steals the username first! But that’s not the only possible hint. The fan also pointed out that the Rhode founder posted a picture of a plum on July 10th. Feeling suspicious about the name, the fan commented “Plum Bieber” — but the comment has since been deleted! She called that “really strange” — unless she was correct and Hailey doesn’t want more people catching on! BTW, the IG page seems to have been taken down, so Hailey could really be trying to hide this until the big reveal!

As we previously reported, authorities arrested two men on Wednesday after discovering they planned to “kill as many people as possible outside” the Ernst Happel Stadium, where the pop star was set to perform for three nights this week. So scary! While police managed to stop the terrorist attack before anyone was harmed, all the shows were canceled “for everyone’s safety.” Barracuda Music, the group putting on the concerts, announced on Instagram:

“With confirmation from government officials of a planned terrorist attack at Ernst Happel Stadium, we have no choice but to cancel the three scheduled shows for everyone’s safety. All tickets will be automatically refunded within the next 10 business days.”

Of course, fans are disappointed by the news. While tickets will be refunded, many traveled far and wide to see Taylor in Austria, some for the first time, and shelled out a ton of money to make it happen. However, most also knew that canceling was a good call because what matters most is everyone is safe at the end of the day. On the other hand, unfortunately, not everyone was as understanding…

One enraged fan named Ashley went as far as to claim Taylor “scammed” her and everyone else attending the Vienna shows! No, we’re not kidding. The woman claimed on X (Twitter) she spent roughly $2,182 total on an outfit, flight, hotel, and tickets to The Eras Tour and demanded the singer reimburse her for it all after the cancellation before inviting people to join her “#scammedbytaylorswift” campaign! She wrote in a since-deleted post:

“I need a full refund on everything, not just the tickets. Everyone join my hashtag #scammedbytaylorswift.”

What the f**k?!

We get it she’s upset. What happened sucks. But come on! Saying Taylor “scammed” you is just so wrong. It’s not like the shows were canceled because of the weather, or she had a cold! Normally, Taylor pushes through and still performs in those kinds of situations. This was completely different. It was called off since thousands of actual lives were at stake here due to a terrorist threat! It was better to be safe than sorry! So, no, Taylor did not scam anyone.

Once the fandom noticed this social media user’s post, they also made that clear to her — and anyone else trying to get “#scammedbytaylorswift” trending. They wrote on the platform:

“flights, outfits and hotels can be rebooked, new income will replace the money spent but nothing can replace lives lost. you weren’t scammed by taylor swift, in fact she may have saved your life”

“This woman cannot be for f**king real. Please. There was a legitimate terrorist attack threat against the stadium. Your tickets are getting refunded. YOU chose to fly into Vienna. YOU chose to get two nights at a hotel. That’s not their f**king problem. It’s yours.”

“Iget your angry but read the room; three kids lost their lives last week at a Taylor themed event be thankful that the government took action and stopped it happening to you”

“SERIOUSLY?! You guys are so damn selfish!!! Imagine if Taylor didn’t cancel and got killed! You’d never be able to live with yourselves. I get it sucks but omfg if that’s how you’re going to behave, just leave the fandom. And if you’re really that butthurt on how much you spent”

As you can imagine, Taylor is also most likely rocked by the ordeal, as an attack while on tour is her “biggest fear” following the Manchester bombing. Instead of trying to spark a whole campaign accusing her of scamming folks, have a little compassion.

Ashely should be realizing how lucky she was! There have been terror attacks that weren’t caught early, and if this had been one she could have been at the center of a massacre. If anything, she was saved, not scammed.

On Monday, the reality star took to her Instagram to share a black-and-white photo of her 11-year-old son Ace. She used the caption to gush about her child — and there was really nothing to indicate that her sobriety was in any trouble. But a worried fan took to her comment section to accuse her of such anyway, writing:

“STOP DRINKING!”

Ironically, the user’s handle included the phrase “nunyabusiness” — but they clearly can’t take their own advice. LOLz!!

The 44-year-old saw the upsetting comment and quickly clapped back, responding:

“I haven’t wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and for my family. Thank. You for your concern, but you have me very misunderstood. Sending love your way.”

A very classy response to what must’ve been a hurtful claim amid her sobriety! The user also replied, and acted as if they totally hadn’t crossed a boundary, writing:

“I’m so happy to hear that!! Sorry for my misunderstanding. Sending love to you as well”

As Perezcious readers know, the Irresistible singer has been honest about her addiction to drinking and pills and has been keeping it real amid her sobriety journey. Last year, she marked six years of sobriety by sharing an “unrecognizable” photo of herself which was taken as she hit rock bottom, she reflected:

“I had so much self discovery to unlock and explore. I knew in this very moment I would allow myself to take back my light, show victory over my internal battle of self respect, and brave this world with piercing clarity.”

She added:

“Personally, to do this I needed to stop drinking alcohol because it kept my mind and heart circling in the same direction and quite honestly I was exhausted. I wanted to feel the pain so I could carry it like a badge of honor. I wanted to live as a leader does and break cycles to advance forward- never looking back with regret and remorse over any choice I have made and would make for the rest of my time here within this beautiful world.”

And now it’s been close to seven years! She should be SO proud! Also, no wonder the fashion designer was so quick to shut down rumors claiming otherwise — she’s worked hard for this new life and doesn’t need a bunch of trolls trying to tear it all down over baseless allegations!
