Oh, this is so heartbreaking.

Former Victoria’s Secret model Emily DiDonato got super candid in a teary-eyed TikTok on Thursday. In it, she revealed that she suffered a devastating miscarriage “a few weeks ago” but is now finally “ready to share.”

The 33-year-old, who shares daughter Teddy, 2, and son Oliver, 1, with her husband, Kyle Peterson, discovered the sad news when she went in for her first scan about two months into the pregnancy. Since she’d had two easy pregnancies, she wasn’t worried about complications — until it was suddenly all she could think about.

Just three days before posting her video, she went in for the scan where her world came crumbling down. She explained:

“First of all, I felt so cocky and confident going into this appointment because I had two normal, healthy pregnancies prior to this. My doctor was doing the scan, I wasn’t even listening to her, I was literally just laying there looking at the scan and she said something and I was like, ‘What did you say?’ And she was like, ‘I’m not seeing what I want to see here.’ And I was like, ‘Well I’m pregnant, right?’ And she was like, ‘Well there definitely was a pregnancy but it stopped growing.'”

Oh, no.

Emily “immediately” started to “blame” herself, she said:

“Everyone can say it’s not your fault but your brain immediately goes to, ‘When did that happen? And why?'”

On the day she filmed the video, she was headed in for a dilation and curettage (D&C), in which a doctor removes tissue from the uterus. She shared:

“I’m in my office trying to distract myself because I am so deeply and profoundly sad.”

Emily continued elsewhere in the video:

“Something that freaks me out about the whole thing is knowing that life started here and it also ended here, and I’m still carrying that life.”

Such a heartbreaking thought! The content creator went on:

“When you find out you’re pregnant, whether you like it or not, your entire body, mind, and spirit gets behind the fact that you’re pregnant. You start planning, you start plotting, everything changes the second you find out you’re pregnant. That’s the blessing and curse of becoming a mother, you just care so deeply. And then all of a sudden you’re just not anymore.”

Naturally, the grieving momma is now really nervous to try again for a third child — and now doesn’t even know if she really wants to despite always wanting three kids. She shared:

“What I didn’t anticipate is, like, because I’ve gone through this process now, I’m kind of like, ‘Will I ever want to get pregnant again?’ I feel terrified to want to try again, because, like, what if this happens again? Is this the new norm for me? I’ve always wanted a third baby, and I feel greedy even saying that. It’s just always been my dream to have three kids. But a part of me is like, ‘Maybe this is the universe saying, two is good for you.'”

Oof. She concluded:

“I’m filming this not to have people feel sorry for me. I have a wonderful life and I’m very blessed with two healthy children, but [I hope] this makes anyone feel less alone.”

Hopefully, opening up helps her feel less alone in the pain, too! There were so many women in the comments who discussed their similar losses and encouraged her to stay strong, too. Some wrote:

In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Fernando Cluster revealed he had to seek medical attention in 2022 after developing an intracerebral hemorrhage. In layman’s terms, that’s a brain bleed. So Fernando (not seen above, that’s from an episode of House) checked into the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta for what is, apparently, considered to be a fairly routine procedure. There, doctors opted to remove a 4.7 X 6 inch chunk of his skull to help relieve some of the pressure, according to the suit, which was obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

For the math whizzes out there, yes, that’s more than 28 square inches. That’s a whole lot of skull! And when he returned two months later to have the chunk re-inserted, the hospital apparently COULDN’T FIND IT in their inventory of unidentified bone bits. And the hospital gave him a note with the following message:

“We inspected the freezer where bone flaps are stored and could not find a bone flap with Mr. Cluster’s patient identification. There were several bone flaps with incomplete or missing patient identification, but we could not be certain which if any of these belonged to Mr. Cluster.

You’re KIDDING! That’s absolutely absurd!

So this poor guy — who literally had a huge chunk missing from his skull — had to postpone surgery to replace it while the hospital worked on crafting a synthetic one. And at the end of November of that same year, they fitted it in there… But according to his suit, still charged him more $19,000 for the synthetic insert… After THEY lost track of his real bone fragment! WTF! But it gets WORSE!

After his surgery, Fernando developed an infection which necessitated a follow up procedure, leaving him unable to work for a prolonged period amid his recovery. And when it was all said and done, his bill was over $146,800. And according to his suit, the hospital never once offered him any sort of discount after losing his skull piece!

WOW.

His attorney Chloe Dallaire told the Journal-Constitution:

“While my clients are obviously upset that they and their insurance company were billed for the costs related to Emory’s negligence, I’m sure you can understand that their focus is on the egregiousness of Emory losing a part of his body and then having a flippant attitude about it afterwards.”

Fernando and his wife are suing for medical bills and emotional damages. We hope he gets what he deserves!

But date night wasn’t the story! The real story was Chrissy’s BEWBS!! As her 45-year-old crooner hubby approached from behind, Chrissy fingered the lowest-cut part of her low-cut black dress, and in doing so, she showed off a small scar by her breast!

As you may recall, the Vampire Diaries alum was involved in a terrifying dirt bike accident back in May. While “in a wheelie,” she lost control of the bike, crashed, and injured herself. We’re not talking about just a few nasty bruises, either! Nina unfortunately landed on her leg during the incident, causing it to snap. She ended up with a fractured knee that required surgery, as well as a torn ACL and meniscus. Ouch!

That’s a lot for anyone to go through! It’s also a loooong recovery time with those kinds of injuries! So understandably, not only did the accident take a toll on her physically but also mentally. On Wednesday, Nina told E! News she was struggling with depression while recuperating this summer:

“With the pain meds and the physical pain that you’re going through and not being able to walk and seeing everybody gallivanting across Europe on Instagram, enjoying the summer and I’m sitting in bed. It was just mentally, it was really challenging. Even the pain meds mess with your head. I definitely was in a depression. I had a really hard time.”

Given she and her boyfriend, Shaun White, live such an active lifestyle, stopping their routine was extremely difficult for her. But even after her recovery is over, the 35-year-old actress cannot even imagine returning to her normal “down” for anything mentality! In fact, she can’t see herself getting on a dirt bike — or trying any dangerous activities — ever again. She’s too afraid now:

“I feel like I have a fear now. I used to be so adventurous and down to do anything. And now, since the injury, maybe it’s because I’m still healing and it’s a nine-month process. I’m only on month three-and-a-half of nine months. I’m still having to relearn how to walk and so the idea of getting back to the snowboard or getting on a dirt bike ever again is definitely not happening.”

Oof!

We don’t blame her! What she went through is so painful, and the healing process is not easy! Understandably, Nina doesn’t want to risk getting injured like this a second time! While The Perks of Being a Wallflower star isn’t 100% yet, she has been doing her best to stay active by walking with a knee brace. And her “incredible support system” helped lift her spirits most days during those tough days:

“So many of my friends came over, brought flowers, brought food, watched movies with me. Gave me neck massages. Took care of me. And so it really helped pull me out of that funk.”

It was a critical time for the Hallmark star back in May. Her parents revealed in a GoFundMe that while being transported through a balcony walkway at a Winnipeg hospital, the 20-year-old plummeted down five stories leaving her body “shattered” with “life threatening injuries.”

From surgeries, to countless kind words on social media, the When Calls the Heart star survived and has been slowly but surely recovering. Last month, she was even able to muster up the strength to address her supporters in an update on her GoFundMe. She wrote:

“Thank you so much. I don’t even know what to say. My heart is full. Thank you again. I have no words to describe my gratitude. Love you guys. Thank you. MAMIE.”

It was certainly a welcome update… And thankfully, she has an even more promising one now!

In a Facebook post that has since been deleted, Mamie’s family shared a video of her actually standing up and taking her first steps since the horrifying incident! Alongside the emotional video, her family wrote:

“Thank you surgeon’s, thank you prayers, thank you Lord. Mamie has just taken her first steps.”

According to multiple outlets, in the deleted footage, Mamie can be seen lying on her hospital bed with both legs in air casts and a patch over her eye. Two medical professionals stand on either side of the TV star, with one placing a walker in front of her reassuring her they’re “here to help.” Mamie says “I don’t know if I can still,” before grabbing the walker and pulling herself up with the help of the medics. A smile grows across her face and she proudly says:

“Here’s to standing.”

Mamie notes “it feels really weird,” adding:

“It feels very wobbly.”

Eventually, she’s able to take a few steps, and her family goes wild with cheer. Someone off camera says:

“Oh my gosh! Feet moving. Moving feet!”

So fantastic! We’re sending so much love and strength Mamie’s way as she continues to heal from her devastating injuries!

Over the weekend, the Only Murders In The Building star popped up on TikTok after a physician’s assistant from a Florida plastic surgeon’s office posted a video addressing ongoing speculation that the singer has undergone cosmetic work.

In the original video, PA Marissa Barrionuevo hit out with side-by-side photos of the actress’ face. One was from a few years ago, while the other was taken at the 2023 Golden Globes. Barrionuevo didn’t speculate on her own about what Selena may or may not have been done, but she did say this:

“I think she’s been through so much in her life, especially medically related, so I don’t think it’s fair to speculate whether or not she’s gotten cosmetic things done. At the end of the day, let’s just leave her be.”

So, she wants to leave Selena be… by making a whole post about it?! Girl, come on! And intention or not, with the PA’s post, the comparison was out there. It didn’t take long for fan speculation in the comments to run rampant.

On Saturday, the 32-year-old responded to the now-scrapped original video. She only shared a few words, but the Lose You To Love Me singer was honest and gut-wrenchingly candid in her take. Gomez denied having done any major plastic surgery, and wrote instead:

“Honestly, I hate this. I was on stripes because of flare up. I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.”

Ugh.

We’ve heard about the Botox before from Selena herself, so that checks out. And as E! News notes, many followers believe that Selena — who suffers from lupus, hence the “flare up” statement — may have made some sort of typo by writing “stripes.”

Regardless, Selena’s response came as such a shock to the PA that the woman actually shared a follow-up video with an apology in it! As part of that clip, Barrionuevo said:

“I adore you. I really do mean the best, so I apologize if this rubbed you the wrong way in any way whatsoever. You don’t owe it to anyone to tell us why you don’t look the same as when you did when you were a teenage or in your twenties.”

Jessie went on in her patented way about how much she loves “Playboy melons” and “big perky boobies” even though a reduction is probably in her future:

“i enjoyed the playboy melons while it lasted and they actually softened up now from breastfeeding and look way more natural so i am in no rush for surgery right now: they look pretty good. buttttt eventually i will want to downsize. and shoot, maybe by then i will have changed my mind and will take em out… but i love big perky boobies”
