After months of anticipation, Jazz Jennings has finally gotten her gender confirmation surgery.

The reality star (and now YouTube sensation) explained in a video (way down below!) earlier this month exactly what the procedure would entail, in her trademark exuberant fashion:
“Penis to vagina. That’s some serious shit, y’all.”
LOLz! Thankfully all seems to have gone well, as Jazz posted a post-op photo on Thursday (below):
