Of course, the pair is in the middle of a very publicized divorce from each other, and they are trying to square away things like financial issues and other questions as they legally end their marriage. But the biggest financial question mark they have — that massive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Beverly Hills pad that’s been up for sale for weeks now — is not even close to being solved! Oof!!

According to TMZ on Monday morning, multiple El Lay real estate sources have confirmed that there has been absolutely no movement at all on the mansion sale. The A-list duo’s divorce announcement in the public sphere didn’t move the needle to get somebody to step up and want to buy the mansion. And there are NO serious deals or offers in place for it! Yikes!

Now, that outlet does note that the mansion has had “plenty” of showings since it first went on the market. People obviously want to see what that mega-mansion is all about! But nobody has liked it enough (and especially at that price) to make a bid for it. Also, it’s going to be incredibly tough to sell just because of how big it is, and how much it costs. There are only so many people in El Lay (or, really, the world) who would even be in the market for a mansion like that, ya know?!

There are other issues here, too. For one, the now-estranged couple first bought that house last year for $60 million, and then put a ton of money up to renovate it. And while they improved it some with those renovations, it’s a rough sell to ask for $8 million more after just a year, ya know?! That’s a HUGE price jump! Plus, the real estate market is super tough right now, and interest rates are pretty high.

Womp, womp!

So, for now, it sure sounds like this thing is just going to sit on the market. And sit mostly empty. And sit collecting dust. And meanwhile, Bennifer 2.0 is going to have to navigate the rest of their divorce and figure out where they both stand financially with this big “for sale” cloud hanging over their head!

At least it now seems like Ben can occupy his mind with something — er, someone — else. Yeah…

Back in April of 2022, when he proposed (for the second time) to the Waiting For Tonight signer with a $5.6 million diamond engagement ring, he had it engraved with a message. The tiny little saying on the inside of the ring’s band had supreme meaning for the couple at the time. And it was an incredibly sweet show of romance! But now… it really falls flat considering the pair is in the middle of a divorce and all the way done with their relationship.

As it turns out, the engraving that Ben had seared into the band of Jennifer’s engagement ring aged so poorly that it’s impossible not to notice its missed meaning now. It read:

“not. going. anywhere.”

Ouch…

The three words had a special meaning for the pair back then, as Lopez herself explained to Apple Music‘s Zane Lowe way back in November of 2022. She noted at the time:

“That was how [Ben] would sign his emails when we started talking again. Like, ‘don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.'”

Yeah, well, he’s going somewhere now! That engraving really didn’t end up proving true, sadly. Oh, and we now know that he’s not getting it back, either! Jennifer is going to keep the diamond ring for herself here — just like she kept the last one!

The rapper’s gospel group has had its tax-exemption status revoked after failing to file tax returns for the past THREE years! WTF?! From here, it’s unclear what will come of the rapper’s faith-based Sunday Service idea. But the Internal Revenue Service is at least adamant about one thing: it can’t operate as a non-profit organization any longer!

First reported by the US Sun, and then confirmed by Page Six, the Gold Digger rapper’s Sunday Service charity has been shut down by the IRS for failing to file any tax returns for three fiscal years. A note on the IRS website that was updated on Monday indicates that the org was shut down and its tax exemption status revoked back on May 15 “for not filing a Form 990-series return or notice for three consecutive years.”

The Hurricane rapper first founded Sunday Service back in 2019, so based on that quote, it sounds like he filed tax returns for just the first two years before dropping it. Not ideal! Originally, as is the case with all listed 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, Sunday Service had been given an exemption from federal income tax filings. But without any documentation regarding its financials for three years now, the IRS swiftly pulled that charity demarcation.

Sunday Service has had quite an interesting run, to put it mildly. Ye’s first performance for that project occurred at Coachella on Easter Sunday in 2019. He also collaborated with megachurch pastor Joel Osteen at various points, with the televangelist’s Houston church hosting Ye in November of that year.

Ye also might really be hurting for money following the fade of Sunday Service. We say that because back in 2020, during an interview with Nick Cannon, Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband admitted to spending “every dime” he had on the thing! At the time, Ye claimed he spent upwards of $50 million marketing his faith-based project:

“I spent every dime that I have for marketing from Yeezy on Sunday Service. Every dollar I had. I spent $50 million last year on Sunday Service if you add up the operas, if you add up the flights. It was 120 people going to Jamaica. The Yeezys, they were selling themselves. So instead of paying for ads, I invested it in the church. I invested in spreading [the] gospel. I invested in saying Jesus’ name on high.”

And now, that’s all over… at least as far as the IRS is concerned regarding the outfit as a charity. Per Page Six, a rep for the rapper did not return a request for comment about the gov’s decision, so at this point, Ye’s reaction to it is unknown.

According to a new report published by DailyMail.com, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her real estate mogul estranged husband have been hit with a tax lien by the Franchise Tax Board in the state of California! Ouch! It’s never easy for celebs when they have to deal with unforeseen tax bills. But of course, the liens are worse for some than they are for others… and as far as tax troubles go, this one isn’t so bad.

Per that outlet, documents filed by the state of California indicate that a fresh tax lien was issued against the exes back on June 25 of this year! Uh-oh! The bill? A whopping $6,542.50 in unpaid taxes — all stemming from back in 2022. That’s a lot of money for normal folks like you and us, but moguls like the Bravo star and the head of The Agency can pay off a $6k tax bill in a heartbeat! At least we hope!

Specifically, the lien was sent to the address of the couple’s former marital home — a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Encino — where Kyle still lives. They initially purchased that place together back in 2017 for a jaw-dropping $8.2 million. More recently, the Buying Beverly Hills star has moved himself into a condo in West Hollywood as the estranged couple continues to work out the details of their separation.

FWIW, even though this lien is relatively small potatoes, this is NOT the only tax problem the pair is facing right now! That outlet also reports that Mau is on the hook for $31,464.50 more in unpaid taxes for the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. Again, not a huge bill (isn’t that right, Kanye West?), but it’s not nothing, either!! Those tax issuances have to do with some of his real estate offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Beverly Hills, and elsewhere, so it was unrelated to the Bravolebrity.

But Kyle and Mau have had tax troubles together in the past, too! In April 2022, they were slapped with a $13,707.47 lien from the state of California over issues with their 2020 tax filing. However, they quickly cleared that up a couple months later and the lien was summarily released.

Money is going to play a part in the estranged couple’s split — specifically, how they divide it up. As you may recall, back in January, Kyle went on SiriusXM‘s Jeff Lewis Live and recounted her intention to keep the division of assets as simple as possible through the breakup:

“It’s very clean cut, everything’s half, regardless. That’s not an issue for me. We did not have a prenup. My husband did not have a penny when I married him. My mom lent us money when we were first married.”

Let’s set the stage: the Aussie and the Hurricane rapper popped up at a movie theater in El Lay on Tuesday night to watch a film. Fun! And totally normal behavior for the celebs! How out of character!

Well, almost normal. Bianca rocked an INSANELY sheer top for the outing along with no bra underneath, natch. As you can see (below), the girls were again very much out on display:

But here’s where this story gets really funny: the only reason those photos exist at all is because the couple ducked out of the movie after only 45 minutes! Per TMZ, they got tickets to Fly Me To The Moon starring Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson. But maybe they didn’t like it, or they had somewhere else to be, or Ye was offended the Earth wasn’t represented as flat in the NASA rom com… because they didn’t make it through even half the flick!

TBH we sorta wonder if theater employees asked them to leave based on what Bianca was wearing! As we’ve reported, she’s pretty much in the clear legally as far as public outings go. But on private property, businesses have more of a say in dictating what their customers can and can’t wear. Who knows!

But even that isn’t the zaniest part of this story! By far the wackiest detail is that after the couple left the theater, they rushed to Kanye’s Tesla Cybertruck… and couldn’t get inside. Seriously!

TMZ reports they couldn’t get the doors open, and not because of one of the many glitches we’ve been seeing in these ridiculous things. No, Ye apparently just lost his keys in the movie! They had to go BACK inside the theater for Ye to find the keys. That’s even funnier if they got kicked out, tbh.

In the end, it allowed photogs to snap a ton more photos of the pair, so we ain’t complaining. Pretty funny that they were locked out of the Cybertruck, though. Oops! Reactions, y’all??

On Monday night, the television personality debuted her Sutton Brands Green Label Capsule Collection on the catwalk in Los Angeles. Several Bravolebrities were in attendance for the event, including Lala Kent and Scheana Shay. Even a few of Sutton’s co-stars came out to support her: Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, newbie Bozoma Saint John, and Kathy Hilton. Well, Kathy didn’t just show up to the fashion show. She also accidentally became part of it for a second!

According to an Instagram Story video from Jadon Medina, Paris Hilton’s mom was standing on the runway at one point, talking with Erika’s mom, Renee Chahoy. Nice, right? So, she was smack-dab in the middle of the catwalk while model Whizdom Williams strutted by! Oh, Kathy…

But at least Whizdom handled the situation as well as she could! She tapped the 65-year-old reality star on the shoulder to move out of the way before continuing. After being taken aback for a second, Kathy quickly moved to her seat in the front row. Of course, this was a HUGE fail on her part! The Yeezy mogul just got hit with two tax bills in Park County, Wyoming over the recent sale of his Monster Lake Ranch. Per the US Sun, which cites Park County records in the city of Cody, the first of those bills is for $2,780.33, and the second is for $2,966.66. They were both due in May, but went unpaid.

Now, Ye is a rich dude, and $5K in unpaid property taxes isn’t a huge deal! Right? Well, sure. But that’s ON TOP OF other existing unpaid tax bills and liens that he’s facing, as we first noted back in January! Taken all together, Bianca Censori‘s husband is facing a bill in the SEVEN FIGURES!

The rest of the unpaid taxes go like this: Yeezy Apparel is now facing four (!) tax liens for $934,033. Donda Services was just hit with a lien for $10,924. Yeezy Construction is still facing a $12,425 unpaid tax bill. And two of the properties that Ye owns in El Lay still have liens on them totaling just over $101,000. Added up, it’s $1,064,221 in tax liens and unpaid property taxes that the Jesus Walks rapper owes to the governments of multiple jurisdictions!

Yikes!

This all comes amid a particularly tumultuous time for Ye for quite a few reasons. As we reported last Monday, he is supposedly prepared to retire from music for good! And he’s not the only one who is quitting, either! Earlier this month, his lawyer revealed that the Hurricane rapper won’t pay OR talk to him — so he’s quitting, too!

Attorney Brian Brumfield is set to go before a judge later this month to make his departure official, at which point Ye would need to retain new counsel ASAP to fight the ongoing spate of lawsuits that he’s currently facing. As Perezcious readers know, Paul and Aurora were caught kissing in Boston before heading to Rhode Island to hang with the internet personality’s family ahead of her sister Olivia‘s wedding late last month (from which the film producer was infamously banned). But on Monday, Page Six sources learned the pair had already called it quits after just about two months of dating! This was right after the wedding festivities, too, suggesting maybe things hadn’t gone well with the Culpo family!

But remember, Aurora had also spilled the tea on her romance during an episode of her Barely Filtered podcast. And that was something the Skinnygirl CEO found “gutting” and “embarrassing” AF! The Real Housewives alum also claimed it was the reason for the split, saying on her Just B podcast on Sunday:

“I’m proud of myself, and I’m proud of the way I handled [the split]. I think this woman has learned a lot, too. Their actions cost them their relationship, which was brand-new, and who knows what would’ve happened?”

Well, it turns out she may have been spot-on! Apparently, Paul didn’t like his love life becoming a podcast topic!

On Tuesday, an Us Weekly insider claimed the new exes are “cooling off” and “taking a breather” after spending a weekend together in Rhode Island for the aforementioned nuptials. While it’s unclear exactly what happened to cause the sudden split, it sure sounds like Paul was upset by how public everything had gotten, the source detailed:

“He told her he wanted some space after all the public attention. Paul wanted to keep his personal life private this time around in a new relationship.”

Oof! Guess her podcast did play a big part in this breakup! Maybe she should’ve thought of that before blabbing!

Meanwhile, the source also insisted that the relationship simply “moved too quickly” for the businessman’s liking. It’d been just a few weeks and they’d already met each other’s kids AND he was attending a big family event!! (Even if he wasn’t at the actual wedding, he had a lot of time with his younger girlfriend’s loved ones.) That is a lot so early into a relationship — and, ultimately, it was too much for them to handle!

Despite the messy ending, there’s “no bad blood” between the pair, though! The confidant expressed:

“It wasn’t dramatic. It wasn’t too serious between the two, and they were still getting to know each other.”

Back in December, Jonathan Owens, who is a pro athlete himself as he plays as a safety on the Chicago Bears, downplayed his wife and all her glorious accomplishments on The Pivot podcast. He started off by claiming that he’d never heard of her before they met on celebrity dating app Raya in 2020… And no, we’re not joking. He said he hadn’t heard of one of the most famous gymnasts in the WORLD! He then went on to claim that he’s “the catch” in their relationship, and that men overall always tend to be:

“I always say that the men are the catch.”

Backlash quickly erupted online after fans heard him talking about Simone like that, with many urging her to leave the guy. However, the Olympian vehemently defended him in what seemed like several concerted efforts to not be offended by his remarks. But seven months now passed, and he’s finally addressing things himself.

The 28-year-old started off by downplaying the situation yet AGAIN, telling Us Weekly on Monday he didn’t even know his comments were an issue:

“I have all my social media notifications off, so I didn’t even know for a while. I was actually with my mom and Simone whenever it came out, so, all the comments and everything, I just let them read it. I try to stay off of it, and obviously if you feel like stuff is kind of getting out of hand, that’s when you reach in and say something.”

He continued:

“I don’t mean to cuss, but like, damned if you do, damned if you don’t. If you say something, they’re going to say something; if you don’t say something, they’re going to say something. So, just live your life. People are going to talk about you anyway, so you might as well do it the way you want to.”

He added that he was “afraid to comment,” but that Simone strongly urged him to… But really, for what?? He didn’t apologize, and he didn’t praise Simone, so??? However, he did note that he and the 27-year-old try to live their lives as outside of the touch of online comments as possible to just “focus on each other.” He said:

“Our biggest thing is, we know that those people don’t know us from a can of paint. I can’t base how I feel off how another person thinks I’m supposed to be … Everyone has a voice, but we do a good job of tuning it out. But sometimes you have to express yourself and let people know, like, ‘You’re in the wrong’ … They don’t know everything that goes on in our relationship. As long as we stay tight and our bond stays strong, we’re unbreakable.”

The NFL athlete added that he hopes to be able to watch Simone during the Olympics this summer while prepping for football season:

“Still got some stuff to figure out with the team, but hopefully everyone understands. Obviously I would love to be out there and support my wife. I haven’t missed a competition yet this year just because I like going out there and watching and everything. And I definitely will say I’m a gymnastics guy now.”

Ha! And with his new tattoo, he won’t be forgetting who his wife is anytime soon! Reactions??
