The disgraced actor took to his Instagram account on Tuesday to share a video of him standing by his pickup truck in a CarMax parking lot. He noted that it wasn’t an ad, and that he was really having to sell his car to save money and start a “new life.” He said:

“I bought this for myself in 2017 as a Christmas gift for myself. I have loved this truck intensely and … on road trips and I took it for one last road trip to Carmax. This is because I’m selling my truck. I have put about 4 or 500 dollars worth of gas in it and I can’t afford it.”

After spending time in the Cayman Islands following his divorce from Elizabeth Chambers and after sexual assault and cannibalism allegations, he is finally back in Los Angeles and has been “for a couple of weeks.” This prompted him to make a change, he detailed:

“I got a new car, it’s tiny, it’s a hybrid, I’m probably going to put about ten bucks in gas in it a month.”

Despite already getting a new car, the 38-year-old was having reservations about selling. He said his kids Harper, 9, and Ford, 7, were “not happy about this,” telling the camera:

“They’re, like, ‘Dad all of our memories in the truck.’”

He added:

“So I haven’t told them yet. But I’ll tell them and they’ll be fine, kids are adaptable. I just keep telling myself that parking is going to be easier and gas is going to be cheaper.”

Days of Our Lives star Jessica Serfaty was put on edge days ago when her iPhone warned her about an Apple AirTag tracking her movement. According to TMZ on Monday, the actress was in Malibu when her phone sent her a message about the hidden tracking device. She was “immediately concerned” because she hadn’t put a tracker in her Range Rover or seen one. She feared someone may have hidden one in her car, such as in her engine compartment, to keep tabs on her. So, she quickly dialed up the authorities to get some help.

According to law enforcement sources, Sheriff’s deputies searched the vehicle but couldn’t find the AirTag. It’s unclear if it fell off or if someone removed it before they arrived. Nevertheless, they took a report for unauthorized use of an electronic device and they are continuing to investigate. The sources said they are using Jessica’s phone to try to track down the AirTag user’s info, as they believe the motive behind the hidden tracker may have been stalking, burglary, or car theft. Yikes! That’s so unnerving!

The 33-year-old hasn’t addressed the situation publicly, but she did post a cryptic message on her Instagram Story on Monday, sharing a quote that read:

“Courage doesn’t mean you don’t get afraid. Courage means you don’t let fear stop you”

It’s unclear exactly when this incident happened, but she’s been posting pics from her vacation in Spain, so it seems like she is continuing to live her life as usual while the cops try to get to the bottom of this.

While this discovery would be upsetting for anyone, it comes after a tricky situation for the Wheels of Fortune star. Just last month, she accused her fiancé, Leonardo Maria del Vecchio, of abuse in an emotional IG Story video. At the time, she filmed herself slamming the Ray-Ban heir, saying:

“This is the man who has abused me. And let it be known … who has caused my head to have … bleeding.”

She turned the camera to her face, but no blood was visible. Her cheeks did look pink and her eyes seemed teary. The billionaire was seen just staring at her while another man seemed uncomfortable in the background. See (below):

The next day, Jessica shockingly walked back the entire thing, writing:

“Leo and I apologize for any who were triggered or affected by yesterday’s story. Sometimes a family can have their own arguments and these should never be made public. They’ve stayed together and recently celebrated their anniversary (they got engaged in July 2023), and while they’re making it seem like everything’s fine, something clearly went down behind the scenes for her to make those allegations. As Perezcious readers know, last Monday, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s son was driving in a heavily trafficked intersection in Los Angeles when he crashed into a car. Per TMZ reports, the car was stopped at a red light. He reportedly complained of a head injury and hip pain and was rushed to the hospital — where he was just recently released from the ICU, per People earlier this week.

Now, an eyewitness who helped treat the 20-year-old at the scene of the accident is coming forward to share details of the harrowing incident. Speaking to ET on Monday, Lola Cavalli, one of the first people at the accident who helped give Pax medical aid, said she called 9-1-1 and was instructed to apply pressure to stop the bleeding of any of his wounds. But that was harder than it sounded, she explained:

“I didn’t see any broken bones, I did not see, like, profound bleeding, so to speak. And since I was directed to apply pressure at the site where it was bleeding, I did not see where I could apply the pressure, because it was on the head. He was hit on the head. I had no idea where you would put the pressure to stop the bleeding on the head.”

Lola then clarified:

“And it was not a lot of blood. Like, you didn’t see like a fountain of blood rushing out.”

Yet he wasn’t out of the woods, she noted:

“[But] his mouth was filled with blood. When [he] was trying to speak, I saw a little tiny stream of blood coming out of the mouth.”

Her biggest concern was that they both remained safe while waiting for EMTs to arrive, she added of the busy intersection:

“I saw the traffic, because he was right in the middle of an intersection and nobody behind us could see what’s happening. I took control of the traffic. I started directing it to make sure that he was not run over by another car and I was not run over by a car.”

She continued:

“We did everything we thought would be necessary to make sure that the ambulance arrived, and [to make sure] oncoming traffic from both directions keeps on moving, instead of piling up, which would make our ambulance’s approach impossible completely.”

Per the LAPD, paramedics arrived at the accident at Hobart and Los Feliz Boulevard at around 5 p.m. after a male e-biker rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped at a light. The patient had sustained a severe head injury but was stable and alert while being transported to a local hospital. So, there may not have been a ton of bleeding, but this does sound intense! A friend of the family’s stressed as much when sharing an update on the A-listers’ child, telling People earlier this week:

“Pax has been released from the ICU. He suffered complex trauma, and now begins the long road of recovery and physical therapy.”

Oof. Sounds very scary!

The insider added that Pax and his mother, who has been by his side, “are deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving action of first responders, and the outstanding medical care he received.” Meanwhile, other Page Six sources have claimed his friends are “concerned” as he has become “reckless” on the bike and is “consistent” about not wearing a helmet, as he reportedly wasn’t wearing one during this crash even though he’s been in “multiple” accidents before. Jeez.

According to People, the 43-year-old singer pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving drunk while appearing in court virtually from Antwerp, Belgium. You know, since he’s currently on the international leg of the tour. THE WORLD TOUR!

While it seems like he’s getting away scot free, he did actually receive some bad news during the hearing! Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace banned Justin from driving in the state! Yep, the actor is saying bye bye bye to his driving privileges in New York! For how long? That’s unclear! The judge didn’t give an exact length of the suspension. Whoa…

However, your license is typically suspended for a year if you refuse to take a breathalyzer test in the state. And Justin refused to take one three times during his arrest! So we expected the Trolls star to lose his driving privileges no matter what, even with the not guilty plea. The judge just made it official! Meanwhile, Justin’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., also made it clear to reporters that the suspension is just “standard with every DUI” following the hearing. Burke may want to stop talking to the press, though…

During the hearing on Friday, the judge slammed the attorney’s statement to reporters last week. As you may recall, Burke insisted Justin was “not intoxicated” when he was busted for drunk driving in June. In court, he claimed the Sag Harbor Police Department screwed up as the supervising officer never signed off on the criminal complaint detailing the conversation with “young” and “part-time” officer Michael Arkinson. But while speaking with reporters afterward, he said the police made several “very significant errors in this case” — beyond just the paperwork mishap.

Burke didn’t get into what those other “significant errors” were. He left us on a major cliffhanger there! But he said enough to displease the judge! This week, Irace urged the attorney to “be more mindful when giving comments” as his words “come off as an attempt to poison the case before it even begins.” He has a point! Those comments became headlines all over the place!

At this time, the judge only gave Burke a warning. He threatened to implement a gag order or force Justin to appear in court in person if he continued to comment! That could actually ruin the Forget Tomorrow World Tour — as Justin feared! The Palmer star would then have to leave Europe, which is the last thing he wants right now! He’s already angered a lot of fans over the past few months! Justin doesn’t want the ones he has left to also turn on him for having to cancel a few shows over his DWI arrest debacle.

So Burke most likely won’t say too much about the case moving forward. But don’t worry! We may find out what he meant by all the “errors” soon! The lawyer withdrew his previous motion to dismiss the case during the proceedings. Wow! They’re really going for it! The next hearing is set for August 9, followed by a tentative court date of September 13. Whether Justin will need another proceeding depends on what happens next Friday!

“His friends are concerned about him. He’s being reckless. They’re worried.”

It’s unclear how many accidents he’s been in or how serious they’ve been, but this is obviously a scary pattern! Thankfully, he seems to be doing okay now, though he remains in the hospital. A source told People that the Maleficent star is “with him and reported that he’s stable.” Such a relief!

As we covered, at around 5 p.m. on Monday, the 20-year-old crashed into the back of a car that was stopped at a red light at an intersection on Los Feliz Boulevard. Per TMZ, he complained of a head injury and hip pain after the incident and was rushed to a nearby hospital. It is unclear when he will be discharged or the full extent of his injuries. At least he’s in stable condition!

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the accident in a statement to People, saying that a man in his early 20s was riding a scooter when an accident occurred. A severe traffic collision report was completed. Few other details are known about the incident at this time.

As Perezcious readers know, Pax is one of six kids the actress shares with Brad, who has had “virtually no contact” with his adult children these days . Pax has been very outspoken against his father, so it’s unlikely he’ll be headed to the hospital. But you never know.

We’re glad to hear Pax is doing well, and we hope for more safety in his future! Helmets, at the very least, are so important!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s son was rushed to the hospital on Monday after sustaining a head injury in an e-bike accident. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the 20-year-old was riding his bike on Los Feliz Boulevard around 5 p.m. when he crashed into the back of a car, which was at a red light at an intersection. It’s unclear exactly what part of the vehicle he hit, but bystanders confirmed he hurt his head during the incident. Yikes!

Pax, who is currently estranged from his famous father alongside many of his siblings, was not wearing a helmet at the time. The driver of the car reportedly got out to check on the young man before emergency services arrived. Pax was complaining about a head injury and hip pain, so they got him to a nearby hospital ASAP.

While the extent of his injuries is unclear, doctors reportedly feared he might have had a minor brain bleed. Scary! The good news is that sources told the outlet that he was in stable condition, and they thought he might even be released from the hospital sometime on Monday night. As of Tuesday morning, though, it’s not known if he has been discharged yet.

Either way, phew! We’re glad he has the best medical attention on hand because this is so, so scary! We are sending our thoughts and healing vibes to Pax!

As Perezcious readers will remember, in September 2023, the Bravo personality drove into a house in Newport Beach before speeding off and parking in the middle of the road, where she got out of the car and tried but failed to act cool by walking her dog. Obviously, cops quickly scooped her up. She was charged with driving under the influence and hit-and-run, and then she was later sentenced to three years of probation, 40 hours of community service, and a nine-month alcohol rehabilitation program.

This incident will now seemingly be a huge storyline on the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of Orange County since a new preview of the season premiere (which will air on Thursday) features a ton of gossip about Shannon and her rumored drinking problem!

In the trailer, the reality star can be seen after the incident sitting down with her pal Heather Dubrow to recount the scary ordeal. Shannon claimed she was at her ex-boyfriend John Janssen‘s house right before the hit-and-run. They got into an argument and he called her a “drunken idiot,” causing her to leave in a hurry. She admitted:

“I got in the car, lost control.”

In another sneak peek, she added that John warned her not to get into her car, but she didn’t listen. She explained:

“I got in an accident seconds later because I revved up the engine so he could know how mad I was, and I lost control of the car. Immediately.”

Is she trying to blame him for some of this?! Not the best look!

Back to the first teaser, Shannon took out her phone to show Heather a picture of her bloody face after the car crash. OMG! We knew from sightings after the accident that she’d possibly gotten hurt, but this new image paints a really harrowing picture! In the image, the 60-year-old can be seen with a bloody and bruised eye, and with blood streaming down her face and neck. Look!

Yikes!!!

Shocked at the sight of the photo, Heather put her hand over her face and exclaimed:

“Oh, Shannon! Oh my God!”

We feel the same way! Based on that pic, Shannon is lucky that this wasn’t worse! Yeesh!!

Elsewhere in the trailer, several co-stars discussed Shannon’s relationship with alcohol. At one point, Shannon told Emily Simpson that she’s now a “two drink max person” and insisted that she doesn’t drink “that often” when asked if she’d ever go sober.

During another convo, Tamra Judge asked Heather if she believed Shannon “has, like, an alcohol problem.” Dubrow didn’t hesitate to reply:

“Yeah, I do.”

Things then got REALLY heated during a group dinner when Shannon emotionally told everyone that she thinks “about what happened” every morning. Tamra then sassily quipped:

“Is that after you have a drink?”

Damn!!!

In a teary-eyed confessional, the mother of three complained:

“I’m done with people saying I’m the drunk that needs help, because I am not. I had a really bad night. I want to walk out right now, because I’m ruining my makeup, so I gotta walk out.”

Considering the legal battle didn’t pan out the way she hoped, these photos of her looking so emotional are obviously not her favorite. Complaining about the situation and taking a big stance against her former BF, the Crossroads alum wrote in her Story:

“Why was he going 90 in a neighborhood with one pap following only to roll the window down when the pap pulls to the side of me ???? Then he calls his mom and says he’s being harassed. Why did he roll the window down with me crying in the seat??”

Jeez! If he did that on purpose, that is a bit shady! The singer went on to get cryptic on her feed by sharing a quote that read:

The 42-year-old also claimed she’s done with men FOREVER! After several failed relationships, including a short-lived marriage to Sam Asghari, she told followers in a since-deleted caption that she’s “single as f**k” and plans on keeping it that way. She declared:

Whoa! That’s quite a bold statement!

FWIW, it’s no real surprise to hear things have gone south with Paul. As Perezcious readers know, they were first linked in September 2023 after Britney’s divorce. While loved ones were “concerned” about the romance, s**t hit the fan in early May when they allegedly got into an altercation at a swanky LA hotel. The mother of two has clapped back at the reports, insisting she merely hurt herself while attempting to do a leap. But regardless, it was definitely an unsettling situation! While they seemingly tried to carry on after the incident, they have apparently called it quits now — or at least Britney did!
