Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry decided to share her past trauma with fans through a new TikTok trend. And they were NOT prepared for this much…

The mom of seven jumped aboard the “candy salad” trend in which everyone participating — in this instance, just Kail — puts some candy in a big bowl while revealing something about themselves. The video, posted on Saturday, has now garnered over 6 million views… and thousands of comments. The clips have left everyone shocked, and perhaps made them a bit more understanding of who this reality star really is.

Kailyn captioned the video “my villain origin story” and went through several packages of candy while she dropped disturbing details about her early life. While dropping some Swedish Fish in the bowl, she said:

“When I was 6 months old, I was kidnapped, brought to Texas, and my mom found me in the hospital with pneumonia.”

Whoa, WHAT?! So horrifying! And sadly, it doesn’t stop there. She went on to mention several more scary instances from her childhood, revealing:

“When I was 9 years old, I woke up with a strange man in my bed. I have no idea how he got there, who he is, or where he went afterward.”

Um… The 32-year-old continued on to talk about her experiences at just 10 and 11 years old, shocking fans by saying:

“When I was 10 years old I walked to my uncle’s house to ask if he had any food because I hadn’t seen my mom in days … When I was 11 years old, my babysitter did coke in front of my face on the coffee table.”

Kailyn told another story about how her mom showed up “under the influence” to pick her up from school when she was in fourth grade, and also revealed the sad way she lost her virginity… at just 14:

“When I was 14 years old, I lost my virginity on a sidewalk without even knowing what sex was.”

By 16, the reality TV star says she was legally adopted by her boyfriend’s parents:

“When I was 16 years old, my mom signed over custody to my boyfriend’s parents and told me that absence makes the heart grow fonder.”

Heartbreaking. And all of this took place when she was so young! She wasn’t even done yet, either…

Kailyn revealed she met her father for the first time when she was 17 — and it wasn’t a great experience:

“When I was 17 years old, I met my dad for the first time and he had a lock on his fridge and told me he eats roadkill barbecue.”

The final story, coming from when she was 19, is even more gut-wrenching than the last:

“When I was 19 years old, I was sexually assaulted by someone I knew and I never reported it to police but I did need to have repair done in the hospital by a plastic surgeon, and I never reported it because I felt bad and I didn’t know if he really actually meant to do it.”

Oh no… So, so sad. Poor girl… We’re so impressed she’s turned out so relatively normal and healthy!

About a week ago, she and son Kevin Hunter Jr. walked into a holistic health store in Newark, New Jersey, and snapped some pictures with the man who runs the place. That’s a BIG deal, because it marks the first time the Wendy Williams Show alum has been seen in public in 18 months!

Per Page Six, Wendy and Kevin went into a shop called Bolingo Balance in the city of Newark. There, they not only purchased some products, but also took pictures with a man named Victor Bowman. He runs the store, and is the son of its late owner — renowned holistic health practitioner Dr. Sebi, AKA Alfredo Bowman. As you can see (below), Wendy was smiling in good spirits as she posed with Victor:

Amazing!

And that’s not all. An employee told Page Six that Wendy was “sharp, upbeat, and aware” during the visit, and had been “very bubbly” while chatting with Bowman. At one point, she sat down with Victor and had him explain some products. The worker noted that while the 60-year-old daytime television alum wasn’t as knowledgeable, she listened closely as they were explained to her:

“She was engaging but wasn’t as familiar with what we do here, so her son was more explaining things. She talked about circulation improvement but didn’t want to get into too much detail on their first meeting and plans to come back in the near future.”

In the end, Bowman sent Williams away with several holistic products, including iron-rich herbs like contribo, sarsaparilla, and bottano oil. Plus, she received a bottle of Dr. Sebi’s famed capsules which promote hormonal balance. Gotta have hormonal balance!

It’s not clear exactly which day Wendy showed up at Bolingo Balance, but per Page Six, Bowman first shared the above photo on his Facebook page on August 19. So, it seems this was a recent development! And considering this is the first time Wendy has been seen in public since March of 2023, it’s big news!

With all that she is going through while battling Graves’ disease, lymphedema, frontotemporal dementia, and even primary progressive aphasia, she’s got a lot on her plate. In Matthew Perry’s book, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing, published in 2022, the actor opened up about his past drug use as the “Big Terrible Thing.” But he also spoke about the drug that ultimately killed him — ketamine. When discussing that one, however, he only had good things to say.

It should have been a huge red flag…

Matty’s use of the drug began as ketamine therapy. The Friends star had started using the hallucinogenic drugs under medical supervision as part of a treatment plan for depression, during which doctors would combine ketamine with the anxiety medication Ativan — and it worked wonders. Until, as we all know, it became the problem.

The comedian recalled it feeling like “being hit in the head with a giant happy shovel.” He remarked:

“Ketamine felt like a giant exhale. They’d bring me into a room, sit me down, put headphones on me so I would listen to music, blindfold me, and put an IV in.”

The 17 Again alum openly struggled with addiction for much of his adult life, so his description of the drug is pretty harrowing now. He said:

“Ketamine was a very popular street drug in the 1980s. There is a synthetic form of it now, and it’s used for two reasons: to ease pain and help with depression. Has my name written all over it — they might as well have called it ‘Matty.’”

Oof. The late 54-year-old recalled getting used to the hallucinogenic effects, noting he would often “disassociate” and “see things” during his sessions. He explained:

“I’d been in therapy for so long that I wasn’t even freaked out by this. Oh, there’s a horse over there? Fine — might as well be.”

He went on:

“As the music played and the K ran through me, it all became about the ego, and the death of the ego.”

In retrospect he’s absolutely just writing about taking drugs. We mean, right?? In the same way, it wasn’t always a good experience, as he expressed:

“I often thought that I was dying during that hour. ‘Oh,’ I thought, ‘this is what happens when you die.’ […] Yet I would continually sign up for this s**t because it was something different, and anything different is good.”

Jeez. That’s hard to read all this knowing this really would be how he died. As Perezcious readers know, the Fools Rush In alum passed away on October 28, 2023, after he was found unconscious in his jacuzzi. It was determined he died from the “acute effects of ketamine use,” and his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa was just arrested for involvement in the death. Per the Department of Justice, he was the person who administered the fatal dose of ketamine that killed the beloved star. Four others, including two doctors, were also charged.

So, so heartbreaking that something Matthew once thought was helping him ultimately just fed into his addiction further, and that those in his inner circle didn’t try to put a stop to it. Unfortunately no one who read the book clocked the issue he was developing with ketamine either. We all really believed he was sober.

As Perezcious readers will recall, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum accused the 51-year-old reality star of sexually assaulting her during filming for an unaired season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip back in January 2023. She also filed a lawsuit against Bravo, Peacock, and other production companies, claiming Brandi harassed and kissed her without consent at their request. During the reported incident, Brandi — who is not named in the suit — allegedly mounted Caroline “on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her.” What the f**k.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has continued to maintain her innocence since the accusations dropped. An executive producer later claimed Caroline only felt “disrespected” by Brandi and was not “sexually violated.” Hmm.

However, by the time someone came forward to back the longtime Bravolebrity’s version of events, it was too late in her eyes. The damage was already done by that point. She lost job opportunities. Her health spiraled out of control. And her reputation went down the toilet. To Brandi, Bravo and Andy “ruined” her entire life. And she made that point crystal clear in an interview published with the US Sun on Thursday.

Insisting that she “didn’t do anything wrong,” Brandi slammed the network for not helping her out during the scandal:

“That’s why she’s not suing me, because I didn’t do anything wrong. And I think she’s suing Bravo, because she wants money. And what would she get from me? My rental? I don’t have any money to give her. I think that Bravo hung me out to dry for a storyline, for a show, knowing that all of that press would cause me to lose other jobs, and it did, and they didn’t care. They don’t care about me. It went from I sexually harassed someone to sexual misconduct. There were even people who were calling me a rapist. People just were tearing me apart. And the fact that Bravo didn’t say anything then, it’s like ‘Help me. Help me. Tell the truth. Help me!.’ I hate them.”

Oof. Brandi claimed Bravo asked her “not to talk” about the incident afterwards, too — not that it stopped her:

“They told me, keep my head down. It’s gonna be fine. I have emails from them like, ‘Keep your head down, it’s gonna be fine, do what we say,’ all the while they had every intention of just hanging me out to dry for the sake of a storyline on a TV show.”

Eventually, the whole ordeal started to take a massive toll on Brandi’s physical and mental health. Months after the alleged incident in Morocco, she ended up in the hospital for three days as her “face started swelling up,” her “eyes went blurry,” and her “hands got really stiff.” She recalled the “scary” situation:

“In July of last year, I started having these attacks of swelling in my face, and I was put in the hospital in October. They said I had stress-induced angioedema, and I would just need to control my stress.”

But managing her stress, as she pointed out, was “easier said than done.” Between the allegations against her and having no income anymore, she struggled to follow the doctor’s orders:

“When you’re being called a sexual predator, or that you sexually harassed someone – when that narrative is out there and Bravo literally could have stepped in at any time and helped me. They could have helped me, but it wasn’t until they got a lawsuit against them that they said Brandi didn’t do anything wrong. Maybe this is all for a storyline, and you just wanted to ruin my life and my health for a storyline you’re speaking up a year and a half later, and you could have said this in the beginning, I lost three shows.”

Things have become so bad for Brandi that she doesn’t “leave” her house these days. At one point, she was even “suicidal”:

“It’s just consumed my life. The cancel culture thing is real, and I didn’t do anything wrong, and they didn’t care to correct it until they got a lawsuit against them. I was literally suicidal, and if it wasn’t for Phaedra [Parks] and my kids, I don’t know where I’d be right now.”

It wasn’t just her overall well-being that took a hit. Her business opportunities also went out the window. She hasn’t even worked since coming back from RHUGT filming! Brandi said:

“In the past year and a half since I returned home from Morocco, I have not worked, not one job. I had jobs lined up overseas, those were canceled.”

And she doesn’t just blame Bravo for ruining her life. She also blames Andy. Brandi called out the What What Happens Live host, saying:

“When Andy quits you it’s not just that you’re not going to work for Bravo ever again. You’re not going to work for Bravo, you’re not going to work for NBC, you’re not going to work for Warner Brothers, which is a part of every TV show. Every time I see Warner Brothers, every time I turn on the TV, I get depressed. I’m like, I’m never working again. It’s not just Andy. There’s all of these huge companies behind him that will ruin your life, and they have.”

Brandi feels Andy thinks her “life is a joke” and “would pull the strings” when it came to her career:

“Like he’s saying, ‘Okay, we’ll give Brandi, no work now, and we’re gonna cancel her and see if she is okay. And I’m not. My health is f**ked and, like, I don’t want to talk about it. It’s been a really hard year, and I’m finally strong enough to say, ‘You know what f*** you, you’re gonna pay for everything that you did. Everyone’s gonna know what a horrible boss you were.’”

And Brandi’s made sure to expose his inappropriate behavior over the years! She even dropped that video of Andy and Below Deck’s Kate Chastain inviting her to watch them sleep together! And when asked if she believes that RHUGT Morocco will ever see the light of day, Brandi responded:

“I know that after they see this interview, I’m not going to get a great edit. So, hopefully not.”

Of course, the monarch is in the midst of a fight against cancer right now, and has been undergoing treatments to battle the disease for months. Well, this week, the 75-year-old gave a bit more insight into that fight, and how it’s been going. And he only needed four words to do it!

The occasion in question was an event held for those affected by the Southport mass stabbing, which occurred at a Taylor Swift-themed event in that city on July 29. The tragedy left three young children dead, and several other people injured. On Wednesday, King Charles met with the families of those who were lost, as well as surviving victims of the tragedy. The entire event was emotionally charged, as you’d expect. But along the way, he also gave some insight into the upheavals in his personal life, too.

According to Express, one of the attendees at the somber event briefly changed the subject to politely ask Prince William‘s father how he was coming along with his cancer fight. And King Charles offered up some good news! In a very low-key way, at least. Needing just four words to answer the query, he said:

“I’m not too bad.”

We love to hear that! Per that same outlet, he appeared to be in fine fettle while interacting with those at the memorial. Obviously, it was not a happy event with lots of smiles and laughs, so he wasn’t carefree or heartening in that way. But it’s great to hear that Charles is currently upbeat about his battle nonetheless!

The post King Charles Reveals Rare Update On Cancer Battle During Visit With Victims Of Mass Stabbing At Taylor Swift Event appeared first on Perez Hilton.

The 34-year-old recording artist, whose real name is Colson Baker, opened up about his personal life on Sunday as a guest on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. This isn’t the first podcast in recent weeks on which MGK has shared some really heavy personal stuff. But as you’ll soon see, this is definitely the most touching and inspirational of all his recent reveals…

The topic this time around was the Bloody Valentine singer’s previous years of substance abuse, and the impetus for finally getting clean and sober after living for so long with a clouded head: his teenage daughter Casie Colson Baker! As MGK explained during the interview, the 15-year-old — whom MGK shares with his ex Emma Cannon — came to him a few years ago, when she was just 11 or 12, and confronted him about not being sober. The way she said it at the time was so candid and chilling, too:

“It started with my daughter saying, ‘Dad, you know I can tell when you’re high.'”

OMG…

That’s a sobering thought if ever we’ve heard one. We don’t even know how we’d respond to something like that. And obviously, MGK was thrown by it at the time, too. He recalled being crushed over her admission:

“It broke my heart. It was like the ultimate letdown.”

Seriously, tho. So freakin’ sad!

But there is a happy ending to that story. Even though it took a little while longer for MGK to get clean — as he readily admitted, “obviously drugs have a vice grip on you” — he did step back from his substance abuse habits. And looking back on it now, the Emo Girl singer can confidently say that it was Casie’s confrontation that got him on the right path. That part of this story is SO good!!

The recording artist also did a lot of work on himself after Casie’s life-changing comment. That included reflecting on why he jumped into drugs in the first place, which came about in part due to childhood trauma involving his own father failing to step up. As MGK grew up, that trauma led to the star’s young adulthood spent abusing substances:

“Really that’s just a reflection of him [my dad] not being who he wanted to be. To be the father I wish my dad would have been, I have to break this generational curse for my kid.”

Breaking generational curses is clearly a thing that’s been on MGK’s mind quite a bit recently. As you may recall, that is also a major theme in his most recent single and music video for Lonely Road alongside Jelly Roll. Clearly, he’s thinking a lot about the future, and his daughter. According to a new report published by TMZ on Tuesday morning, the reality TV star is planning to check out of in-patient treatment imminently. Sources claimed to that outlet that the Bravo star will be gone from the center by Thursday, and then reappear back at his crib in El Lay for the foreseeable future.

Most notably, the top priority for Jax from here is to spend some quality time with his son Cruz. Now, that doesn’t mean he is going to move right back in with Brittany or anything. The two of them are going to remain physically and romantically apart, with their relationship still very much estranged and their living quarters still in separate spots. Specifically, the plan is for Jax to return to the family home, while his separated wife will remain where she is in a nearby rental residence.

But it’s great to hear that he is going to spend a lot of time with Cruz, at least! Those same insiders told the outlet that Taylor’s motivation is to get re-adjusted to life outside treatment, and get back to his bond with his son.

Oh, and Jax is also going to get back to his gig on The Valley… sort of. Per that same TMZ report, he will be joining the rest of the show’s cast for the remainder of their season two filming projects in the late summer and early fall. That production period began earlier this summer, so Jax has some catching up to do. And yet he’s going to temper that reunion a bit, with insiders saying that a return to life in front of the camera will be on his timeline, and not an all-in, 24-7 thing.

Regardless, Jax WILL be addressing his treatment stay and the full spate of reasons for going in the first place on this forthcoming second season of The Valley. Viewers can apparently expect a highly emotional second season when it hits Bravo’s airwaves months from now, based on what these insiders are saying. Damn!

Between Jax’s mental health issues leading to the in-patient treatment stay in the first place, and his ongoing marital issues with Brittany, there is definitely a lot there to unpack. Of course, we’ve been covering the tale of the so-called “Ketamine Queen,” whose real name is Jasveen Sangha. She has been accused, along with several other people, of funneling ketamine to the Friends alum in the months leading up to his death last year. She’s also been accused of dealing drugs in a massive and unsettling second investigation that is unrelated to Perry. And now, we are learning more about how she came into contact with the sitcom star in the first place.

On Friday night, TMZ‘s Harvey Levin appeared alongside Dr. Drew Pinsky on CUOMO on NewsNation. During that interview, Levin indicated that his outlet’s sources have determined that Sangha and Perry were in the same Los Angeles-area rehab facility at the same time not long before Perry’s death. During that stay, they met and connected — and then, Levin claims, Sangha and her network began to supply Perry with ketamine and reap the profits of those sales.

The issue is much bigger than just Perry and Sangha, too. Levin was adamant during Friday’s interview that there is unfortunately a network of doctors and dealers accessing and distributing drugs to rich clients for profit. Inevitably and tragically, some of those cases spiral into addiction — and then, as with Perry, their addictions end in death. Levin said:

“This is not just about Matthew Perry. There is a network of doctors and others who are funneling drugs to people with means. A lot of these people meet in rehab!”

The TMZ boss continued during his chat with Pinsky and show host Chris Cuomo:

“This is a serious problem that tragically happened to Matthew Perry, but goes way beyond him.”

Unsettling…

As for Pinsky, he hypothesized that the two defendants in the Perry case who have not pled guilty or agreed to a plea deal already may concoct a defense that Perry’s death was unintentional and negligent, rather than directly motivated or induced. Dr. Drew explained:

“Somebody may use this [as] a defense in court, which is awful, because it doesn’t make it any less outrageous that he was given extraordinary amounts of clearly dangerous drugs. This was a customer. They didn’t want him to die.”

John Mulaney’s ex-wife got real about just how devastated she was when he broke up with her to be with Olivia Munn.

As Perezcious readers will recall, the comedian filed to end his seven-year marriage to Anna Marie Tendler in July 2021 after a stint in rehab. The former couple first split in May — around the same time rumors of his relationship with Olivia started. Naturally, there was a lot of debate about whether John cheated on the 39-year-old artist due to the sus romance timeline!

None of them addressed the cheating rumors at the time. Even to this day, Anna Marie still hasn’t confirmed or denied the speculation! However, she has been brutally honest about her intense feelings during the time of their breakup – especially in her new memoir Men Have Called Her Crazy, which was released on Tuesday.

Brace yourselves.

Anna Marie does not hold back when it comes to this dark chapter in her life. In the book, she admitted she felt like she was “dying” when her marriage to John came to an end:

“My marriage was falling apart, and the more I tried to hold on, the faster it seemed to slip away. I began cutting with more frequency than at any point in my life. I was nauseous all the time and had stopped eating. No one saw how thin I had become because I only saw people from the chest up through a computer screen.”

Things got so bad that she made a “plan” to die by suicide one day and even wrote a note amid her heartbreak:

“Thoughts of dying and death consumed me. I had the will, a plan, and the means to carry out the plan.”

Oof. Once Anna Marie wrote the note, she had second thoughts. She ripped it up “into tiny pieces the following day” and scattered “it into various garbage cans” around New York City. Shortly afterward, “on the recommendation” of her therapist, she checked into a mental health facility for “intense suicidal ideation, self-harm,” and “disordered eating.”

Years after her divorce from John, Anna Marie wrote:

“I do still feel like I’m dying after a breakup. Only now I feel like I’m dying for one, maybe two days, instead of an entire week. Or month. Or months. That’s progress. I’ve come to understand that the dying feeling comes after the anger wears off, when I’m left with the emptiness of knowing I must once again rely largely on myself for company.”

And again, as time has passed, she is not “miraculously” in a better place when it comes to her mental health. The photographer still struggles with suicidal ideation:

“I won’t pretend that I’m miraculously happy now, that I never think about wanting to die. I do. But my old brain before the hospital would think: ‘I want to die. I deserve to die. No one will ever love me. Why am I even alive? Maybe I should act on this now so I don’t have to feel this way anymore.’ Now my brain thinks: ‘I want to die. Okay, what is this feeling? This is grief. Grief is one of the hardest feelings to feel. Why I am alive? I’m alive because I have jobs to do.’”

To combat some of the loneliness she felt, though, Anna Marie began her journey into motherhood. She continued:

“I didn’t realize having children was a choice until I was in my early 20s. It seemed like something everyone had to do at a certain point, a natural progression of life stages. No particular moment catalyzed the choice. I simply remember thinking one day, ‘Oh wait, I don’t have to be a mom.’ From that day forward I never really wanted to be one. My reservations about motherhood have been shaped by my feelings about men, their general incompetence, their propensity toward selfishness, and their inability to empathize with the female experience.”

During her 20s and early 30s, the author thought she “still had ‘so much time.’” But now that Anna Marie is nearing her 40? She realized she didn’t have “much time at all,” which led her to try in vitro fertilization. At first, the makeup artist thought the process would be easy, especially when it came to injecting herself due to her history of self-harm. However, she soon found out that wasn’t the case. Anna Marie revealed she only got four viable eggs, leaving her gutted:

“My eyes fill with tears and I can no longer read the card. I never considered I might not get many eggs. Most of my friends who have also gone through this process froze double digits. I just assumed I would follow suit. I feel like a failure.’”

A year later, Anna Marie gave it another shot. Unfortunately, she had to stop the second round before she even began as her doctors discovered an ovarian cyst. Since then, though, she hasn’t tried to go back to IVF — and doesn’t know if she ever will. Now, she cannot help but fear losing her “community” of friends and being alone:

“I’m afraid that once everyone in our group has children except for me, I’ll be unimportant – the single, childless woman to whom they can no longer relate. I’m afraid I’ll lose my community and my support system, and that fear is so intense that it comes out as laughter at the same time it comes out as tears. I remind myself for the millionth time that on the other side of pregnancy is motherhood, and I’m not sure I’m up for that.”

Donald Trump did an unhinged interview with Elon Musk on Monday night, and when Elon’s tech wasn’t crashing, Donny was.

The 78-year-old downplayed climate change and wildly inflated the crime rate — but all that is expected at this point. Even his expectation that “60 million” people were listening to their conversation (the real number was about 1.3 million at peak) is pretty de rigueur for Trump. Always delulu about his crowd size.

But this one… This was a REALLY bonkers comment…

Trump lisped through the interview about his opponent Kamala Harris, though many listening swore he kept calling her “Camilla.” At one point he brought up her new Time magazine cover. This one…

His hot take? She looks like Melania Trump! WHAT?!? Trump said:

“She’s terrible. But she’s getting a free ride. I saw a picture of her on Time magazine today. She looks like the most beautiful actress ever to live. It was a drawing, and actually, she looked very much like our great first lady, Melania.”

Um… this Melania??

Yeah, we do NOT see it. But then again, Trump also confused his sexual abuse victim E. Jean Carroll for ex-wife Marla Maples Trump, so it’s clear he’s losing it when it comes to telling women apart. He added:

“She didn’t look like Camilla. That’s right. But of course, she’s a beautiful woman, so we’ll leave it at that.”

We’re not even sure what that’s supposed to mean. The drawing is an excellent likeness of Kamala. If he thinks she’s beautiful, that’s fine — though obviously creepy coming from him. But we don’t know how he doesn’t see it, unless…

OK, this is a wild theory, but… What if, because it’s a black-and-white drawing, and there’s no color… What if the fact her being Black was taken out of the equation means suddenly he sees that she’s “a beautiful woman”? What if he’s so racist, he literally can’t see that IRL? So he only calls her “dumb” and “nasty” and all that because he’s an old ass racist who thinks that way about women of color?

Just a theory, but… How else do you explain this totally bonkers assessment of her Time cover??

Anyway, the Harris campaign did respond to Trump’s convo with Musk, writing in a statement:

“Donald Trump’s extremism and dangerous Project 2025 agenda is a feature not a glitch of his campaign, which was on full display for those unlucky enough to listen in tonight during whatever that was on X.com. Trump’s entire campaign is in service of people like Elon Musk and himself – self-obsessed rich guys who sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024.”

Damn!
