Wow! If you’re curious about her rumored new guy, here is the rundown! Jeremy is a dad of two who works as a tour guide at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours in Des Allemands, Louisiana, where you get an up-close look at alligators and other animals! What a wild and scary profession!

What’s more? He and Lana go way back! They’ve known each other for at least five years now! The 39-year-old singer seemingly first met Jeremy in March 2019 when she took one of his tours while in Louisiana for her show at the BUKU Music + Art Project festival. About a week ago, she and son Kevin Hunter Jr. walked into a holistic health store in Newark, New Jersey, and snapped some pictures with the man who runs the place. That’s a BIG deal, because it marks the first time the Wendy Williams Show alum has been seen in public in 18 months!

Per Page Six, Wendy and Kevin went into a shop called Bolingo Balance in the city of Newark. There, they not only purchased some products, but also took pictures with a man named Victor Bowman. He runs the store, and is the son of its late owner — renowned holistic health practitioner Dr. Sebi, AKA Alfredo Bowman. As you can see (below), Wendy was smiling in good spirits as she posed with Victor:

And that’s not all. An employee told Page Six that Wendy was “sharp, upbeat, and aware” during the visit, and had been “very bubbly” while chatting with Bowman. At one point, she sat down with Victor and had him explain some products. The worker noted that while the 60-year-old daytime television alum wasn’t as knowledgeable, she listened closely as they were explained to her:

“She was engaging but wasn’t as familiar with what we do here, so her son was more explaining things. She talked about circulation improvement but didn’t want to get into too much detail on their first meeting and plans to come back in the near future.”

In the end, Bowman sent Williams away with several holistic products, including iron-rich herbs like contribo, sarsaparilla, and bottano oil. Plus, she received a bottle of Dr. Sebi’s famed capsules which promote hormonal balance. Gotta have hormonal balance!

It’s not clear exactly which day Wendy showed up at Bolingo Balance, but per Page Six, Bowman first shared the above photo on his Facebook page on August 19. So, it seems this was a recent development! And considering this is the first time Wendy has been seen in public since March of 2023, it’s big news!

With all that she is going through while battling Graves’ disease, lymphedema, frontotemporal dementia, and even primary progressive aphasia, she’s got a lot on her plate. Ben Affleck‘s marriage to Jennifer Lopez may be over, but he doesn’t seem too down in the dumps about it! On Monday, a source told People the Argo star is “doing well and is very focused” amid the divorce, adding:

“He thrives when he has work projects. He’s been great when it comes to the kids too. He’s doing exactly what he wants. He seems very happy.”

Oof. “Doing exactly what he wants” — that sure sounds like a jab to J.Lo, huh? Not sure if that was the intent here, but ouch!

When not keeping busy with work or hanging out with his rumored new girl Kick Kennedy, the 52-year-old has also been seen out and about with bestie Matt Damon. The pair were spotted going out to dinner in Los Angeles on Sunday night. Ben joined Matt, his wife Luciana Barroso, and their kids at the Italian restaurant Toscana. A family meal with Uncle Ben. One reason the actor may be moving on so easily is because, per the People source, the Good Will Hunting star felt he was “done with his marriage” for months. It ended for him when he moved out of their marital home and into a Brentwood rental earlier this year. They were first discovered to be living separately in mid-May, and J.Lo’s divorce docs state they’ve been separated since April 26. So, he’s been done with the romance for a LONG time, even if the marriage was still technically on.

While he’s putting on a brave face in public, the confidant insisted Ben was “upset” by the split at the time though, especially his move from the marital mansion, adding:

“You could tell that he was upset about it though. He knew he was letting [Lopez] down. He felt very bad about it.”

But, ultimately, he felt it was the only option:

“He and [Lopez] just have very different lifestyles. He realized he would never be happy with her lifestyle. And he didn’t expect it to change.”

A different insider said the Air director can be “very moody and dark at times” — which has been a rumored reason for the breakup. His personality was just too incompatible for the Let’s Get Loud singer, who “appreciates life in another way. She’s very grateful for everything.”

We guess they’ve each had time to privately mourn the end of the marriage behind closed doors since way before the divorce was filed, but it’s still kinda surprising to see Ben moving on seemingly so easily! So, the moment in question went down over the weekend. On Saturday, the 47-year-old rapper and the 29-year-old architectural designer were driving through Beverly Hills when Ye spotted a group of Trump supporters holding an impromptu rally for the presidential candidate. Now, insiders are speaking out about Bianca’s appearance at the rally! Talking to DailyMail.com, one insider said people back home are “terrified” for Censori’s safety at random pro-Trump events like that. And furthermore, they’re worried that she has been “lost” to the clutches of Kanye’s highly concerning political beliefs!

The source explained that Ye stopped at the rally and engaged the large group of strangers AGAINST BIANCA’S WILL, which is super unsettling considering how many emotionally-charged people were there! And the source went on:

“Bianca was not onboard with the idea of stopping at the Trump rally. She is clearly not a conservative woman. Her overt display of sexuality and the fact that she believes a woman should be able to do whatever she wants with her own body isn’t exactly on board with Republican beliefs.”

Preach it! She ain’t no tradwife! Does that mean she’s in danger??

Specifically, insiders are now worried about a couple different things. The first is concern that the Aussie may be turning to alcohol to deal with the stress of her marriage. Yikes. And the second is their major worry that “Kanye is putting her in danger by stopping and winding his car window down at a Trump demo.” Hmm.

Skeptical of Ye’s seemingly endless fascination with Trump, the insider added:

“This is after he denounced Trump and spoke out against him, and after Trump called Kanye someone who needs help. How is this safe?”

It’s true, Ye isn’t really with the MAGA crowd on everything either — for instance they want to ban porn, and he’s just getting into the business. But he does like being part of the group that don’t like being told not to be jerks.

But why is it so dangerous for her? The Republican Party isn’t exactly a bastion for pro-woman policies and platforms. (Boy, there’s the understatement of the century.) Thus, Bianca’s old friends Down Under are worried that by having Ye align her with all this Trump crap they know she’d be against, she’s really losing her way:

“For the most part, Trump’s supporters, and some Republicans, believe that it is okay for a man to decide what a woman should do, how she should behave, her role in the family, what she should and shouldn’t wear and how she should and shouldn’t act. This is terrifying to her loved ones as they feel this is how Kanye seems to view women — or at least Bianca. But this is the woman she is now, not the person she was before Kanye. Her friends feel like they have lost her.”
