Ben Affleck‘s rumored new girlfriend Kick Kennedy has a strange backstory for an environmental activist!

It’s no secret that Kick’s father Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has shared some pretty unusual tales amid his failed presidential run, but this one that his own daughter revealed years ago?? It’s maybe the grossest… even potentially incriminating!!

Back in 2012, Kick reflected on her childhood with Town & Country, sharing a story that demonstrated how she inherited her father’s similar “eccentric environmentalism,” as the outlet put it. When she was just 6, she claimed in the profile, a whale washed up on Squaw Island in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts. Her father loved to study animal skulls and skeletons, so he raced down to the beach — to get the whale’s head! Yes, you read that right. He drove down, with the kids, and he CUT OFF THE WHALE’S HEAD WITH A CHAINSAW! Yikes!

Remember, Kick was there, just a little girl! So he not only decided to cut off this whale’s head, which sounds ghoulish enough… He brought his kids along! ICK!

RFK then bungee-corded it to the family’s minivan — where it stayed for a five-hour drive to Mount Kisco, New York. OMG! The 36-year-old recalled riding down home with this thing on the roof:

“Every time we accelerated on the highway, whale juice would pour into the windows of the car, and it was the rankest thing on the planet. We all had plastic bags over our heads with mouth holes cut out, and people on the highway were giving us the finger, but that was just normal day-to-day stuff for us.”

Jeez!!

How was that normal?! This is an absurd story in and of itself, but as mentioned, it could be illegal, too!!

The Center for Biological Diversity Action Fund is up in arms now that this story has resurfaced. The group’s national political director, Brett Hartl, even urged the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to investigate. He wrote a letter to government officials on Monday, noting it’s illegal to possess “any part of an animal” protected by the Marine Mammal Protection and Endangered Species acts, which includes several whale species. He noted that “continued possession of any whale skull” would be an ongoing violation of the law.

Also, transporting a skull across state lines would be a “felony violation” of the 1900 Lacey Act, “which prohibits the transportation of any wildlife, dead or alive, that was reduced to possession in violation of any state, federal or international regulation or law.” Per Axios, Brett continued:

“Normally, an unverified anecdote would not provide sufficient evidence as the basis for conducting an investigation.”

But wild animal stories like this aren’t exactly new for this hopeful politician:

“However, Mr. Kennedy has admitted that he has recklessly — and with no regard to legal requirements — taken other species of wildlife for his own personal benefit.”

Earlier this month, before dropping out of the presidential race, Robert revealed he covered up the death of a bear after a woman hit and killed it. He’d planned to “skin” and eat the bear cub, but when he ran out of time to go home and drop the dead animal off before other plans, he decided to leave it in Central Park instead, where he made it look like the creature got hit by a bike. Yeah, he openly admitted to all of this (below), so that’s why this activist group is so concerned!

This is after that photo of him allegedly eating a roasted dog came out… This is just… wow. Three dead animal stories in just a few months. And we wouldn’t even have heard of this one if Kick hadn’t apparently started dating Ben Affleck! So the question comes to mind…

While they’re hoping for a full investigation and any necessary consequences, at the very least, the organization wants RFK Jr. to surrender “any and all illegally obtained wildlife that he continues to possess.” So far, he hasn’t reacted to his renewed controversy. The former NFL player was slapped with a citation over the weekend after his 3-year-old Cane Corso dog named Stone got loose in his Milton, Georgia neighborhood and started terrorizing the neighbors! And this is far from the first time that the dog, which is a big type of mastiff, has been causing problems in Milton! In fact, it’s such a regular occurrence by now that the police are FINALLY doing something about it!

As you may recall, Kroy and estranged wife Kim Zolciak have had major police-related dog problems before. The rest of the neighborhood got fed up with the couple last year when they failed to step up and keep their dog inside the gate in their yard. And now, well, that issue is happening again!

Per TMZ, the Milton PD sent out officers on Saturday to give the former Atlanta Falcons star a citation after neighbors complained that Stone got loose and started terrorizing them. One neighbor called police after seeing Stone running free in the ‘hood. In their call, that neighbor claimed that the dog had been “aggressive” towards her. Yikes!!

Stone eventually made it back home, but cops were none too happy. Kroy claimed that his son was supposed to be watching the dog, but it must have gotten away from the child. Uhhh… are we talking about the same son, Kash, who was horribly bitten by one of their dogs a few years back?! Hmm…

Anyways, Kroy claimed that his front gate — which is supposed to keep Stone on his property — was broken, and stuck in the open position. In turn, he alleged that he found the dog on the sidewalk in front of his house, and not down the street. Either way, cops still wrote up the citation and slapped Biermann with the penalty.

This is somewhat minor in the grand scheme of things, obviously, but it’s a never-ending legal s**t show for the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and Kroy all the same!! They sure have gotten to know the fine officers of the Milton Police Department very, very (very, very) well over the last year or two… yeesh!!

It definitely never ends with these two, does it? Whether dog issues, relentless divorce problems, or their seemingly unending foreclosure fight… it’s always something. Thoughts, y’all?? Share ’em (below)!

On Tuesday, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Fisheries Service announced a juvenile bottlenose dolphin was found dead on West Mae’s Beach in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on March 13. The agency explained its stranding network partner, Audubon Aquarium Rescue, recovered the mammal and transported it to the Audubon Nature Institute in New Orleans for a necropsy after being alerted by someone about the death. And what was discovered about the young dolphin’s death was horrific!

According to the NOAA, the autopsy revealed multiple bullets lodged in its brain, spinal cord, and heart. OMG. Officials determined the dolphin died from the trauma, which happened at or near the time of death. You sadly read that right. This poor animal was shot to death by someone! Before anyone asks, there is likely zero chance this was an accident. Bullets don’t travel in the water, so whoever committed the brutal murder must have waited until the dolphin surfaced to shoot it several times. Incredibly sickening.

Now, NOAA’s Office of Law Enforcement is investigating the death and wants to find whoever harmed the animal. The NOAA asked for help to track down the party responsible, offering $20,000 to anyone who provides “information leading to a criminal conviction or the assessment of a civil penalty.” If they find the culprit, that person faces a big punishment. Hunting, harassing, capturing, killing, or feeding wild dolphins is prohibited under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Violators face up to $100,000 in fines and up to one year in jail per violation.

According to The US Sun, she died on Tuesday of a pulmonary thrombosis, in which blood clots travel from the legs to the lungs. This was just days after getting liposuction. According to a 2023 study in the Journal of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, pulmonary thrombosis is the leading cause of death resulting from liposuction procedures.

Her Cuacolandia horse sanctuary confirmed the sad news in a statement on Instagram Wednesday, saying:

“With deep sorrow, we inform you of the departure of Elena Larrea, president and founder of Cuacolandia, who, unfortunately, yesterday, Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 3:30 pm, died due to a pulmonary thrombosis that caused a clot in the lung. From Cuacolandia, we are very sorry for your loss. We will remember and continue to work for all that he bravely pushed from this foundation. We will promote their legacy and love so that our cuckoos, donkeys and mules live in freedom and in appropriate conditions in Mexico and in this, our sanctuary of equines rescued from abuse and abandonment.”

They continued:

“We reiterate our heartfelt condolences to the entire Cuacolandia family as well as the Larrea family and close friends who fought tirelessly for animal rights. We thank you for all your love and dedication and wish you an eternal rest and peace. She will be missed.”

For those who don’t know, Elena was known for her animal activism. The influencer founded the animal shelter in Atlixco, Mexico, seven years ago, where she worked to save horses, donkeys, mules, and other equines that experienced abuse or had been abandoned. Elena also helped to change legislature in the state, including making bestiality a crime. (Shockingly that didn’t happen until the past few years…)

On top of her activism, she became a content creator on OnlyFans to help finance her animal sanctuary and stop it from shutting down when she began to experience financial trouble after the coronavirus pandemic.

Following her sudden death, Governor of Puebla Sergio Salomon offered his condolences to her loved ones and praised the work she did over the years, saying:

“I deeply regret the death of Elena Larrea, a tireless fighter for the defence of animal welfare. The rescue of thousands of abused horses is testimony to her life and work. On behalf of the Puebla Government, we would like to express our solidarity to her family and friends. With the Ministry of the Environment, we can guarantee the protection of the animals at Cuacolandia. We will provide all the necessary help so other horses are cared for by the authorities as well as those already rescued, prioritising their wellbeing at all times. We will follow your example. Rest in peace, Elena.”

A 28-year-old aspiring influencer in Pennsylvania is behind bars after she allegedly tortured and killed animals to gain more likes on YouTube.

According to NBC 10 on Tuesday, Anigar Monsee allegedly ran an account on the social media platform where law enforcement claims she posted videos of herself dressed in “scantily-clad” clothes torturing and killing animals such as rabbits, chickens, frogs, and pigeons. In the videos posted over the past year, an affidavit obtained by the outlet claimed Monsee would slowly disembowel and mutilate the animals while they were still alive. Sometimes, she allegedly had severed their necks with a dull knife for several minutes. What the actual f**k?! Those poor animals!

When the animal rights organization PETA received a tip about what was happening on the account, they contacted the Upper Darby Police Department. The organization helped the police find Monsee using clues from the videos and the comments section, where viewers referred to her as “Ani” while encouraging her disturbing actions. According to the affidavit, law enforcement claimed Monsee would ask for more likes before she would hurt the animals in her videos, and some of her commentary had been sexually explicit at times. It is beyond disturbing that someone would do this for likes.

She ended up being arrested on January 19 and charged with four felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. When Monsee was taken into custody last week, she confessed to being the woman in the videos and that the account belonged to her.

How did she get away with these videos for so long? YouTube’s community guidelines state that animal abuse content is not permitted. So why hadn’t they put a stop to her page over the past year? FYI, the platform shut down the account on Thursday – meaning her horrific videos remained on the channel for a week after her arrest. A spokesperson for YouTube told NBC 10:

“Content that is violent or abusive toward animals is not allowed on YouTube, and we have terminated the channel in question.”

Monsee is now being held on a $200,000 bond and scheduled for a preliminary hearing on February 5. Reactions, Perezcious readers? Sound OFF in the comments (below).

A worker also could be seen feeding the animal from a bottle while another positioned it around the star.

“I would never go to a place like this. Let them all run free !! always found this cruel and so sad.”

And the 31-year-old DJ couldn’t help but throw out his iconic insult he told Sandoval at the VPR reunion last year — though a slightly different version this time:

An insider claimed Lisa was “considering taking in his beloved dog Alfred.”

However, it turns out that is not happening! She’s not adopting his pup whatsoever. In fact, according to Us Weekly, a source confirmed Matthew did not even own a pet prior to his death!!

That said, he did spend time with a doodle mix named Alfred. That was a dog he shared with his ex-fiancée Molly Hurwitz at one point. But it seems when they broke up in 2021, she ended up getting custody of the dog. The proof? Molly has posted a ton of pictures of him on social media since the split. Meanwhile, Matthew last shared a pic of Alfred in February 2021, writing:

“We all know who rules the Perry household even without the crown. You can follow my boy @alfreddoodleperry, where we’ll be sharing photos and videos, telling you about our favorite pet brands, and presenting some tips to keep our dogs safe!”

So it seems Molly has been taking care of Alfred for years,  and thus, he will remain with her at this time. Makes sense, TBH.

At about 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, Lee Meyer of the Nebraska town of Neligh was driving on Highway 275 through neighboring Norfolk with a massive bull on the passenger side of the vehicle.

You read that right! A bull! And not just any bull — a 2,200-pound Watusi-longhorn mix with MASSIVE horns. His name is Howdy Doody. He was strapped into the custom-built passenger side of Meyer’s Ford Crown Victoria — a sedan! Like, not even an SUV! The kind of car often used as a police cruiser! And they were riding along as if nothing was wrong. To top it off, the Crown Vic boasts the license plate “Boy & Dog,” which is, given the situation, HIGHlarious!

As it turns out, Meyer and Howdy Doody have been riding around central Nebraska for the last seven years, per the New York Times. They live in Neligh, and often drive down the road together to another small town called Verdigre. The pair even won “best float” at a parade there in 2017. So, they’re well known in the region. But Norfolk cops were ignorant to it!!

According to News Channel Nebraska, Norfolk PD Captain Chad Reiman confirmed that officers pulled Meyer over without incident:

“The officers received a call referencing a car driving into town that had a cow in it. They thought that it was going to be a calf, something small or something that would actually fit inside the vehicle. As a result, the officer performed a traffic stop and addressed some traffic violations that were occurring with that particular situation.”

Thankfully, according to Captain Reiman, the officers did not cite Meyer or Howdy Doody:

“The officers wrote him some warnings. There were some citable issues with that situation. The officers chose to write him a warning and ask him to take the animal back home and leave the city.”

Uhhh, yeah, we bet there were “some citable issues” there. LOLz!! In a follow-up interview with People, Reiman added:

“I don’t know why he was doing it that day. I asked him what kind of animal it was, where he lived, how far he came from, and those types of things. I talked to him about the violations that were occurring and that was pretty much the extent of our conversation. I can honestly say that I haven’t seen anything like that before. It was different, for sure. You’re not going to run across that every day.”

So crazy!

The non-profit animal rescue and activism group lit into him in recent days after the Saturday Night Live alum was spotted on video buying a Cavapoo puppy for his family. Of course, the folks over at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals would much rather he adopt a dog than buy a breeder dog from a puppy mill. So, when undercover video came out of the stand-up star purchasing the pup, PETA went on a full-out media blitz.

On Monday, the 29-year-old comedian retaliated against PETA’s public relations slam. He left a voicemail with the organization that was directed at a woman named Daphna Nachminovitch. She is the non-profit’s Senior Vice President of Cruelty Investigations, and Pete is NOT a fan of her work!

Early on Tuesday, TMZ published a recording of that voicemail — and it went IN! The message starts normally enough, with Pete leaving his full name and asking for Daphna. You can tell its him based on the voice, as he opens up by saying:

“Hi, my name is Pete Davidson, this message is for Daphna. Thank you so much for making comments publicly that I didn’t adopt a dog. I just wanted to let you know that I’m severely allergic to dogs, so I have to get a specific breed. I’m only not allergic to cavapoos, and those type of dogs.”

That breed of dog, the Cavapoo, is a cross between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the poodle. It’s a very cute mixed-breed dog, and one that doesn’t shed, so it’s nearly hypoallergenic for someone like Pete who is “severely allergic” to dogs. But that’s not the only reason he purchased the dog. As the Meet Cute star explained, he was getting it as a gift for his mother. She had been mourning the sudden death of the prior dog at just two years old.

That dog, Henry (pictured in the inset, above, from last year) had been a family favorite of both Pete’s momma Amy and his sister, Casey. The younger Davidson sis was heartbroken when she lamented Henry’s sudden loss back in early May:

Thus, Pete laid out all that in the second half of the voicemail.

And during that second part of the phone call push, Pete got really angry at Daphna’s media blitz criticizing his puppy mill purchase in the public eye:

“And my mom’s f**king dog, who was two years old, died a week prior, and we’re all so upset. So I had to get a specific dog. So why don’t you do your research before you f**king create news stories for people because you’re a boring, tired f**k. F**k you, and suck my d**k!”

Damn!!!

Pete was going off!

And PETA isn’t backing down, either! In a response sent to TMZ after the voicemail was first released, the non-profit org re-stated their wish that Davidson had “done his research” and adopted a dog from a shelter rather than hand out big bucks to pay for a special breed:

“If Pete had done his research, he would know that there’s no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog, that at least a quarter of dogs in shelters are purebreds, and that Petfinder has listings for homeless dogs of every breed under the sun, including the one he purchased.”

The org also softened up a little bit, too, though. They added a second statement lamenting the loss of the Davidson’s family prior dog Henry while begging people to adopt rather than shop for canine companions in the future:

“Our hearts go out to the Davidson family for the loss of their dog, but Pete must know in his heart that there’s no excuse for buying a dog and propping up the puppy mill industry when millions of dogs await loving homes in shelters, and we hope he’ll do the right thing and adopt next time.”

As for the King of Staten Island star, he also spoke to TMZ following the voicemail debacle. For one, he admits he was not aware he could “adopt a specific hypoallergenic dog.” He claimed he was previously told by others it “wasn’t an option, and if it was, it was rare.”

But more to the point of the controversy, he also addressed his outburst of anger on the recorded voicemail. The Wizards! star explained how the Cavapoo’s arrival into his family’s lives was very emotional. And between that and the stresses of being filmed surreptitiously without his knowledge or consent, he simply snapped:

“I haven’t seen my mom and sister cry like that in over 20 years. I was trying to cheer up my family. I was already upset that the store had filmed me without my permission or acknowledgement. Then this organization [PETA] made a public example of us, making our grieving situation worse. I am upset. It was a poor choice of words. I shouldn’t have said what I said, but I am not sorry for standing up for myself and my family.”

Damn. Definitely a situation where neither side is backing down very much. And we don’t really expect either side to change their stance anytime soon, either. It’s well known how PETA feels about so-called “puppy mills,” and there’s never been a question about Pete’s loyalty to his loved ones.

But as the TikToker intimates in her call-out clip, the dog is also pulling hard on the leash in the pics — which is something a service dog is specifically trained not to do. So, is Sweeney’s pet pretending to be a service dog just so she can bring the pup inside places with her?!

The video critic opened her argument by saying:

“So is no one going to talk about how Sydney Sweeney actively puts a service dog vest on her dog just to travel with it and take it into not pet-friendly places?”

Then, she shared a photo of the Spokane native at an airport, and said:

“This photo makes me ill. Like, is no one talking about this? Like, hey, bestie, if you’re going to lie, maybe fake it better.”

Jeez…

The TikToker offered up a second photo of Sweeney walking out of a Target with the dog, too:
