Early on Wednesday, Teresa Giudice took to Instgram to post pictures of her 18-year-old daughter Milania beginning her freshman year at the University of Tampa in Florida. First off, it’s insane to us that Milania is 18 and off to college. Where did the time go?! We are old AF! LOLz!!

But the story here isn’t Milania’s arrival to adulthood (time flies!) or her matriculation to the U of T (congrats!). The story is how the Real Housewives of New Jersey star can’t help but make herself the center of attention even amid her daughter’s big moment!!

Now, to be fair, Tre looks f**king incredible for 52 years old. Nobody is debating that! If we had that bod, we’d be flaunting it, too. Ha!! But at Milania’s college drop-off?! Really?? It’s giving “momma making it all about herself” vibes!!

It’s time for the teen to spread her wings. Take easy classes, drop hard classes, talk to boys, maybe join a sorority, definitely party a little bit… you know, that whole deal. And Tre’s husband Luis Ruelas certainly knows that whole deal, even if he’s been creepy as f**k about it.

On Monday’s very special episode of My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast, Vicki opened up about a recent health issue she had. It was so bad, the Real Housewives of Orange County star had to bring along her beau Michael Smith to explain the parts she forgot due to “amnesia”. OMG!

She revealed it all started earlier this month when she had a routine hair appointment. She said everything was going “as usual” until she started to have gaps in her memory:

“There seems to be about an hour or two that I was missing and I don’t know where I was. So I got to the office … I had a client coming in and she said I was talking gibberish and I wrote an email out and the email didn’t make sense.”

The client she’d been communicating with was a “retired ER physician” and feared the worst — that Vicki might’ve been having a stroke! He reached out to Michael’s daughter Olivia and told her about the situation:

“He got up and told Olivia that I was possibly having a stroke, we didn’t know. I don’t remember anything and [Olivia] took me to the hospital.”

So scary! The Bravolebrity admitted she doesn’t “recall much” about that night, but she was discharged after she was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Sadly, this was only the beginning for her medical issues…

Michael said Vicki did have a sinus infection a few weeks prior, but it felt “different” than the ones she’d had before:

“It lasted a little longer and she was really not feeling that well.”

But that didn’t slow them down at the time. She took her antibiotics and “was doing better” so they went on their vacay to Europe. Michael said things were “OK, for the most part” during their trip, but when they got back to the states, everything started to go awry. When Olivia had to take Vicki to the ER, she called her dad to come home. He recalled:

“[Vicki] was lethargic and she really didn’t understand where she was.”

Doctors were dismissive of the whole thing, satisfied with the sinus infection diagnosis since she’d had one recently. When Michael got home, though, something happened that he described as “one of the scariest” moments of her whole health scare:

“I walk in and she’s pretty much passed out [in the bath]. I grabbed her, pulled her out of the water, put her in bed. The doctor said she just needed to sleep, so I put her in bed and she slept literally 13, 14 hours straight.”

When Vicki finally woke up, however, things did NOT get better. She was “disoriented”, so Michael brought her back to the ER. Doctors took her more seriously this go-around, and quickly got her into an exam room where they realized they’d misdiagnosed her with a sinus infection before — things were MUCH more serious than anyone realized.

The 62-year-old’s boyfriend explained:

“She had a massive infection. It was actually sepsis, but it was pneumonia. And what happened — and I’m no doctor, but when they explained it — is that when your body is fighting that big of an infection and that dangerous of an infection, your whole body attacks it, which affects the brain and everything else in your body because your body sends everything it has to fight it.”

SEPSIS?!? OMG!

Michael said he’s been sticking by his lady’s side until she starts feeling like herself again:

“It was dangerous. I mean, I’m just trying not to play into it, but it was scary.”

Vicki’s recovery has been “a long process” and she’s tried “everything under the sun” to help her get better. In fact, she said Michael and Olivia are her “guardian angels” — because she “would have probably died” had she been home alone. She’s got some major amnesia surrounding the entire ordeal, too:

“I don’t remember much, and that’s the trauma of the brain. It’s very similar to a stroke or PTSD where the brain kind of just goes into quiet mode. … There was just a litany of things that could have happened and gone wrong and it didn’t.”

Her trauma is completely understandable, too. She recalled she had a conversation with a neurologist who revealed she only stood a “10 to 20 percent” chance of surviving the infection:

“I wanted to be sure I was understanding everything correctly. … I said, ‘Did I hear this right, that I had a 10 to 20 percent [chance of] survival?’ And the lady said on the phone — she’s been calling me every day — she said, ‘Yes, the sepsis that went to your body is deadly and you survived it.’”

We’re so glad she made a recovery! We can’t imagine how stomach-churning that was to hear…

Vicki admitted it’s taken a toll on her mentally:

“I cry a lot. And Michael keeps saying, ‘Why do you keep crying?’ I don’t have an answer. I mean, rewind a week ago, we were in Barcelona walking 16 [to] 20,000 steps and we were having the time of our life. And three days later, [I’m in the hospital].”

So sad. But she’s making sure everyone knows she’s okay now. Michael told listeners:

“She will be fine. She’s coming out of it.”

As you’ll no doubt recall, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne‘s estranged husband is the focus of a major lawsuit over the compensation granted to the families of those who died in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia. The 85-year-old and his now-shuttered law firm Girardi Keese are accused of winning hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of those families, and then cheating them out of the money in a mind-blowing fraud and embezzlement scheme.

On Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Times and others, Girardi himself stunningly took the witness stand in his own defense. His defense lawyers previously contended he was mentally incompetent to go to court due to the ravages of progressive cognitive decline related to his age. But last year, a federal judge rule that he was fit to stand trial and face four counts of wire fraud. We still didn’t expect him to testify though! And Thursday’s testimony was jaw-dropping!

Per the Times, those present in the courtroom gasped when his very own lawyer, federal public defender Samuel Cross, called him to the witness stand. Girardi shuffled in with his hands trembling, and then proceeded to shakily answer question for more than 45 minutes! It started with Cross, ironically on direct, asking about Girardi Keese, and what made the law firm so good. Tom replied:

“The firm was doing so well because of the wonderful people who worked there and still work there.”

But then, Cross started appearing to test Tom’s mental acuity (or, based on the defense’s argument, his lack thereof) for the jury. Cross asked:

“Is your law firm still open, Tom?”

It’s not… but Tom replied:

“Yes.”

Then his lawyer asked:

“Tom, what’s my name.”

To which Girardi answered:

“I don’t know. Bad, mean, terrible, it’s one of those.”

Uhhh… what?!?!

Tom did tell Cross all about the work he did in the famous real-life lawsuit featured in the movie Erin Brockovich, though — trying to paint himself as a hero, we guess. But when it came time to talk about the Lion Air accusations, Tom deflected and deflected and deflected! In those interactions with Cross, he claimed he’d had no idea that others at the firm were allegedly embezzling client funds. (FYI, Girardi’s longtime chief financial officer Chris Kamon is among those charged with wire fraud in connection with this investigation, too.)

But then the tone got REALLY weird again when Assistant US Attorney Ali Moghaddas began his cross-examination. To start it off, Moghaddas asked Girardi how he was feeling. The embattled lawyer answered:

“That’s up to you. You’ve got to be nice.”

Damn. Testy!!

After Moghaddas grilled him on a separate embezzlement accusation other than the Lion Air case, and accused Girardi of making up stories in his own defense, the lawyer lashed out from the witness box:

“It’s not a story, it’s the truth.”

Moghaddas accused Girardi of taking excess salaries from the firm during his time working there, too, but Girardi blew up at the accusation as well:

“I’ve never taken a salary as a lawyer. I wasn’t going to quote, ‘go steal money.’ I wouldn’t think of it.”

And when Moghaddas brought up Erika Jayne — specifically regarding Girardi’s expensive jewelry purchases on her behalf — Tom INSISTED that those buys were not made with ill-gotten client funds. He roared:

“Every client got every penny that every client was supposed to get. Every single client — and I swear to you — got every single penny that they were supposed to get.”

Oh, well if he swears it, then that’ll no doubt be good enough for the judge and jury. LOLz…

Inneresting how his lawyers were trying to paint him as unable to answer simple questions — but it seems he’s perfectly capable of denying any accusations. Like most defendants.

Soon after that, in another exchange on the stand, Girardi said a very curious thing to Moghaddas again:

“Be nice to me.”

That’s notable, because as the Los Angeles Times acknowledges, that was the exact phrase Girardi used repeatedly when dealing with enraged clients who were trying to get their money from him. So, it’s pretty unsettling — to say the least — that Girardi would go to that phrase under oath while being cross-examined by the federal prosecutor, too. Almost like he can’t help it. Jeez!!

As for the shocking decision for him to take the stand in the first place, the legal community is completely perplexed by it. As the Times notes, legal experts are gobsmacked that the 85-year-old would have been put on the stand in the first place. Former federal prosecutor Michael Weinstein, who is not involved with this case, explained to the Times that Girardi’s presence in the witness box — especially amid his defense hinging on his supposed cognitive decline — is a MASSIVE risk:

“If he mumbles, and forgets and acts as though he’s living in some parallel universe, the defense benefits. Conversely, if the government is able to draw out that he is aware, in whole or part of his actions, and made coherent decisions and is aware of his surroundings, his testimony will support government efforts to hold him accountable.”

Earlier this year, Brandi Glanville accused the Bravo executive producer of sending her a video in 2022 in which he drunkenly “boasted” about wanting to “sleep with another Bravo star” while “thinking” of her. That other “Bravo star” was Below Deck’s Kate Chastain. Andy also allegedly invited The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum to watch them hook up via FaceTime. Brandi slammed his actions as an “extraordinary abuse of power” in a letter to the network and NBCUniversal at the time. In response, the Watch What Happens Live host insisted he and Kate were “very clearly joking to Brandi” in the video, adding:

“It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize.”

However, Brandi and her attorneys weren’t satisfied with the “fake apology” from Andy. Her lawyers, Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, even called for him to be “fired” over the sexual harassment claims afterward! That did not happen, though. Bravo later announced that he was cleared of all misconduct allegations brought against him by Brandi and RHONY’s Leah McSweeney following “an outside investigation.”

Throughout the ordeal, the video in question was never shown to the public… until now! The footage was released by The US Sun on Tuesday, and it is not a good look for Andy! In a video message sent to Brandi by Andy, he is seen asking the television personality to watch him and Kate have sex together. The former chief stew begins by saying:

“Hey bitch!”

Andy then chimes in to tell Brandi:

“Brandi, we have something to tell you. We are f**king tonight, and we’re gonna talk about you the whole time.”

When Kate mentions that it is “essentially a threesome,” that’s when the executive producer shockingly invited the RHUGT star to watch them:

“So it’s kind of like a threesome. Actually, if you’re around in like 90 minutes or two hours, do you wanna watch us on Facetime?”

Turning toward Kate, he asked:

“Would you be cool with that?”

Her response? The Traitors alum was down for it, telling Brandi to make sure she has “strong WiFi.” Concluding the video, Andy said while raising his glass to the camera:

“Love you, Brandi!”

Whoa. Even if all of this was a joke as Andy claimed, this is not something a boss should say to one of his employees — ever. So inappropriate! At the time, Brandi responded with something super explicit, though she stressed to the outlet that she felt she needed to “match Andy’s energy” to keep her job. She replied:

“Oh my god my two favorite people!!!! I love that c**t Trust me you’re going to want me there if you’re having sex I have a magic p***y.”

Hmm. To which Andy wrote back:

“So I’ve heard.”

Speaking with The US Sun, Brandi noted that the NSFW video was not the “first explicit text message or email” she received from Andy, “but it’s the worst one.” She recalled that he sent her the clip in June 2022 while they were both at different work events and it left her feeling “mortified and embarrassed” at the time:

“Andy was at a work event in the South of France with Kate, it was a Bravo upfront kind of thing, and I was doing press for the Ultimate Girls Trip in LA. I was in a work environment. I had a hairstylist doing my hair, and when I opened the text, I tried to shut it. I was so mortified and embarrassed, like, does this guy think I’d f**k my boss to get a job? Because that’s what it sounded like. Like, he’s gonna think about me having sex, while he’s having sex with someone else. Does this guy think that I sleep around to get jobs? That’s how I felt, and it’s just taken a toll. The whole thing has been horrible.”

While the 51-year-old reality star recognized the radio host “did not look sober,” she feels his actions went way too far as, at the end of the day, he is her “boss,” not her friend:

“Andy’s my boss. That’s it. He makes everyone feel like, ‘Oh, I’m friends with all the Housewives.’ I’ve never hung out with him, ever, not once socially, I would go to Watch What Happens Live, and I would go home. We never had a drink, we never had anything. But he creates these illusions of friendship. He’ll text you to make you feel like you’re special, or that he’s available to you, but we did not have a friendship, not one second. Andy and I are not friends, we’ve never hung out, we’ve never gotten a drink, we don’t have mutual friends. I am an employee.  And I don’t know how he treats other Housewives, but I think he treats me like s**t compared to them, actually.”

What’s more, she feels because of her “more desperate money situation” that Andy believed he could “do and say whatever he want[ed]” to her and “preys” on those in the Bravo world who are not wealthy:

“He likes to prey on people. I say prey, because the more desperate you are for money in a check, the more he mistreats you and gets you to do and say things that he would never probably say to any other Housewives. This is my boss, like, this has been my job for 13 years, so I treat it like that – a job. He’s in charge of whether I can put food on the table or not, and people think I’m rich. I am not rich. Other Housewives are rich. I literally live check to check.”

Ultimately, Brandi wishes she “never allowed him to talk to me that way”:

“I mean, I don’t, I don’t know if you can see me, but my health is messed up. I am in therapy, to this point like I have been looking back at all of our other texts and being disgusted with myself for entertaining them and not telling him to f*** off, but I just wasn’t in a position where I could. You have to play well, he’s your boss. You have to act like it’s fine, it’s a joke, it’s great! Like he’s gracing you with this video, like it’s a gift.”

Of course, the 49-year-old’s wife is Real Housewives of New Jersey legend Teresa Giudice. While she and Luis don’t have any kids together, they do co-parent plenty. Luis has sons Nicholas, 23, and Luis Jr, 20, from his previous marriage to Marisa DiMartino Ruelas. And Tre obviously has four daughters with her ex-husband Joe: Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania, 18, and Audriana, 14.

To that end, it’s Luis’ take on the fashion habits of those four daughters that has him in MAJOR trouble this week! See, Ruelas took center stage on the most recent episode of Tre’s Turning The Tables podcast. During it, his demand was a simple one: the Bravo star’s daughters should show MORE skin! Wait, WHAT?!?!

Talking about how the girls should take advantage of their youth by, uh, parading their bodies around for all to see, Luis shared the advice that he gives them:

“Try it all! You know, nothing bad, or anything like that. But I’m saying, like, go to the club and dance, wear a thong, wear a short skirt, show your legs off a little bit.”

Ummm…

He went on to call Tre’s daughters “the most proper girls I’ve ever met,” and begged on the podcast for them to “take a risk” and live it up a bit. Nothing wrong with living it up, of course. But his advice to do that was for them to wear the skimpiest clothes possible! Ruelas added:

“We went to Greece last year. You know what I told your daughters? ‘Wear a thong. Do it now! Do it now because I didn’t do it when I was young. Do it now. Experience it now.'”

And when one of the girls finally took Luis up on the vacation offer and “came out in a thong,” he responded in an even more unsettling way:

“You look f**king amazing!”

Creeeeepy!!

As for the mom of four, she surprisingly seemed to be 100% on board with her husband’s thong-related opinions, too! She exclaimed “yes” several times while Luis was making his case, and admitted that she felt like she missed out on some of her carefree years. Tre, girl…

As you might have expected, fans over on Instagram picked up on Ruelas’ comments IMMEDIATELY. Here is just a smattering of the nearly universal negative reactions to his stepdaughter thong talk:
