Tori Spelling and Shannen Doherty didn’t just share clothes… They shared men, too!
During Sunday’s episode of the misSPELLING podcast, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alums swapped stories about their hookups with co-star Brian Austin Green! Tori first brought it up brought it up while revealing she cheated on then-boyfriend Ryan Ozar with Brian, her on-screen lover:
“I cheated on him with Brian. That’s how we broke up. I fell head over heels in love with Brian [Austin] Green.”
Yeah, Ryan was the guy who took her virginity… In THAT dress Shannen later wore! But he wasn’t her first everything! She added:
“I always say Brian was the first love of my life. I was young, and I was caught up in it.”
The drama backstage was as real as what was on prime time! Damn!

However, Tori revealed she never knew Shannen also had a fling with the hunk! In fact, she didn’t learn about it until the past year — when she talked about it on her own podcast:
“I did not know, until I listened to your podcast, that you hooked up with Brian.”
Yikes! Do we detect a bit of salt in her words?? We mean, she did say Brian was her first love! But Shannen’s romance was WAY different from Tori’s… She explained it was “really short-lived” and — crucially — long after the height of 90210:
“Maybe I was doing Charmed? I don’t know, it was so much later.”
Phew! That means Tori wasn’t getting her friend’s sloppy seconds! That has to help! Plus Shannen and Brian didn’t work out! The 53-year-old admitted they had absolutely zero spark:
“We tried something, and we just went, ‘Yeah this isn’t going to work.’ The kissing didn’t even make sense.”
Awkwarddd!
But good thing they were on the same page! And so are these two Peach Pit regulars! Tori and Shannen agreed neither of them can even imagine the odd couple kissing! Shannen added:
“That’s why it didn’t go anywhere because it was awkward. It was super awkward. … There were no fireworks. We were so close, and we had known each other like we were little kids essentially. I love Brian, he’s one of my favorite humans. But there was no spark.”
She did point out how she and Tori have technically “shared Brian’s saliva” though! HA!
We’re just glad this didn’t upset Tori though! Because it sounds like her feelings for Brian may never completely go away. She added:
“It’s been 30 years, we’re just friends. I love his fiancée, it’s not that. But if he says something to me, I get so flustered and riled up, and it takes me right back to being my 18-year-old self.”
Well, she is in her single era! But Brian certainly isn’t! He’s currently engaged to fiancée Sharna Burgess, with whom he welcomed a son last year.
