Lala Kent was all for best friend Brittany Cartwright leaving Jax Taylor! In fact, she apparently encouraged it!
Following a ton of fan speculation, the 35-year-old reality star finally confirmed on their joint podcast When Reality Hits last week that she and her husband have separated after four years of marriage. Brittany moved out of their house AND dropped his last name from her Instagram bio! So she is serious about their separation! In fact, she even told TMZ that she would only consider getting back together with Jax if he “changes some things about his life” first. Eek!
But the problem is that he apparently isn’t willing to put in the work to fix their marriage at this time. Oof. The breakup news, of course, came as a surprise to many people. But not to Lala!

On Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday, Andy Cohen brought up Jax and Brittany’s separation. Naturally, guest Lala spilled some tea about the situation as she knew about the troubles in their marriage. She said:
“I mean, she is one of my dearest friends, so I obviously knew. But things were not great and I told her, ‘I support you.’ But I always say, ‘Leave him!’”
Clearly, Lala is on Team Brittany! If you were hoping for more details into why Brittany and Jax are separated right now, though, don’t expect the 33-year-old soon-to-be mom of two to say anything else about the matter. But she did address one more rumor circulating: whether the separation is just to gain buzz for their new show The Valley. What does Lala have to say about the publicity stunt speculation?? That it’s not true! She fired back:
“They don’t need any help with that. They are all a hot mess.”
Ha!
