Taking to Instagram Story on Friday, the 39-year-old television personality posted a video showing herself and their 1-year-old son Sidney at the hospital with the musician as he got treated for second-degree burns on his face and arms! Kelly warned her followers in the post:

“This is why you don’t f**k with burn piles. He literally set himself on fire and exploded everything.”

Meanwhile, Sid hopped on social media to share his own update while getting a chest x-ray and the wounds to his face and arms dressed. He said:

“Hi everybody, I had an explosion in my face. I’m OK, I’m going to be OK. But I did have some serious burns to my face and my arms. … You can see I’m singed everywhere — my eyebrows are singed, my mouth is blistered… both my arms are pretty bad.”

Despite the pain, the DJ promised fans he plans to return to the stage for the band’s next show on September 1 in Oklahoma. Whether that will actually happen, we shall see because his injuries look pretty bad! But Sid is positive he’ll be on that stage:

“I’m gonna be alright you guys, and I don’t care what it takes, I will see you on tour … You guys take care of yourself, and I will take better care of myself. I’ll see you soon.”

Even the band expects him to return to work very soon! They issued a statement on Friday night, saying:

“Our brother Sid Wilson was in an accident today and sustained burns across his body. He’s recovering with his family and will still join us on stage at Rocklahoma next weekend. He thanks everyone for the well wishes, and will see you all soon.”

Hmm. Again, we’ll see! As for what happened to the rocker? He explained in a follow-up video that he was “out working on the farm” he and Kelly share in Iowa and tried stoking a burn pile when it suddenly exploded. Whoa! So scary! See (below):

In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Fernando Cluster revealed he had to seek medical attention in 2022 after developing an intracerebral hemorrhage. In layman’s terms, that’s a brain bleed. So Fernando (not seen above, that’s from an episode of House) checked into the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta for what is, apparently, considered to be a fairly routine procedure. There, doctors opted to remove a 4.7 X 6 inch chunk of his skull to help relieve some of the pressure, according to the suit, which was obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

For the math whizzes out there, yes, that’s more than 28 square inches. That’s a whole lot of skull! And when he returned two months later to have the chunk re-inserted, the hospital apparently COULDN’T FIND IT in their inventory of unidentified bone bits. And the hospital gave him a note with the following message:

“We inspected the freezer where bone flaps are stored and could not find a bone flap with Mr. Cluster’s patient identification. There were several bone flaps with incomplete or missing patient identification, but we could not be certain which if any of these belonged to Mr. Cluster.

You’re KIDDING! That’s absolutely absurd!

So this poor guy — who literally had a huge chunk missing from his skull — had to postpone surgery to replace it while the hospital worked on crafting a synthetic one. And at the end of November of that same year, they fitted it in there… But according to his suit, still charged him more $19,000 for the synthetic insert… After THEY lost track of his real bone fragment! WTF! But it gets WORSE!

After his surgery, Fernando developed an infection which necessitated a follow up procedure, leaving him unable to work for a prolonged period amid his recovery. And when it was all said and done, his bill was over $146,800. And according to his suit, the hospital never once offered him any sort of discount after losing his skull piece!

WOW.

His attorney Chloe Dallaire told the Journal-Constitution:

“While my clients are obviously upset that they and their insurance company were billed for the costs related to Emory’s negligence, I’m sure you can understand that their focus is on the egregiousness of Emory losing a part of his body and then having a flippant attitude about it afterwards.”

Fernando and his wife are suing for medical bills and emotional damages. We hope he gets what he deserves!

A 12-year-old in Sarasota, Florida was dropped off for school by her mom Monday morning when tragedy struck. It was the first day back for the kids of Booker Middle School, and the unnamed mother let her child out in the right turning lane of Myrtle Street at around 7:45 a.m., according to a press release by Florida Highway Patrol. But the young girl dropped some of her school supplies, some markers and pens, and they rolled underneath the car. The child bent down to get them, and her mom didn’t see her. The 30-year-old started driving away, running over the child.

Thankfully the little girl survived. According to authorities, the little girl is currently in Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital with critical injuries. FHP Trooper Kenn Watson told local outlet WFTS-TV the mother finally realized what was happening:

“She immediately stopped when she heard her child screaming.”

So horrifying!

Trooper Watson went on to give advice to parents for this upcoming school year after the incident:

“We’re hoping this does not happen again, but we have to remember to have that good spatial awareness when you are anywhere around a school zone and most certainly when you are letting your kid out of your vehicle. You want to avoid being in a hurry and dropping off our kids in the turn lane when we should be directly in front of the school.”

The officer went on to make clear how this accident was “one hundred percent” avoidable:

“This is a tragedy that one hundred percent could have been avoided by simply paying a little more attention and not being in a hurry.”

After the incident, the principal of the school — LaShawn Frost — also sent a message to parents, reminding them why following safety procedure is so important:

“This serves as a reminder of the importance of following our established safety procedures. Please remember that students should not be dropped off in the middle of Myrtle Street. This practice poses a significant risk to our students’ safety and the safety of others on the road. We kindly ask that all parents and guardians follow the designated drop-off procedures by using the parent loop. This ensures that students enter the school safely and helps us maintain a secure environment for everyone.”

Gut-wrenching. We hope the poor kid is able to make a full recovery.

The Catfish star shared a shocking message on Instagram on Saturday — he broke his neck! In a lengthy post, the MTV star told followers about the harrowing incident which happened on Monday:

“Monday was a day where I learned what ‘before the accident’ really means. And Monday gave weight to just how lucky I was to have Sunday. It’s true what they say — life can change in an instant. I never made it to pick up my son from school on the bike. In fact in some ways, I’m glad I didn’t. I was alone on impact. Me and the truck. And then I guess the pavement. I was alone and unconscious. And then conscious. Maybe I was fine (I wasn’t). Maybe I can still do my long run on Thursday (I couldn’t).”

Wow, all this happened while he was on his way to pick up his son from school?? How horrible…

He continued:

“I broke my neck. C5 and C6 to be exact. Stable fractures. I’m not paralyzed. My hands were a question mark there for a minute but the human body is incredible and so are HUMANS.”

Thank goodness he’s not paralyzed… Things are clearly awful for him, but could have been THAT much worse. The 39-year-old went on:

“The incredible knowledge and care from everyone in the medical community has been so remarkable. Starting with the EMS and on to the Southampton Emergency Room and the Stony Brook ICU. It’s hard to feel sorry for myself when I hear from the doctors about how many people with similar injuries will never walk again. I’m lucky to be here, alive, standing and hugging my family, projected to make a full recovery. And I’m really starting to understand the meaning of gratitude. For the big and little things before the accident, and now everything moving forward.”

Wow.

Nev shared a series of photos of his injury, including x-rays of his fractures, an image of his broken helmet, videos of him up and walking, reuniting with his family, and more. The set is lead by a trigger warning for the “unsettling” images. See (below):

On Thursday morning, the Chicago Fire Department was called to O’Hare Airport at around 7:45 a.m. local time. There, they received a report of “a woman pinned in machinery,” per the Chicago Tribune and others. When first responders arrived, they discovered an adult woman had indeed been trapped in the luggage conveyer belt system at Terminal 5. Sadly, there was nothing they could do to save the woman; paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.

At first, the woman was not publicly identified. Airport officials merely told the news media that she had been 57 years old, and she was not an employee of the airport. Then, early on Friday morning, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office opted to release her identity. Per ABC 7 Chicago and others, the deceased woman was identified as Virginia Christine Vinton, and she resided in Waxhaw, North Carolina which is just outside Charlotte.

The Chicago Police Department also confirmed that Vinton had been stuck in the airport overnight while traveling. However, they don’t yet have any answers for why she was in the baggage claim area. And not only that, but the specific luggage conveyer belt in which she became pinned was NOT accessible by the public.

Airport authorities reported to the Tribune and others that Vinton was seen on surveillance video going into an employee-only area just before 2:30 a.m. on Thursday morning — a little more than five hours before her body was discovered and first responders were called. Officials said the area where Vinton was found is restricted to employees only, but it is not considered a high security area. No kidding…

That location is full of conveyer belts that bring luggage in from airplanes that have just landed at O’Hare’s international terminal. Those bags then go through a full customs inspection later on before being released to the public or transferred to connecting flights.

Investigators haven’t disclosed whether they have been able to track Vinton’s activities between her 2:30 a.m. entry into that area and the time she was found after 7:30 a.m. It’s also not year clear exactly when she died, or how long she was in that area before her death.

Such an awful story all around. We send our condolences to Vinton’s family, friends, and loved ones. What a terrible way to go…

As you may recall, the Vampire Diaries alum was involved in a terrifying dirt bike accident back in May. While “in a wheelie,” she lost control of the bike, crashed, and injured herself. We’re not talking about just a few nasty bruises, either! Nina unfortunately landed on her leg during the incident, causing it to snap. She ended up with a fractured knee that required surgery, as well as a torn ACL and meniscus. Ouch!

That’s a lot for anyone to go through! It’s also a loooong recovery time with those kinds of injuries! So understandably, not only did the accident take a toll on her physically but also mentally. On Wednesday, Nina told E! News she was struggling with depression while recuperating this summer:

“With the pain meds and the physical pain that you’re going through and not being able to walk and seeing everybody gallivanting across Europe on Instagram, enjoying the summer and I’m sitting in bed. It was just mentally, it was really challenging. Even the pain meds mess with your head. I definitely was in a depression. I had a really hard time.”

Given she and her boyfriend, Shaun White, live such an active lifestyle, stopping their routine was extremely difficult for her. But even after her recovery is over, the 35-year-old actress cannot even imagine returning to her normal “down” for anything mentality! In fact, she can’t see herself getting on a dirt bike — or trying any dangerous activities — ever again. She’s too afraid now:

“I feel like I have a fear now. I used to be so adventurous and down to do anything. And now, since the injury, maybe it’s because I’m still healing and it’s a nine-month process. I’m only on month three-and-a-half of nine months. I’m still having to relearn how to walk and so the idea of getting back to the snowboard or getting on a dirt bike ever again is definitely not happening.”

Oof!

We don’t blame her! What she went through is so painful, and the healing process is not easy! Understandably, Nina doesn’t want to risk getting injured like this a second time! While The Perks of Being a Wallflower star isn’t 100% yet, she has been doing her best to stay active by walking with a knee brace. And her “incredible support system” helped lift her spirits most days during those tough days:

“So many of my friends came over, brought flowers, brought food, watched movies with me. Gave me neck massages. Took care of me. And so it really helped pull me out of that funk.”

The 31-year-old spoke to fans during a Spaces conversation on X (Twitter) earlier this week and opened up about a scary “freak accident” that left her briefly “paralyzed” and nearly made her miscarry. WHOA!

She told listeners:

“I had a f***ing freak accident. I don’t know how something, well, it wasn’t little. It actually hurt. It doesn’t really happen often, but it became something that is so big to the point I was literally paralyzed. But yeah. And that little thing almost cost me my little one to come. But it didn’t.”

That’s TERRIFYING!

While she didn’t specify the exact nature of the “freak accident,” she did talk about how painful it’s been:

“Yesterday I was feeling good. I came home, but I came home high as a kite. Today, I woke up sober, honey. I’m dying. Like, I’m dying. I swear to God, if I don’t feel good in four hours I’m going to the hospital and I don’t give a f**k. I’mma exaggerate this s**t so I can get more morphine. Morphine me down! I don’t give a damn. Oh my God.”

He was ultimately informed while in the ICU that he suffered “complex trauma” from the incident, according to People.

Angelina was said to be right by the young adult’s side in the hospital while dad Brad had to worry from a distance. An insider previously told DailyMail.com the Babylon star has been “distraught and worried over Pax’s accident,” but “unable to reach him” due to their estrangement. But we now know he’s been somewhat kept in the loop throughout this terrifying time.

On Thursday, a source told People Brad’s been “getting updates” on Pax’s condition and early recovery. The confidant explained:

“He hasn’t had any contact with Pax in years, but he still very much cares.”

It wasn’t made clear from whom he’s getting details, but at the end of the day he was a part of Pax’s life for years and undoubtedly cares for him despite their fractured relationship.

Pax has since been released and reportedly has a “long road of recovery and physical therapy,” per People. We’re sending healing energy his way!

As we’ve been following, the Baywatch star was rushed to a hospital in Ibiza over the weekend. Reports described the Iron Claw star having to be pulled out of a swimming pool by employees at a villa he was staying at… Scary stuff. Up to this point, details have been sparse apart from a rep describing the hospital visit to TMZ as a precautionary measure for a “minor swimming incident.”

Ominous, right?

He was reportedly released the next morning, and on Sunday, got back to working out while thanking fans for all the support. So what exactly happened??

Well, sources close to the situation told TMZ on Tuesday that Zac and some buddies went for a swim in the wee hours of Saturday morning, but things took a dangerous turn when he attempted a dive. According to the insiders, his chest hit the bottom of the pool and he ingested a bunch of water into his lungs. Thankfully, hotel security was nearby and able to help him out of the water, but the High School Musical alum was reportedly pretty stunned as a result of the incident. Being so, he was hightailed to the hospital where he had chest x-ray done to confirm the water had been cleared from his lungs. Thank goodness!

He was approved for release within hours of his arrival, but reportedly stayed for longer to avoid the wave of paparazzi outside, according to the outlet. He seems to be in good shape though, apparently going out to dinner the same night as his release before returning to the US!

We’re so glad he’s okay! What a scary incident!
