On Saturday, Macklemore was one of many performers at the Lovestream Festival in Slovakia when he invited a fan onstage with him to perform a duet. The young woman clearly had the time of her life since she went on social media right after to brag about the moment. Only she seemingly forgot she was wanted by police — and her 15 minutes of fame led to her arrest! OMG!

Slovakian police broke the news in a Facebook post on Monday, revealing that they got a tip from someone who saw her social media post and recognized her from a wanted list. That eagle-eyed citizen quickly alerted authorities, who swooped in and snagged the girl ASAP! The police said in a translated statement:

“During the performance of one of the foreign interpreters, one of the audience was also selected to the stage, who sang with him and apparently enjoyed the joint performance with her idol. The woman immortalized this experience and boasted it on a social network, which did not escape the attention of an observant citizen, who at the same time follows the site of the [Interior Ministry Wanted List]. He recognized the woman and found out that he had just seen her on the above-mentioned website and informed the police immediately.”

According to cops, police onsite let the 24-year-old woman enjoy her moment with the rapper before immediately arresting her! Wait, all this went down DURING the concert? That’s right. The entire Macklemore concert turned out to be a trap.

The statement continued:

“The police officers then waited until the woman on stage matured and detained the 24-year-old woman from Bratislava, who was ordered by the relevant court to serve a prison sentence, which the young woman avoided. The woman was subsequently escorted to the premises of the institution for the execution of the prison sentence.”

While the authorities didn’t reveal what she was on the run for, local outlet Plus 7 Dní did some digging and found her photo on the wanted list. She was reportedly a bartender who was accused of not paying a fine after running shirtless during a football game in Slovakia in 2019, where she had been working on the staff. She reportedly spent the weekend in custody and was banned from attending similar events. She was also fined 800 Euros ($890) but had neglected to do so. Per the report, authorities had been trying to track her down since at least June.

So, not the worst person Macklemore could’ve invited on stage, to be fair. But damn, he must’ve been shocked! LOLz! It’s crazy to think this woman avoided the police for YEARS and one concert not only broke her cover but got her arrested THAT quickly after the sighting! The police were not messing around!!

Last week, two doctors, a woman known as the “Ketamine Queen,” an alleged drug distributor, and the actor’s live-in personal assistant were arrested for supplying him with illegal ketamine that ultimately lead to his death in October of 2023. And ever since, the fallout has been swift and shocking.

As Perezcious readers know, the Friends star tragically died at his home in Los Angeles. He was found unconscious in his jacuzzi, where he drowned following the “acute effects of ketamine,” the medical examiner determined. Just so heartbreaking. And even worse after we’ve continued to hear more and more about how all those closest to him kept feeding into his addiction despite some very obvious and concerning warning signs.

Speaking to People on Monday night, a source told the outlet that “the arrests have brought back a lot of feelings” for the actor’s close friends. The insider elaborated:

“Matthew did have true friends that loved and cared about him. They would have all tried to help him if he’d reached out.”

Oof. The source continued:

“It makes them sad that he was surrounded by enablers.”

Addiction is such a challenge — and it is certainly not easy to be the one to confront a loved one amid their struggles, but it’s the right thing to do. It’s also something Matthew has admitted being grateful for in the past, such as when Jennifer Aniston called him out on his drinking problem.

You would have hoped that those closest to the Fools Rush In alum would’ve done more to protect him in his final days. Most especially his personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa who, according to court docs obtained by Us Weekly, found the television star “unconscious at his residence on at least two occasions” due to the usage of “significant quantities of ketamine” just days before he would die of the drug. The red flags were right there! And yet nobody did anything. Awful.

It’s no wonder Matthew’s “true friends” are now going through it. He was so deeply loved by so many people who witnessed his ups and downs with addiction for years and would’ve done anything to help him get better. It’s natural for them to wonder “what if” at this point. But sadly, it’s too late.

As for this crime…

Reports from prosecutors indicate on June 25 a robbery occurred at the unnamed man’s home in Versailles, where he was allegedly tricked with a fake “flower delivery”. When he answered the door, the fake delivery man attacked. And two other guys joined in, tying up the victim and rob him of two designer watches. Legal docs also reveal he was beaten and threatened with a handgun. So, so scary.

Somehow, the victim was able to free himself from the restraints! He jumped out a window and ran for it. Luckily he got away without being too badly injured, but the bad guys were able to snag nearly $28k USD worth of watches from him. But that wasn’t even the most jaw-dropping turn of events!

The wildest part is the allegation his brother’s ex orchestrated the whole ordeal! The 32-year-old influencer was arrested on charges of armed robbery in an organized gang, kidnapping, intentional violence, and criminal association. A close friend of the singer and a man suspected of participating in the robbery were also detained by law enforcement.

While no motive has been given by investigators, it’s no secret her past relationship wasn’t all sunshine and roses. She’s been on record saying her life with this guy was “hell.” In the past she’s accused her ex, who worked as a dentist, of botching a job on her teeth which resulted in nearly $110,000 USD in damage! But what does that have to do with the guy’s brother, right?! He didn’t botch her surgery…

Aurélie is most known for her work in French reality shows like Les Marseillais en Thaïlande (The Marseillais in Thailand) and La villa des cœurs brisés (The Villa of Broken Hearts), but now we’re pretty sure she’s going to be known for THIS!

The rapper’s gospel group has had its tax-exemption status revoked after failing to file tax returns for the past THREE years! WTF?! From here, it’s unclear what will come of the rapper’s faith-based Sunday Service idea. But the Internal Revenue Service is at least adamant about one thing: it can’t operate as a non-profit organization any longer!

First reported by the US Sun, and then confirmed by Page Six, the Gold Digger rapper’s Sunday Service charity has been shut down by the IRS for failing to file any tax returns for three fiscal years. A note on the IRS website that was updated on Monday indicates that the org was shut down and its tax exemption status revoked back on May 15 “for not filing a Form 990-series return or notice for three consecutive years.”

The Hurricane rapper first founded Sunday Service back in 2019, so based on that quote, it sounds like he filed tax returns for just the first two years before dropping it. Not ideal! Originally, as is the case with all listed 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, Sunday Service had been given an exemption from federal income tax filings. But without any documentation regarding its financials for three years now, the IRS swiftly pulled that charity demarcation.

Sunday Service has had quite an interesting run, to put it mildly. Ye’s first performance for that project occurred at Coachella on Easter Sunday in 2019. He also collaborated with megachurch pastor Joel Osteen at various points, with the televangelist’s Houston church hosting Ye in November of that year.

Ye also might really be hurting for money following the fade of Sunday Service. We say that because back in 2020, during an interview with Nick Cannon, Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband admitted to spending “every dime” he had on the thing! At the time, Ye claimed he spent upwards of $50 million marketing his faith-based project:

“I spent every dime that I have for marketing from Yeezy on Sunday Service. Every dollar I had. I spent $50 million last year on Sunday Service if you add up the operas, if you add up the flights. It was 120 people going to Jamaica. The Yeezys, they were selling themselves. So instead of paying for ads, I invested it in the church. I invested in spreading [the] gospel. I invested in saying Jesus’ name on high.”

And now, that’s all over… at least as far as the IRS is concerned regarding the outfit as a charity. Per Page Six, a rep for the rapper did not return a request for comment about the gov’s decision, so at this point, Ye’s reaction to it is unknown.

NCIS: Los Angeles actor Gabriel Olds was arrested on Wednesday. According to an LAPD press release, the 52-year-old was hit with seven felony sexual assault charges last month stemming from the accounts of multiple women.

The release states a 41-year-old woman first reported Olds to police back in January, stating he had raped her at her home in Los Angeles. Over the course of the investigation, two more women came forward with similar stories, going back as far as 2013. In all the cases, Olds had taken the women on consensual dates before the encounters allegedly devolved into violent assaults. More recently he met most of the women on dating apps. Per the release his victims told police he “used his status as an Ivy League alumnus” and “success in the film industry” to lure women into going on dates.

LAPD Special Assault Section supervisor Detective Brent Hopkins said:

“We heard the same story again and again. Mr. Olds started off as charming, but then used brutal violence to carry out these rapes.”

Olds has appeared on many TV shows over the past 30 years, including Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, and Boardwalk Empire. You can see him being particularly creepy as televangelist Pat Robertson in the 2021 film The Eyes Of Tammy Faye (below):

In all, investigators found three women who say Olds assaulted them and two more accusing him of “lesser violent sexual conduct.” The LAPD believe there are likely more victims out there, and not only in Los Angeles — as Olds’ work as an actor meant he often traveled the country. Hopkins said:

“Some of these survivors suffered in silence for years before finding the strength to speak up. Now that he’s off the streets, we want to make sure everyone has a chance to be heard.”

Last month, the pop star’s attorney insisted to reporters his client was “not intoxicated” when young cop Michael Arkinson pulled him over following a night of drinking and partying at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor in June while on break from tour. You know, the world tour! Justin even pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving drunk. But the police report obtained by Dailymail.com on Tuesday? It appears to tell a different story than what his lawyer is trying to push!

According to the documents, Justin was pulled over shortly after midnight on June 18 by the 24-year-old rookie cop after he observed him blowing a stop sign and swerving into another lane. Arkinson’s handwritten notes revealed Justin — who was alone in the car — showed several signs of intoxication at the time of arrest, such as having “[b]loodshot and glassy eyes, odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from breath, inability to divide attention, unsteady afoot…” Justin, as we know, swore he wasn’t too drunk, though! The officer noted the 43-year-old singer said:

“I had one martini and I followed my friends home.”

However, we later learned the “one martini” he supposedly had was a Vesper martini, and it’s a super STRONG drink! The amount of alcohol reportedly is “equivalent to a double of just about any other cocktail.” Damn! Oh, and Justin allegedly stole someone else’s drink. All of that may explain what supposedly happened next…

Arkinson went on to note in the report that the Trolls star was “unable to focus on speaking while looking for vehicle registration.” For the field tests later on, the officer had Justin do the walk and turn test, which requires a person to take nine steps in a straight line before placing your heel directly in front of your toe, then turning, and repeating the process. Per Arkinson, the actor failed miserably. He allegedly was “very unbalanced” and “unable to follow instructions correctly.”

From there, Justin was required to lift one foot slightly off the ground and keep it raised for 30 seconds without moving. And once again, he wasn’t successful at the test. Arkinson claimed the former *NSYNC member swayed during the test, had to use his arms to remain balanced, and ultimately put his foot down before the 30 seconds lapsed. The other test he was asked to do? It was a prescreen breathalyzer. But Justin refused to take it. In fact, he ended up turning down taking the test three times and wouldn’t even initial the document confirming the decision! Since JT refused, along with the signs of intoxication, Arkinson placed him under arrest.

When the pair arrived at the police station, the cop took inventory of Justin’s property. He apparently had on him a Rolex watch, a black vape pen, a gold ring, and a wallet containing three $100 bills, one $5 bill, and one single. Once again, the Mirrors artist was asked to take a breath test at the police station but he still refused. The police report stated Justin replied:

“No, I’m not doing a chemical test.”

His Miranda rights were read at 1:26 a.m., and the dad told Arkinson he understood them before saying he did not want to speak without a lawyer. Wow.

Of course, as we mentioned, Justin’s attorney argues he was not drunk at the time of the arrest. He even claimed the arresting officer “made a number of very significant errors in this case,” including failing to have a supervising officer sign off on the criminal complaint. The error has since been corrected, with the prosecutor, Ashley Cangro, swearing it has no bearing “on the facts of the case.”

Whether the “facts of the case,” including what was spelled out in the police report, will lead to Justin getting into some serious trouble — or just getting a slap on the wrist. We’ll see. But in the court of public opinion? It’s not looking good for him so far! And he already is on very thin ice with folks after the Britney Spears and Janet Jackson drama! According to a probable cause arrest affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, deputies from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a child abuse complaint at a home in Vera on Sunday, July 28. A woman told the police over the phone that a 15-year-old girl was tied up in the backyard and had “a hole in her leg and lesions on her arms,” per the affidavit. The caller claimed the teen was there for three days and she was sneaking food to her. When cops arrived at the scene, what they found was horrific.

Beside a red shed and a chicken coop, they saw the 15-year-old sitting on a piece of carpet with a bandage below her knee and a “ratchet-style tie down strap around her,” the affidavit states. OMG! Authorities say the teenager, her father, Johnny James, and his girlfriend Kayla Clark (above right picture) were visiting Oklahoma from Texas at the time. According to the deputies, a woman the girl identified as her grandmother “did not want to be truthful” at first and claimed she had no idea about the teen’s alleged mistreatment.

She was allegedly in the background for several days, and the grandma knew nothing?! Seriously? Well, it turns out the grandmother did! She eventually admitted she was aware of what happened but was “too afraid” of the girl’s dad to say something. When James returned home, the affidavit claimed he immediately owned up to everything! Brace yourselves for the f**ked up reason he gave to the police… The affidavit says the father told the deputies he tied his daughter up because “she cannot be trusted and likes to lie.”

WHAT?!

James then insisted she was not tied down long — only for an hour while he was gone. And this wasn’t the first time he did this, either! The dad allegedly told the cops he tied her up on only two different occasions:

“Johnny explained the times she is left outside was to go to the store or church this morning due to her peeing and pooping on herself and not wanting it inside so they sat her outside that way there is no mess. When Johnny was asked, he stated this was the only option to keep her restrained because he did not know what else to do to help her.”

Hmm. Per the affidavit, he further blamed the situation on the girl wanting to live with her mom instead of him. After speaking with law enforcement, James allegedly admitted he “sees now he will need to figure out another solution” moving forward. As for the girlfriend? When asked by police about the girl being tied up, Clark claimed “she was taking a shower and did not know anything took place” and was so “frazzled” when they left for church in the morning that she didn’t see her outside.

Ultimately, James and Clark were arrested. The dad was charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect, while the girlfriend was charged with enabling child neglect. They are both held on $500,000 bail. Meanwhile, the teenager was transported to a local hospital and treated for her injuries. She — and other kids found in the home — were placed in DHS Child Welfare custody.

Our hearts break for this poor girl. There’s no excuse for what James allegedly did! It was so cruel and disgusting. And we hope she gets some justice. Reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments.

According to People, the 43-year-old singer pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving drunk while appearing in court virtually from Antwerp, Belgium. You know, since he’s currently on the international leg of the tour. THE WORLD TOUR!

While it seems like he’s getting away scot free, he did actually receive some bad news during the hearing! Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace banned Justin from driving in the state! Yep, the actor is saying bye bye bye to his driving privileges in New York! For how long? That’s unclear! The judge didn’t give an exact length of the suspension. Whoa…

However, your license is typically suspended for a year if you refuse to take a breathalyzer test in the state. And Justin refused to take one three times during his arrest! So we expected the Trolls star to lose his driving privileges no matter what, even with the not guilty plea. The judge just made it official! Meanwhile, Justin’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., also made it clear to reporters that the suspension is just “standard with every DUI” following the hearing. Burke may want to stop talking to the press, though…

During the hearing on Friday, the judge slammed the attorney’s statement to reporters last week. As you may recall, Burke insisted Justin was “not intoxicated” when he was busted for drunk driving in June. In court, he claimed the Sag Harbor Police Department screwed up as the supervising officer never signed off on the criminal complaint detailing the conversation with “young” and “part-time” officer Michael Arkinson. But while speaking with reporters afterward, he said the police made several “very significant errors in this case” — beyond just the paperwork mishap.

Burke didn’t get into what those other “significant errors” were. He left us on a major cliffhanger there! But he said enough to displease the judge! This week, Irace urged the attorney to “be more mindful when giving comments” as his words “come off as an attempt to poison the case before it even begins.” He has a point! Those comments became headlines all over the place!

At this time, the judge only gave Burke a warning. He threatened to implement a gag order or force Justin to appear in court in person if he continued to comment! That could actually ruin the Forget Tomorrow World Tour — as Justin feared! The Palmer star would then have to leave Europe, which is the last thing he wants right now! He’s already angered a lot of fans over the past few months! Justin doesn’t want the ones he has left to also turn on him for having to cancel a few shows over his DWI arrest debacle.

So Burke most likely won’t say too much about the case moving forward. But don’t worry! We may find out what he meant by all the “errors” soon! The lawyer withdrew his previous motion to dismiss the case during the proceedings. Wow! They’re really going for it! The next hearing is set for August 9, followed by a tentative court date of September 13. Whether Justin will need another proceeding depends on what happens next Friday!

The *NSYNC alum has been in hot water ever since getting pulled over in Sag Harbor last month. After a night out at the American Hotel, per the police report, Justin blew through a stop sign and was swerving into another lane. When the cop pulled him over, the pop star claimed he only had “one martini” but appeared drunk to officers and didn’t do so hot on field sobriety tests. But when asked he flat out refused the breathalyzer! So he was arrested and swiftly slapped with a driving while intoxicated charge.

His lawyer Ed Burke Jr. has been adamant the Cry Me a River singer was “not intoxicated” and “should not have been arrested,” even going so far as to claim that the arresting officers made “a number of very significant errors.” And we’re now hearing what another one of those “errors” was!

On Monday, insiders told TMZ that on the night of his arrest, Justin was following a couple of pals in the car ahead of him when they all left the hotel. And when he was pulled over, those pals — a husband and a wife — circled back to try and intervene. Apparently, the woman stepped out of the car and pressed the cops, asking:

“Are you going to arrest Justin Timberlake?”

According to the outlet, she pleaded to the officers to release Justin so she and her husband could drive him to their house, where, they claimed, he was planning on spending the night. Clearly, that didn’t work as the Love Never Felt So Good singer was taken into the station. But this is where things get inneresting…

Since the law enforcement officials declined the woman’s request, she apparently asked if she could drive Justin’s rental car to her house so it wouldn’t have to be left on the road or towed away. To that, the cops agreed, and so she hopped in and drove off… But she was possibly even MORE drunk than what cops suspected Justin to be!

The insider is now claiming she arrived at the American Hotel TWO HOURS before Jessica Biel’s husband and had been drinking to the point where it was noticeable — but cops still let her drive away. Hmm…

So that’s Justin’s lawyer’s angle — if the officers let the woman who’d clearly been drinking drive off, how can we trust their judgment that Justin WAS drunk?? Or maybe even… Hey, they’re letting drunk civilians off, this is targeted because he’s famous??

Bold move… “Please, judge! You should see how drunk the other guy was!”

Shortly after Justin’s attorney argued the 43-year-old wasn’t intoxicated, the Suffolk County District Attorney‘s office responded to the attempt to get the case throw out over the error of the supervising officer not signing the initial criminal complaint. They claimed they “located a ministerial error in the original accusatory instrument” and took care of it, adding:

“The facts and circumstance of the case have not been changed or amended. Mr. Timberlake is scheduled to be arraigned on the amended accusatory instrument … via a virtual appearance at Sag Harbor Village Justice Court. We stand ready to litigate the underlying facts of this case in court, rather than the press.”

According to a new report published by DailyMail.com, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her real estate mogul estranged husband have been hit with a tax lien by the Franchise Tax Board in the state of California! Ouch! It’s never easy for celebs when they have to deal with unforeseen tax bills. But of course, the liens are worse for some than they are for others… and as far as tax troubles go, this one isn’t so bad.

Per that outlet, documents filed by the state of California indicate that a fresh tax lien was issued against the exes back on June 25 of this year! Uh-oh! The bill? A whopping $6,542.50 in unpaid taxes — all stemming from back in 2022. That’s a lot of money for normal folks like you and us, but moguls like the Bravo star and the head of The Agency can pay off a $6k tax bill in a heartbeat! At least we hope!

Specifically, the lien was sent to the address of the couple’s former marital home — a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Encino — where Kyle still lives. They initially purchased that place together back in 2017 for a jaw-dropping $8.2 million. More recently, the Buying Beverly Hills star has moved himself into a condo in West Hollywood as the estranged couple continues to work out the details of their separation.

FWIW, even though this lien is relatively small potatoes, this is NOT the only tax problem the pair is facing right now! That outlet also reports that Mau is on the hook for $31,464.50 more in unpaid taxes for the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. Again, not a huge bill (isn’t that right, Kanye West?), but it’s not nothing, either!! Those tax issuances have to do with some of his real estate offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Beverly Hills, and elsewhere, so it was unrelated to the Bravolebrity.

But Kyle and Mau have had tax troubles together in the past, too! In April 2022, they were slapped with a $13,707.47 lien from the state of California over issues with their 2020 tax filing. However, they quickly cleared that up a couple months later and the lien was summarily released.

Money is going to play a part in the estranged couple’s split — specifically, how they divide it up. As you may recall, back in January, Kyle went on SiriusXM‘s Jeff Lewis Live and recounted her intention to keep the division of assets as simple as possible through the breakup:

“It’s very clean cut, everything’s half, regardless. That’s not an issue for me. We did not have a prenup. My husband did not have a penny when I married him. My mom lent us money when we were first married.”
