This was already a horrifying story — and after this influencer brought the receipts, it only got more scary!

Eixchel Berroteran, AKA Eixchelb on TikTok, shocked her fans when she posted a carousel of graphic photos to her Instagram. The pics, which featured some serious injuries and bloodshed, were only the tip of the iceberg for this story. In the caption, the social media star alleged that her stepfather tried to kill her. Whoa!

While recalling the event she says took place just last Thursday, she explained (in her native Spanish):

“On the night of August 21, 2024 I was reborn, my ex stepdad (who didn’t live in my house) walked in with a gun saying he was going to kill me and said it was according to him, because ‘I didn’t want him and my mom to be together.'”

The viral star, who has amassed over 4.3 million followers TikTok, went on to detail just what she says happened. She wrote:

“It was all like this, I wait for my mom at the door of the apartment and he entered my house without permission and saying he was going to kill me, He pulled out a gun pointing at my mom and saying he was going to kill me. He pushed her in the living room and entered my room. He pointed the gun at me, I jumped to the floor asking him to please do nothing, intending to get under the bed, but it was very low and I decided to crawl towards him asking him to stop screaming and at that moment I heard the shot left me stunned; but my mom who was already behind him forcing him so the shot didn’t reach me.”

OMG! So, according to her, he just barged in and started attacking?! So scary…

Eixchel continued to say the bullet missed her by mere centimeters — and credited divine intervention for keeping her safe:

“That night… the worst of my entire Life, God gave me another chance. When missing the shot by CENTIMETERS… I was stunned, in shock and with fear to think that those would be my last moments of life; at that moment God gave me the strength to stand and defend myself with my mom.”

She added that her stepfather “bit” her mother as they struggled. In a heroic turn of events, the influencer alleged she and her mom fought back and took control of the situation:

“The love we have for each other gave us the strength to control the situation, we arrived by force into the kitchen where we fell, my mom and I stayed on top of it, trying to defend ourselves as we could. He bit my mom and pulled my hair with a lot of force, we both cried for help but until that moment no one listened, he kept insisting on shooting me and between the two we grabbed above him his hand where he held the gun and always wanted to point at me, one person touched the door but he made us tell him to leave.”

He’s even being accused of intimidation, allegedly telling the women not to go to police or else their would be consequences:

“He threatened us saying that if we called the police it would all be over, he also said that he had contacts in the police and that if we reported… he had bully friends and this wasn’t going to stay like this.”

SO disturbing. Just truly awful.

Eixchel went on to say she doesn’t know how she’ll ever “overcome this nightmare” because her trauma is much more than “physical injuries”:

“God interceded for us that night, I can only say thank you for another chance. In my mind, it was just that if it was going to kill me… my mom was going to have that trauma forever and if I killed my mom I was never going to be able to handle it. Today I can tell you that trauma hurts more than physical injuries, and that I really don’t know how I will ever overcome this nightmare. No one deserves to live what me and my mom lived and don’t ever think this is something that can happen to you.. until it’s happening. I ask you to pray a lot for us and that justice is served. On my part I promise you that when I manage to heal even just a little.. i will become the voice of all the people who have been victims of abuse, abuse and in this case.. almost murdered.”

Heartbreaking, but how noble to dedicate herself into becoming a voice for victims after this experience. That takes so much strength.

Eixchel wrapped up her post by saying she can’t give much more info because it is an open investigation, but she hopes God can give her “the strength to move on”:

“At this time, it’s a Criminal Investigation case so I won’t be able to give specific details. There are no words to describe the terror, pain, trauma, anxiety and panic attacks this has caused us.. Only God knows why I’m still here and I ask him to give me the strength to move on and that at some point he can heal my heart.”

Gut-wrenching. Those poor, poor women.

Eixchel’s stepfather was arrested and charged with attempted murder, two counts of burglary with assault or battery, false imprisonment with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a firearm, attempted evidence tampering, and felony battery. The probable cause arrest affidavit, as obtained by Law&Crime, reveals the mother’s side of the story which matches Eixchel’s. It also included the disturbing details of how Luis bit his wife all over her body while she attempted to fight him off with a wine bottle. The influencer’s photos show one of those awful bite marks.

Per local outlet WPLG, eventually the women were able to get him to calm down and talk, but police said the suspect “kept a hold of [Eixchel] by the hair while sitting on the couch, not allowing her to exit” the place. He’s also alleged to have made the mom and daughter “clean up the scene” where he’d just allegedly battered them. Disgusting.

The ladies said it took an entire day to work up the courage to contact police after Luis allegedly threatened the two of them with hitmen. Luckily for the TikToker and her mother, though, the stepdad is being held in prison without bond.

Just horrifying. We’re so glad Eixchel and her mother survived. May they get the justice they deserve.

Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry decided to share her past trauma with fans through a new TikTok trend. And they were NOT prepared for this much…

The mom of seven jumped aboard the “candy salad” trend in which everyone participating — in this instance, just Kail — puts some candy in a big bowl while revealing something about themselves. The video, posted on Saturday, has now garnered over 6 million views… and thousands of comments. The clips have left everyone shocked, and perhaps made them a bit more understanding of who this reality star really is.

Kailyn captioned the video “my villain origin story” and went through several packages of candy while she dropped disturbing details about her early life. While dropping some Swedish Fish in the bowl, she said:

“When I was 6 months old, I was kidnapped, brought to Texas, and my mom found me in the hospital with pneumonia.”

Whoa, WHAT?! So horrifying! And sadly, it doesn’t stop there. She went on to mention several more scary instances from her childhood, revealing:

“When I was 9 years old, I woke up with a strange man in my bed. I have no idea how he got there, who he is, or where he went afterward.”

Um… The 32-year-old continued on to talk about her experiences at just 10 and 11 years old, shocking fans by saying:

“When I was 10 years old I walked to my uncle’s house to ask if he had any food because I hadn’t seen my mom in days … When I was 11 years old, my babysitter did coke in front of my face on the coffee table.”

Kailyn told another story about how her mom showed up “under the influence” to pick her up from school when she was in fourth grade, and also revealed the sad way she lost her virginity… at just 14:

“When I was 14 years old, I lost my virginity on a sidewalk without even knowing what sex was.”

By 16, the reality TV star says she was legally adopted by her boyfriend’s parents:

“When I was 16 years old, my mom signed over custody to my boyfriend’s parents and told me that absence makes the heart grow fonder.”

Heartbreaking. And all of this took place when she was so young! She wasn’t even done yet, either…

Kailyn revealed she met her father for the first time when she was 17 — and it wasn’t a great experience:

“When I was 17 years old, I met my dad for the first time and he had a lock on his fridge and told me he eats roadkill barbecue.”

The final story, coming from when she was 19, is even more gut-wrenching than the last:

“When I was 19 years old, I was sexually assaulted by someone I knew and I never reported it to police but I did need to have repair done in the hospital by a plastic surgeon, and I never reported it because I felt bad and I didn’t know if he really actually meant to do it.”

Oh no… So, so sad. Poor girl… We’re so impressed she’s turned out so relatively normal and healthy!

Oh, this is so heartbreaking.

Former Victoria’s Secret model Emily DiDonato got super candid in a teary-eyed TikTok on Thursday. In it, she revealed that she suffered a devastating miscarriage “a few weeks ago” but is now finally “ready to share.”

The 33-year-old, who shares daughter Teddy, 2, and son Oliver, 1, with her husband, Kyle Peterson, discovered the sad news when she went in for her first scan about two months into the pregnancy. Since she’d had two easy pregnancies, she wasn’t worried about complications — until it was suddenly all she could think about.

Just three days before posting her video, she went in for the scan where her world came crumbling down. She explained:

“First of all, I felt so cocky and confident going into this appointment because I had two normal, healthy pregnancies prior to this. My doctor was doing the scan, I wasn’t even listening to her, I was literally just laying there looking at the scan and she said something and I was like, ‘What did you say?’ And she was like, ‘I’m not seeing what I want to see here.’ And I was like, ‘Well I’m pregnant, right?’ And she was like, ‘Well there definitely was a pregnancy but it stopped growing.'”

Oh, no.

Emily “immediately” started to “blame” herself, she said:

“Everyone can say it’s not your fault but your brain immediately goes to, ‘When did that happen? And why?'”

On the day she filmed the video, she was headed in for a dilation and curettage (D&C), in which a doctor removes tissue from the uterus. She shared:

“I’m in my office trying to distract myself because I am so deeply and profoundly sad.”

Emily continued elsewhere in the video:

“Something that freaks me out about the whole thing is knowing that life started here and it also ended here, and I’m still carrying that life.”

Such a heartbreaking thought! The content creator went on:

“When you find out you’re pregnant, whether you like it or not, your entire body, mind, and spirit gets behind the fact that you’re pregnant. You start planning, you start plotting, everything changes the second you find out you’re pregnant. That’s the blessing and curse of becoming a mother, you just care so deeply. And then all of a sudden you’re just not anymore.”

Naturally, the grieving momma is now really nervous to try again for a third child — and now doesn’t even know if she really wants to despite always wanting three kids. She shared:

“What I didn’t anticipate is, like, because I’ve gone through this process now, I’m kind of like, ‘Will I ever want to get pregnant again?’ I feel terrified to want to try again, because, like, what if this happens again? Is this the new norm for me? I’ve always wanted a third baby, and I feel greedy even saying that. It’s just always been my dream to have three kids. But a part of me is like, ‘Maybe this is the universe saying, two is good for you.'”

Oof. She concluded:

“I’m filming this not to have people feel sorry for me. I have a wonderful life and I’m very blessed with two healthy children, but [I hope] this makes anyone feel less alone.”

Hopefully, opening up helps her feel less alone in the pain, too! There were so many women in the comments who discussed their similar losses and encouraged her to stay strong, too. Some wrote:

“It’s such a horrible pain. I’ve had multiple miscarriages and it never gets easier but I had two beautiful babies after. All your feelings are valid and it’s not your fault. I’m so sorry”

“Also the most comforting thing I heard — that baby lived a perfect life — only knowing the love and comfort of their mother.”

If you haven’t kept up with the drama online, here’s the deal. Last year, screenshots of the 23-year-old TikTok star repeatedly using the N-word on the website ASKfm back in 2014 appeared on the “Alix Earle Snark” page on Reddit. However, it wasn’t until a year later, when the posts resurfaced on TikTok and other subreddits this month, that Alix started facing a ton of backlash online.

What made the whole situation worse? Not only did she remain silent on the offensive comments when the controversy started, but she allegedly trademarked them to stop others from continuing to share them! Yeah, you read that correctly. According to two podcasters, Alix TRADEMARKED her posts using a racial slur! What the f**k.

Jessi Smiles and Lily Marston claimed in their Do We Know Them? podcast earlier this month that the content creator’s legal team accused them of violating their copyright when screenshots of her racist posts popped up in their subreddit — which they do not own or moderate. Jessi explained:

“Her lawyer contacted us and said that we have violated their copyright. People posted screenshots of [her racist posts] in our subreddit, and her lawyer said that they have a trademark to that. We don’t moderate it, we don’t have any access to it.”

In what world does someone think it was OK to trademark that?! Especially when that same person hadn’t even apologized or at least said something about their problematic comments at that time! What a disgusting move. Watch the podcast episode (below):

Now, after weeks of silence, Alix is speaking out about the controversy in a statement posted to her Instagram Stories on Monday. First off, Braxton Berrios’ girlfriend admitted she DID use the racial slur multiple times and apologized for the “hurt” she caused. She wrote:

“A couple of weeks ago, screenshots surfaced from my old ask.fm account showing me using a slur in the summer of 2014. I am taking accountability and want to make it clear that I was 13 years old and did not understand the deeply offensive meaning behind that word. That is no excuse for using that word in any context or at any age. That is absolutely not the way I speak or what I stand for. I am deeply sorry that my words have hurt many and have led people to believe that I have any prejudice in my heart. I promise you that could not be further from the truth. My platform has always focused on positivity, entertainment, and uplifting others, and will continue to do so. I am sincerely sorry to those I have offended.”

As for why she took so long to address the scandal? Alix claimed she received bad “advice” not to say anything:

“I regret how I handled this situation, allowing too many people to talk me out of saying something for too long. I wasn’t sure how to handle it and unfortunately the advice I was given, although well intended, was wrong. There is no one to blame but myself for not standing my ground and going with my gut to speak right away. In the absence of my addressing this, my silence allowed others to fill the void with rumors that simply aren’t true.”

As we mentioned, one of those claims was that she trademarked her older posts. However, Alix insisted that part is “absolutely ridiculous and untrue.” Hmm. She continued:

“Another is that a brand announced they are no longer working with me, even though we have never been in conversations with them about a partnership in any capacity. Regardless of what’s being said online, I wanted to come on here to address the facts and most importantly apologize.”

After the statement dropped, Jessi and Lily addressed her claim that she never trademarked her posts — with receipts. They told Variety on Monday night:

“While we cannot speak to the legitimacy or existence of any trademarks or copyrights, we can confirm that we received an email from an entity identifying itself as WEB SHERIFF. This entity claimed to act as the rights agent for Alix Earle, and had written the email to notify us of 11 different alleged infringements and violations. The email was signed by John E. Henehan LL.B., who asserted under penalty of perjury that he is ‘either the intellectual property rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owners of the exclusive rights that are allegedly infringed.’”

The two continued:

“The email referenced a user created post on a fan-run subreddit for our podcast, a page over which we have no authorship or control. The post in question, linked within the email, featured screenshots of Earle’s unfavorable past comments on AskFM, which had already been circulating online. The email purports that this post is guilty of a laundry list of violations including but not limited to Copyright Infringement, Human Rights Violations, and Proceeds of Crime and Money Laundering Violations. It’s important to note that we received this notice despite every post on the subreddit featuring a clearly visible disclaimer stating that we are in no way affiliated with the subreddit or any of its content. In fact, we were unaware of the existence of the post in question prior to receiving this email notification.”

Jessi and Lily went on to point out that the email potentially “was sent without her knowledge or authorization,” adding:

“If that is the case, while unfortunate and out of her control, it would certainly be in her best interest to clarify that to set the record straight.”

Speaking to E! News on Sunday, Whitney Leavitt revealed:

“It’s hard because each year is different. You could get a really big brand deal like, ‘Hey, we want to have like a six-month contract with you,’ and then next year you don’t get it at all. It varies drastically.”

She said one of her biggest deals was to promote a sex toy on her social media account for $20,000 — but that’s chump change compared to what she made on another super secret deal.

Her pal Mayci Neeley dished:

“We both have gotten one — we can’t say what it was — but we’ve gotten a deal that was $75,000 one year.”

Whitney, who has over 2 million TikTok followers, added that brand deals all depend on each Mormon #MomTok star’s brand, sharing:

“It will vary for people depending on what your specialty is, like fitness and health or beauty. Toys or mommy products for your children.”

Her co-star, with over 1 million followers, agreed. She noted that “each industry varies. Some pay more than the others.”

When asked if their connection to the Mormon community’s swinging sex scandal impacted their finances, the influencers insisted it only helped them. Whitney exclaimed:

“Oh no! If anything it just gave us more publicity to be honest with you.”

Everybody loves a scandal!! Meanwhile, Mayci had a slightly different take, pointing out:

“It’s kind of a mix though. I threw an event for my business launch that I did on the show and I had a couple of vendors that almost pulled out because they’re like, ‘Wait, are you in that swinging stuff?’ So, I think reputation-wise it took a little bit of a hit, but income-wise I don’t think it really affected us too much.”

Both of them have denied taking part in the Mormon swinging groups, so that helps. Whitney said:

“I think if we were involved specifically, Mayci and I, it would have been different. We weren’t, so we just took the clout from it.”

Aspyn and Parker had been married since 2015 and share daughters Cove, 4, Lola, 2, and their newborn. Despite the split, they’ve continued to post content together throughout the divorce.

Just over two weeks after the April filing, the co-parents were granted a motion to halt their divorce proceedings. The motion for stay was granted “pending the outcome of settlement negotiations,” court docs obtained by E! News stated. So, it seems like they’re really prioritizing their young kids amid this breakup and trying to avoid drama. Love to see it.

According to TMZ, Joe died from complications from a mass in his throat. Unfortunately, he had been dealing with some health issues over the past few weeks. Jason kept followers up to date with his condition, recently sharing that his grandpa was in the hospital and “in a rough spot.” And this week, everything went downhill. Fighting back tears, Joe’s grandson shared that “things took a turn for the worse” when it came to his “cognitive condition,” adding:

“None of us saw it coming. Within 24 hours, his mind basically it shut down on him. We don’t know much other than he was there and then he wasn’t. He fell asleep and just couldn’t wake back up. Vitals were still good but slowly dropping. His breathing was still good but slowly dropping. It’s unfortunate.”

Joe was supposed to go to hospice care, but he died shortly after the video dropped. So, so sad. Take a look at the devastating video (below):

This loss is undoubtedly difficult for the family and fans. There aren’t many 90-year-old TikTok stars, but Joe became a face fans loved to see new content from. He had 1.5 million followers watching his hilarious skits and adventures with Jason over the years. Check some out (below):

How s**t would it feel to discover that your significant other not only still finds their ex highly attractive, but thinks about them and uses their photos to pleasure themselves regularly? Eww… That’s the issue one woman is currently faced with, according to her post on Reddit.

The anonymous user posted in the popular r/RelationshipAdvice forum this week, revealing that while attempting to hop on the popular TikTok trend of comparing photos she took of her husband to ones he took of her, she made the gut-wrenching discovery that he’s held onto nude photos of his ex for not one, not two, but 15 YEARS! She wrote:

“He was out of the house with his newly upgraded phone, leaving his old phone behind. I went to his photos and found naked pics of his ex from before we were even together, meaning he’s kept them for over 15 years.”

So icky! And even more disgusting, it was clear he made a concerted and very active effort to hold onto the photos:

“Not only that, but because they were originally in a fake calculator app, he had to manually transfer them to every single new phone he’s had (about 5 or 6 phones, I think) by removing them from the locked fake calc app, putting them in Google photos, linking his Google account to his new phone, saving the pics to his phone, then moving them to the fake calculator app, and deleting them from Google photos.”

5 OR 6 PHONES?? JFC! Really, dude??

After coming across the horrifying discovery, the OP began to spiral:

“After all these years it means he had the pictures in his phone when I was giving birth, our wedding day, during his vows to me at alter, while he was proposing (which was an embarrassing proposal with no thought put into it), on our 10 year wedding anniversary trip…this whole time those pics of her were in his pocket.”

That’s just f**ked up. Plain and simple!

She of course confronted him about the pics, and he said they “were just porn for him” while he’s “away on work trips.” Uhhh, that doesn’t make him sound much better! He has a wife! Why couldn’t he use her pics?? Or at least ANYONE who wasn’t literally his ex!

The fuming wife deleted all traces of the images, but sadly it wasn’t enough to restore her shattered confidence. She wrote:

“I’ve always thought she was really pretty, and over the years I’ve had two kids and one big health problem, so of course I’ve gained weight over the years. So the next day I spiraled. I did a fake tan, did my nails, got my hair done, and took new pics of myself. I wanted him to find me attractive and not to want (or miss) her pics anymore. It’s been about four months and I still fall back into this horrible mindset all over again and refresh my look again.”

Poor lady! And seriously, how gross on that dude’s part. He has a whole family with this gal!

She added that she’s since combed through his electronic devices more to see if he had any other “incriminating” evidence, but that he did not. She also noted that the ex in question was his “first,” so she asked fellow Redditors if that’s normal. But there’s one major factor that makes this whole situation all the more disgusting and downright illegal… She and her husband are both 32, so subtract 15 from that and what do you get?? 17!!! So if the girl in the photos was his same age, she would have been just 17 YEARS OLD! A MINOR! THOSE WERE THE PHOTOS????

In the replies, fellow Redditors made their disgust abundantly known:

“Uhhhh isn’t that child porn then?”

“Wow. Now I’m absolutely disgusted. I already was before. But that was the cherry on top”

“Oh MY GOD. He’s jerking to an underage girl?!”

“He’s an absolute creep for keeping the photos”

Others urged the post’s author to think more about the effort her husband went through to hold onto the pics as a huge red flag:

“It’s the hiding and lengths he’s gone through that are the issue. Forget the photos and ask him why he hid them and lied especially for so long.”

“Oh hell no it’s one thing to watch and use porn but it’s another to save it to your phone in an app that’s supposed be a secret especially of his ex…. This is not normal don’t let him tell you it is he’s obviously hiding this for a reason.”

“Also pose this question… if this ex found out he was holding onto her pics and still jerking his gherkin to them, how might she feel? I’d be disgusted. If for anyone’s sake, they should be deleted for her, because we don’t know if she still consents to him using her pictures for such things.”
