Five months following the death of the couple’s two-year-old son, Rob Delaney casually revealed that his wife Leah is pregnant in a post about healthcare.
You may remember the Catastrophe star announced his son Henry had died after battling a brain tumor back in January.
Over the weekend, the comedian tweeted out a video that featured him talking about how the U.K.’s National Health Service helped his family as his son battled cancer after he was diagnosed in 2016.

But in his accompanying tweet on Saturday, Delaney confirmed he and his wife were expecting again. He wrote:
Just had 2 typically wonderful @NHSEnglandLDN midwives visit my pregnant wife & I for a home birth assessment. Love to all marching for the NHS today. See my sad love letter to the NHS below. https://t.co/isAkRDqh2X

In the video, the 41-year-old actor says that his family benefited greatly from the NHS’ financial help and hopes that Americans will “get involved in the fight for Medicare for All.”
