Kaia Gerber just posted the ultimate diss at an ex on her Instagram! On Tuesday, the model posted a photo of herself rocking a skinny black bikini while sunbathing on a dock. Normally, that kind of thirst trap alone would be enough to send a signal — but she added way more oomph! In the photo, she was holding a book titled DEAR D**KHEAD — and in the caption she wrote that it was “a book for someone i used to know.” DAMN! But that’s not all! In a second photo, she highlighted a passage from the book, which read:

“At this point, your sheer dumbf**kery commands a certain respect. But it doesn’t change the basics: I don’t give a s**t about you. All my love to your sister, she was a wonderful friend.”

Damn!!!

BTW, the book is a French novel by Virginie Despentes about a “B-list novelist” who insults an actress online and they “strike up a combative correspondence.” And get this! The guy gets “accused of sexual harassment by his former publicist.” The book touches deeply on the patriarchy and addiction, per Macmillan Publishers. It’s the September pick for Kaia and Alyssa Reeder‘s Library Science book club, too, which was also announced on the day this was posted.

But adding in a subtweet of “someone” she used to know is… another level! Obviously with the sexual politics the book is playing in, we have to think she’s blasting a guy she dated.

In recent years, Kaia’s been linked to Jacob Elordi and, briefly, Pete Davidson. She’s currently dating Austin Butler — at least, if they’re still good. Who is this book message for? Well, they all have sisters, so that won’t help narrow down the mystery man! Who do Y’ALL think she could be calling out?? Is she referencing a former beau — or did the Elvis star just do something to piss her off?!

They’ve been linked since 2021 and were last spotted holding hands while out and about in NYC almost two weeks ago. So far as we know, everything’s been going well in the romance… but maybe s**t just hit the fan and she’s subtly hinting at it?? We hope not!! Bowen’s been on the show since 2018, so there are quite a few people he could’ve been talking about!

But, naturally, Dave Chappelle comes to mind considering the awkward moment they shared on stage last season. In January as host Dakota Johnson closed out her episode, the stand-up star randomly appeared on stage — and Bowen stood far off in the corner with his arms crossed. Look (below)!

Considering Dave’s harmful LGBTQ+ remarks over the years, it seemed like Bowen may have been making a point, but the Fire Island star hit back at the speculation weeks ago, telling Variety in June:

“I stand where I always stand on good nights. It was not a physical distance that anyone was creating. It had to do with so many things that were completely internal.”

When asked if he was happy with Dave’s appearance, he replied:

“It was about other people’s response in the show. I was just confused, that was it.”

Feels like a pretty diplomatic response.

Kenan Thompson also stood up for his pal, saying that it was “jarring” to see the headlines about Bowen and Dave, but he did admit that everyone was confused at The Nutty Professor alum’s appearance since he wasn’t part of that episode.

Hmm…

While Dave wasn’t the host that week, he did host in 2022, during which he reportedly tricked the whole production into airing a controversial opening monologue! So it certainly seems possible he may be the person Bowen’s calling out!

For the record, a few hosts have been called out for bad behavior over the years. Steven Seagal was a legendary bad host the entire cast hated. More recently, Pete Davidson has also called out one specific person he worked with on the show — SNL vet Chevy Chase! He called the Vacation star a “genuinely bad, racist person” during an interview on The Howard Stern Show. Chevy starred in the first two seasons of the show before returning as the host several times.

But all that was before Bowen was cast on the NBC hit. So we’re at square one again. Hmm. Maybe it was Elon Musk? Bowen did call him out on social media the week he hosted:

During a standup gig in Atlantic City last month, the 30-year-old comedian told the crowd he was sober after going to rehab the previous summer — and crashing his car into a house. Well, we should say mostly sober! He still smokes weed but managed to stop doing cocaine and ketamine! Pete told the audience at the show:

“I did coke and ketamine and f**king all the pills and all that s**t. All I have is weed left, so it’s almost over, but I’m holding on for a little bit longer.”

Pete jokes about his marijuana use, but according to an insider for RadarOnline, his pals feel his dependence on weed is “no laughing matter.” In fact, they are really concerned the Saturday Night Live alum “relies on it way too much” and is only making his life “harder” by constantly getting high. Whoa! The source explained:

“Pete’s admitted he’s an addictive personality. And anyone who’s hung out with him knows that when he smokes, he over-analyzes things and conjures up all kinds of dark thoughts. The fear is it could bring on temptation and other vices. Pete says he can’t handle life without getting a little numb, and in his view, weed is a lot less dangerous than other options.”

Of course, take this report with a grain of salt. Neither Pete nor his loved ones have come forward to confirm if he has a major weed problem. However, it is important to note that the Bodies Bodies Bodies star checked himself into a facility again last month in the hopes of seeking mental health support. Pete reportedly “regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break.” When he went to rehab last year, a Page Six source also noted:

“Anyone who knows Pete knows that he will always step up and get help when he knows he needs it.”

At this time, the reason Pete went to a mental health facility is unknown again. For all we know, he wanted to take a moment and reset — something he does a lot. A new report from Star Magazine claims Kim Kardashian is actually considering giving it another go with Pete Davidson! WHAT?!?

After meeting on the set of SNL, the unlikely pair really hit it off and started dating in November 2021. And they seemed happy together! They just kind of fit… for a while. They lasted about nine months, during which Pete went way overboard, not just getting tattoos of the reality star — like he usually does. He got BRANDED! That literal red flag wasn’t the big reason for the breakup though.

The outside pressures turned out to be worse than expected — not just because of the fame but the Kanye of it all! Kim’s ex put a target on Pete’s back, and it worked. He was reportedly harassed and bullied everywhere he went by Ye fans. So f**king weird.

On Wednesday, People reported the Bupkis star checked himself into a facility with the intention of seeking mental health support. Details are slim, but it sounds like his loved ones are happy he’s putting his wellness first.

The SNL alum has been very open in the past about his struggle with both mental health and drug addiction. Just last summer, he checked into a rehab facility with a friend telling Page Six at the time:

“Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening.”

Another source told the site:

“Anyone who knows Pete knows that he will always step up and get help when he knows he needs it.”

Well, it sounds like this could be one of those times.

Earlier this month, the 30-year-old revealed during a stand-up comedy set in Atlantic City that he finally kicked his addiction to “coke and ketamine and f**king all the pills.” However, he DID reveal that he’s still indulging in marijuana.

On Wednesday, the source told People Pete’s mental health has “always been a priority.” Well, he did just finish all of his community service after crashing into a Beverly Hills home last year AND a tour of over 200 stand-up shows… And on top of that had a breakup! Back in March of 2023, the King of Staten Island actor made headlines after crashing into the side of a Beverly Hills home! His girlfriend at the time, Chase Sui Wonders, was a passenger in the car. He was initially hit with a reckless driving charge and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service. But just last week, his charges were dropped, and he’s clearly somewhat feeling a sigh of relief… Because he’s talking about it on stage!

An eyewitness in attendance of the SNL alum’s Atlantic City comedy show over the weekend told DailyMail.com about Pete’s personal account of exactly what happened, and it’s pretty wild! He reportedly admitted he was driving “100 miles per hour” when he blew through a stop sign he didn’t notice until the last second. The next thing he knew, a pedestrian was crossing the road, so he quickly had to make the decision to swerve off the road instead of mowing down the poor guy.

Unfortunately he was going too fast in the residential area to stop — and found himself heading into the direction of a house. Recalling what went through his mind as his car raced toward the home, he said:

“I saw the house and I was like, I don’t think you could die if you hit a house. Usually in sitcoms they just go right through it. So, I swerved and I aimed for the house and I actually hit the garage pretty good.”

Though he racked up some property damage, he said it’s better than “killing” someone:

“Even at my worst, I’m pretty f**king spot on.”

But he did admit he was “so scared” because he thought he was “going to jail.” The Bupkis star recalled:

“The cop came, he was all pissed because I drove into a structure … I was freaking out.”

But he was able to “calm [himself] down” when he realized “no one’s dead” and he “wasn’t drunk.” Just a wrecked car, a severely damaged home — which reportedly had to be demolished — and a terrified teen inside. Not exactly a win, but better than anything deadly, anything he couldn’t live with. Though there clearly is a lot of guilt still there… More on that later…

Pete also reportedly opened up about completing his 50 hours of community service, which he “just finished,” at Lenox Hill Neurosurgery in New York where his sister Casey works. He noted how she “hooked” him up. He called the experience “pretty wild” yet “really cool,” and said he shadowed a brain surgeon doing experimental brain cancer surgery! Whoa! He said:

“I just think it’s funny — not what he does — just that I’m there. I think it’s funny that I get to observe this great prestigious man because usually to do something like that you have to work very hard or be a doctor yourself. The other four people who were there shadowing him were four doctors that were part of this program and they were all acting like they won some sort of lottery.”

He recalled one person there being a dude from Germany who studied for 12 years, while he, on the other hand, just “drove into a garage.” But it was clearly an experience he’ll never forget:

“I was very humbled by those patients though. It was very humbling to be around them. I always feel sorry and s**t, and I felt very grateful for my life. I couldn’t imagine being one of those patients.”

In addition to community service, Pete ALSO had to take a “safe driving course and visit both a hospital and morgue to confront the fatal consequences of risky choices.” And by that, he clarified he had to take an “eight-hour class on dead bodies” and was ordered to “look at a dead body that died from a reckless driving accident.”

Yeesh!

He joked that the judge’s order was “f**ked up” and that he would have rather gone “to jail for a day” instead of having to do “six weeks of work.” To be clear, that was not an option. But the service was clearly worth it, because his reckless driving charges were dropped last week — which he actually admits to having mixed feelings about! The audience member reported that in response to hearing the news, Pete said:

“Hooray? I guess. I did something bad. It’s not anything really to be celebrated.”

Yeah, he kinda has a point there. And frankly we’re impressed he’s self-aware enough to not brush off his accountability just because no one got hurt.

As for now, the Bodies Bodies Bodies star said he’s having a good — and sober — year! Or, at least a mostly sober year after going to rehab last summer. He admitted he still smokes weed but managed to kick cocaine and ketamine to the curb:

“I did coke and ketamine and f**king all the pills and all that s**t. All I have is weed left, so it’s almost over, but I’m holding on for a little bit longer.”

Last week, the Saturday Night Live alum stopped in Omaha, Nebraska as part of his Prehab Tour, but the excited crowd didn’t get to see his full routine because of nonstop heckling. Near the end of his set, he abruptly walked off the stage as some audience members just wouldn’t stop disrupting him. And one attendee is pissed about it!!

A woman named Kate Stivers, who claimed to be at the show that night, took to YouTube over the weekend to rant about the lack of “decorum” some fans demonstrated at the show, which led to Pete’s exit. She said:

“Where the f**k did decorum go at events because he shouldn’t have had to walk off stage because you guys don’t understand that because you see crowd work on TikTok that you think every comedian now needs to be heckled to the point that they leave stage with one joke left. Like, it’s just absolutely absurd. You’re ruining it for the whole show.”

She spoke directly to the alleged heckler:

“And I saw you, motherf**ker, I saw one of you. You were bragging about it as you left the show … You ruined the show for everybody. [Pete] didn’t deserve that. He didn’t deserve that one bit.”

She noted that everyone’s phones were taken per Pete’s tour policy, which she thinks was for “good reason.” And she also expressed that heckling should be treated with a similar policy:

“There should be no tolerance. … You need to immediately be kicked the f**k out.”
