Kaia Gerber just posted the ultimate diss at an ex on her Instagram! On Tuesday, the model posted a photo of herself rocking a skinny black bikini while sunbathing on a dock. Normally, that kind of thirst trap alone would be enough to send a signal — but she added way more oomph! In the photo, she was holding a book titled DEAR D**KHEAD — and in the caption she wrote that it was “a book for someone i used to know.” DAMN! But that’s not all! In a second photo, she highlighted a passage from the book, which read:

“At this point, your sheer dumbf**kery commands a certain respect. But it doesn’t change the basics: I don’t give a s**t about you. All my love to your sister, she was a wonderful friend.”

BTW, the book is a French novel by Virginie Despentes about a “B-list novelist” who insults an actress online and they “strike up a combative correspondence.” And get this! The guy gets “accused of sexual harassment by his former publicist.” The book touches deeply on the patriarchy and addiction, per Macmillan Publishers. It’s the September pick for Kaia and Alyssa Reeder‘s Library Science book club, too, which was also announced on the day this was posted.

But adding in a subtweet of “someone” she used to know is… another level! Obviously with the sexual politics the book is playing in, we have to think she’s blasting a guy she dated.

In recent years, Kaia’s been linked to Jacob Elordi and, briefly, Pete Davidson. She’s currently dating Austin Butler — at least, if they’re still good. Who is this book message for? Well, they all have sisters, so that won’t help narrow down the mystery man! Who do Y’ALL think she could be calling out?? Is she referencing a former beau — or did the Elvis star just do something to piss her off?!

They’ve been linked since 2021 and were last spotted holding hands while out and about in NYC almost two weeks ago. So far as we know, everything’s been going well in the romance… but maybe s**t just hit the fan and she’s subtly hinting at it?? We hope not!! The 29-year-old comedian sat down for a new interview with Jon Bernthal this week. Speaking on Bernthal’s popular Real Ones podcast, Pete got, well, real about his romantic life. And he clarified some things about his A-list set of exes, too!

This Real Ones episode was released to Bernthal’s Patreon subscribers on Thursday. Clips were slowly making their way online by Friday morning, but the full thing hasn’t come out in public view yet. Regardless, insiders are already reacting to the Saturday Night Live alum’s frank and honest interview comments.

When Jon asked Pete about why the public is so interested in his love life, Kim Kardashian‘s ex offered up the opinion that he actually doesn’t think his romantic interests should be that, well, interesting:

“I think what happened was I became more known before the work was there. But I was always working. … Look, I’m in my 20s and I’ve dated people and for some reason that is very crazy and interesting to people. I don’t think it’s that interesting.”

He continued:

“I’ve been in show business for half my life almost, for like 14, 15 years, and on a national TV show. And in 12 years, I’ve dated like 10 people, I don’t really think that’s that crazy. But to some people it seems very interesting.”

Damn!

The Meet Cute star went on to admit that the public’s fixation on his dating world has been “confusing.” Noting how he’s not active on social media, and thus not trying to pick up online clout with partners, Pete explained:

“I’m not on Instagram. I’m not on social media. I’m not, like, flexing, you know what I mean?”

The stand-up comedian added:

“These people that I’ve dated, like I’ve met them at work. Like, I wasn’t in anyone’s DMs, no one was in mine. … I worked at one of the five Hollywood epicenters where you meet people. And that’s just who I was working with and who I was around.”

For the Staten Island-born Davidson — who is currently dating Chase Sui Wonders — it’s been a maddening experience to try to grow his career while “all anyone will talk about” are his high-profile pursuits.

“They’re making fun of you … and then you gotta walk out and do a sketch next and hit your mark. The show just made fun of you, so why [is the audience] going to laugh at you? They just dogged you!”

Davidson concluded:

“[It has] zero to do with the work, and that is a really s**tty feeling.”

Of course, the King of Staten Island star has quite the dating resume: the aforementioned SKIMS mogul, Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Emily Ratajkowski, and his 2018 whirlwind romance and brief engagement to Ariana Grande all come to mind. Even slightly lesser-profile women like Kaia Gerber, Phoebe Dynevor, Cazzie David, and Carly Aquilino have notably been in the mix.

Pete has only upped his comedy profile through it all, landing Netflix specials and starring in new projects like Wizards! even after leaving SNL at the end of last season. So the two have gone hand-in-hand — at least in fans’ minds and on social media.

If you tuned in, you may have seen the Disney child star co-hosting ABC’s Countdown to the Oscars pre-show alongside model Ashley Graham and social media star Lilly Singh. Lucky for her, she wasn’t tasked with interviewing her ex-lover. However, when it came to the Vanity Fair Oscar party held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, there was no producer to schedule someone else in her place!

It’s unclear just when they ran into one another, but the two were spotted outside of the venue, standing side-by-side next to Hollywood vet Sharon Stone. According to DailyMail.com, this was the end of the evening for both, when they were both awaiting the valets with their respective cars. Is it possible they managed to avoid one another the whole party only to leave at the exact same time?! Or were they able to keep it cordial earlier, enough to walk out together?

Surely it must have been at least a BIT awkward. After all, Vanessa seemed awfully put out that Austin was leaving her name out of the story of how he ended up playing Elvis. Heck, it sounds like she was responsible for him being at the party that night in the first place!

According to TMZ, the 30-year-old rapper performed at a private pre-Oscars house party in Bel Air, California on Saturday night. Travis was reportedly in good spirits as he hopped up on the stage to do a mixture of rapping and DJ-ing in front of dozens of celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Venus and Serena Williams, Tyga, and Kaia Gerber. However, his girlfriend and baby momma Kylie Jenner did not appear to be in attendance.

As we mentioned, his appearance at the pre-Oscars party marks the first time he has been on the mic in front of a crowd since his performance in Houston, Texas, where 10 people passed away from injuries they sustained during a crowd surge at the Astroworld Festival. The Goosebumps artist has faced a ton of backlash since the tragedy, with many slamming him for continuing to perform on stage despite audience members begging him to stop the show as chaos erupted.

When Travis addressed the incident in an interview, however, he claimed he could not hear the distress from the crowd at the time. In fact, the father said he did not know about the severity of the situation until later:

“It wasn’t until minutes before the press conference that I figured out exactly what happened. Even after the show, you’re just kind of hearing things, but I didn’t know the exact details until minutes before the press conference. And even at that moment you’re like, ‘Wait, what?”

Since then, multiple lawsuits have been filed against Travis, special guest Drake, and the Astroworld promoters – including a suit worth $2 billion against them. The star has attempted to make amends by launching his $5 million event safety initiative Project HEAL, which families of the Astroworld victims have blasted for being a “PR stunt.” He said in the announcement of the charity project:

“Over the past few months I’ve been taking the time and space to grieve, reflect and do my part to heal my community. Most importantly, I want to use my resources and platform moving forward towards actionable change. This will be a lifelong journey for me and my family. My team and I created Project HEAL to take much needed action towards supporting real solutions that make all events the safest spaces they can possibly be. I will always honor the victims of the Astroworld tragedy who remain in my heart forever.”

Many celebrities are speaking out against bullying in response to news of a 12-year-old boy from Tooele County, Utah, who died by suicide after a classmate was physically and emotionally harassing him for the past year.

In a heartbreaking interview with KUTV CBS 2, Drayke Hardman‘s parents Samie and Andrew Hardman opened up about their son’s devastating situation, explaining that they thought they had done everything they could to help him before he tragically passed away.

Over the past year, Drayke had been bullied relentlessly, the attacks coming largely from a single unnamed child. Samie and Andrew brought up the issue with the school, which got involved and suspended the student. Shortly after this, the Hardmans asked their son if he was experiencing any suicidal thoughts, the mom recalled:

“He said, ‘no, no,’ and it was almost like he was disgusted that I would have even asked him.”

But things took a drastic turn on February 7 when Drayke returned home from school with a black eye. At first, he lied to his parents and wouldn’t tell them how he got injured. Later, the young boy confided in one of his sisters that he had gotten into a physical fight with a classmate. She told their parents, who encouraged Drayke to open up to them. He responded:

“Snitches get stitches.”

According to Andrew, Drayke feared retaliation and therefore was hesitant to share just how deeply he was hurting from the emotional and physical bullying. So sad!

Two days later, Drayke asked to skip his basketball practice and stay home instead. The parents agreed, thinking he had been doing better. Hours later, Drake took his life in their home. It’s unclear exactly what happened, but his two sisters found him in his bedroom after the incident. The family rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead the next morning (Thursday, February 10).

As they mourn the loss of their beloved son, Samie and Andrew are sharing Drayke’s story in hopes of highlighting the serious bullying problem across schools and the need to teach kids to be kind and “Do It for Drayke.” Samie insisted:

“Kids are going to be the kinds of kids that are going to do what they want, until they know that it’s not OK. I think that that’s where those hard conversations come from.”

As this devastating story gains traction online, several celebrities have shared the tragic news to support the important cause. Model Camila Morrone was one of the first to take action, sharing the outlet’s report in her Instagram Story, writing:

“PLEASE—Take the time to read this..show your kids this.. The consequences of bullying, we all had them, we all knew them. Let’s raise LOVERS, not bullies.”

Kaia Gerber then added her voice to the cause, adding:

“My heart is broken for Drayke and his family, and every child who has been the victim to bullying. PLEASE take the time to read this, show this to your children, start the conversation. Let’s teach our children kindness and compassion. Bullying HAS NEVER and WILL NEVER be ‘cool.’ #DoItForDrayke (thank you @camilamorrone for sharing).”

90210 alum Sara Foster had a particularly scathing message for the unnamed bully’s parents, arguing:

“This sweet boy was literally bullied to death. To the parents of the bully, you are trash. I blame you. You knew your son was a bully. There was no way you didn’t. You raised him. You failed as parents. Pay attention to your kids. And if you don’t plan on it, get sterilized. And to the many schools who DO NOTHING about bullying, do better. @hard_man03 I am so sorry for this unimaginable pain and loss.”

Actress Rosanna Arquette agreed, saying:

“Oh God this is so horrific. Bless his soul. We are living in a culture of bullying and cruelty. We must start with the kids to protect them and teach peace.”

Even Katie Couric noted:

“I’ve been following this story. It’s devastating.”
