The actor appeared on Travis and Jason Kelce‘s episode of New Heights on Wednesday, where he gushed about what a big fan he is of Taylor Swift! Recalling how his whole family freaked out over the news of Tayvis, Adam shared:

“You being together. That photo of when you first started dating, my family was like, ‘Yes! Look how good they are together! He’s a gentleman! And she’s having so much fun with him!’ Any time Taylor is laughing with you, my whole f**kin’ family is high fiving.”

The football player’s cheeks got bright pink at that comment as he replied:

“You’ve got me sweating, man.”

So cute!

The comedian — who will soon star on screen alongside the Kansas City Chiefs player — went on to gush about Taylor and the impact she has on his daughters Sadie, 18, and Sunny, 15, adding:

“What a girl. She means so much to our house. The kids were little and we were listening to Taylor Swift — it was one of the first times that you listen to every song on the record. When I was a kid, The Beatles you did that with, maybe Elton John. Every tune. They knew every word.”

The tight end couldn’t agree more, noting in response that she is the “best performer out there.” And like most fathers, the Grown Ups star’s kids first put him onto Taylor’s music. But he quickly became a fan himself! Sandler said:

“I love listening to her in the car. I love what she has to say. Every message. Every melody. The production. What she meant to young girls, what she means to women, what she means to guys doing the right thing in life.”

She’s truly such a powerhouse! Also, Adam’s family was lucky enough to meet the Grammy winner on more than one occasion — and she did not disappoint. The Happy Gilmore lead shared:

“Saturday Night Live, she saw the kids there — took her time with them. And then at her premiere for the movie, she talked to the kids about their movie [You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah]. She talked about what she liked in it, and she just floors my family.”

She is the NICEST!! Her comments about their Netflix film probably meant the world to the teens. Love that!

Taylor Swift and beau Travis Kelce hosted an A-lister bash at her Rhode Island holiday house, which included a lot of famous faces. We got wind of Patrick and Brittany Mahomes being in attendance, along with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, as well as Trav’s big bro Jason and his wife Kylie, among others.

Trav had to take off in the early morning to get back to work. But the party kept going apparently! The weekend may have been over, but on Monday more guests showed up — like Channing and fiancé Zoë Kravitz, fresh off the premiere of their critically acclaimed movie Blink Twice.

Unfortunately, though, according to a report from In Touch Weekly, Channing’s weekend was filled with frustration. His partying was brought to an abrupt halt when he had to stop and sign some legal docs for his court battle with ex Jenna Dewan.

As Perezcious readers know, the divorce has gotten messier over the past few months, reportedly over Magic Mike money. But he can’t even go to a house party without having to work on it? Oof!

As for what these filings were about? According to the outlet, the papers were the 44-year-old firing back at his ex-wife’s attempt to disqualify his divorce lawyers.

Jenna apparently claimed he used the same firm during their marriage, so there’s a conflict, and these papers he signed over the weekend were his rebuttal. In the docs, the actor accused Jenna of attempting to disqualify his lawyers as a “transparent attempt to divert the court’s attention from her willful violation of her court order deposition and discovery deadlines, delay these proceedings and to prejudice [Channing] by ousting his lead trail counsel less than three months before trial on a case that has been pending for more than six years.”

He also said the firm he hired never once represented his ex:

“Neither law firm has ever had any possession of any of Petitioner’s confidential information. And, there is no applicable legal authority to support Petitioner’s claim that the attorney-client privilege extends to a spouse of a minority shareholder of a business entity.”

The 21 Jump Street star’s lawyer also jumped in and accused the professional dancer of just trying to delay the case from progressing:

“Contrary to [Jenna’s] claims, [Channing] has fully complied with his discovery obligations and thus, that is not and cannot be a basis to delay the Court-ordered depositions and discovery or other Court-ordered deadlines any further. [Jenna] has known about Glaser Weil’s co-representation of [Channing] in this action with Blank Rome since May 2024. Yet, she waited until the eve of [Jenna’s] deposition (two months later) to make the baseless allegations.”

Channing is asking that Jenna’s motion to try and get his lawyers sacked be denied, as well as sanction her $20k for her motion and to “deter such obstreperous conduct in the future”. Oof. Yeah, we can’t imagine all that was very much fun taking care of during a T-Swizzle house party. “Oh sorry can’t hit the pool right now, gotta look over divorce papers…”

On Facebook over the weekend, Travis Kelce‘s dad took aim at Elon Musk, saying he’d been banned for life from X (Twitter)! Why?? That part isn’t totally clear. The claim came in a post Saturday in which Ed shared a Newsmax article claiming Houthi arms dealers had been selling weapons on the social media platform. In the post, he said:

“Arms dealers are free to peddle their wares on X, but I’m banned for life and they won’t say why, just a generic ‘Terms Of Service’ violation.”

On Sunday, after media started picking up on the story he’d been banned, he made another post to clarify the arms dealer thing was just to make a point.

The NFL father said he only shared this article because he was annoyed that he got banned when alleged illegal activity was still taking place there:

“Let me try and clear something up here. I’m rarely on Facebook or Instagram. I get Google alerts in my email about articles mentioning the boys and remotely post them to Facebook for friends and family to see. I posted the thing about arms dealers active on X because frankly, I was pissed at Elon’s trolls.”

Ed says he just wanted to “highlight the hypocrisy of these social media turds” by showing how easily they ban regular, harmless people. He went on to say he was rarely on the app at all when he took the alleged ban, so he assumes he “was hacked”:

“I rarely wrote anything on X; I just followed sports reporters. It’s handy during games to hear what those guys have to say, particularly at stadiums where you don’ have commentators the way you do watching on TV. I was active on X/Twitter from September to February, reading others’ posts. Apparently the X Twits believe I posted something contrary to their rules in May or June 2023. Never happened. I’m guessing I was hacked, as the platform isn’t all that secure. My comments when I started this conversation were merely to highlight the hypocrisy of these social media turds.”

Then again, Musk’s free speech push hasn’t exactly attempted to be “fair” at all. We don’t know anything about Houthi arms dealers, but just try typing the word “cisgender” in response to someone sharing a Nazi talking point or the N-word to see what we mean.

Travis Kelce‘s reunion with Taylor Swift didn’t last long, unfortunately. Early Monday morning, DailyMail.com broke the news the NFL star made a mad dash from the singer’s Rhode Island home after the lovely weekend they spent together. As we previously reported, the pair had a heck of a house party, full of their A-list friends as they celebrated Tay Tay finally finishing out her Eras Tour. With football season rapidly approaching, though, Trav had to take off back towards Kansas City after the little break.

The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end was photographed at the airport around midnight in some casual clothes and a baseball cap in order to keep a low-profile, leaving Taylor back at holiday house with her friends. He’s expected to attend the Kansas City Sports Awards to receive the “Sportsperson of the Year” honor. He had a two hour flight to get back home, leaving plenty of time for him to get prepped for the ceremony.

Man, these two are so busy! We’re glad they’re not letting it keep them from seeing one another whenever they can! But man they are putting some miles on those jets!

Doting dad Bradley Cooper brought his 7-year-old daughter to the house party — which he was attending with girlfriend and longtime Taylor squad member Gigi Hadid. This, of course, comes after the pair were seen rocking out with Travis stage-side at The Eras Tour for a double date of sorts.

This really seems like a fun get together with all of Tay and Trav’s most beloved pals! Very much deserved after having to do the long distance thing for quite some time, right? So many good friends all together. What could be better??

This week, it came out that the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes liked a post on Instagram from Donald Trump from August 13 about the “2024 GOP platform.” The list consisted of 10 of the Republican presidential candidate’s plans, which included to “seal the border and stop the migrant invasion” and “keep men out of women’s sports.” Although Brittany has not openly endorsed a candidate — nor follows Trump at this time — this move is very telling and not a good look for her at all! The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is making his dreams come true and leaping from field to film! According to multiple outlets, Trav has officially landed a starring role in a new buddy cop film for Lionsgate called Loose Cannons! But this ain’t your granny’s average good cop, bad cop flick… No, the premise is really fun and meta!

You know how in every movie there’s that one out-of-control cop who’s close to the edge? Well, when two precincts have to merge after budget cuts, the two craziest cops get partnered together because no one else wants to work with them! So instead of putting the crazy cop with a with a rational guy, these two “loose cannons” are going to be each other’s problems! We’re talking bad cop, bad cop!

The movie is being produced by action vet Chad Stahelski, the stuntman who went on to direct the John Wick franchise — so you KNOW we’ll be getting some great action! On Tuesday, he took to X (Twitter) to announce:

No word yet on who will be cast to play Travis’ out-of-line counterpart, but we’re excited to hear who they land on! We wouldn’t hate it if they made it an all-NFL joint and cast Marshawn Lynch, who was HILARIOUS in last year’s Bottoms!

And guess what? That’s not all, because Taylor Swift’s boyfriend will ALSO be appearing in Happy Gilmore 2! Adam Sandler, himself, announced it during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday! He said:

“Travis has … he mentioned [wanting to be in the movie], so we have a nice something for Travis.”

The comedian added:

“He’s a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud and he’s so funny.”
