Amid her feud with her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, the 37-year-old actress has faced a ton of backlash on social media over the past few weeks. It isn’t just the IEWU promo stuff — several old interviews painting her in a pretty bad light have resurfaced. And it isn’t over yet! Fans slammed Blake for another one of her interviews, this time for a comment she made 10 years ago during a Vogue “73 Questions” video!

In the footage, posted in July 2014, the interviewer asks which movie she “laughed the hardest through.” And her reply? NOT a comedy! She said with a completely straight face:

“Shawshank Redemption.”

What?! The Shawshank Redemption is not a laugh riot! We’re talking about a tearjerker about men doing everything they can to endure a hellish, unfair prison system. Fantastic movie, one of the best. But not a comedy.

In her defense, it sounds like Blake was attempting to be funny here. However, fans did not take it that way! When a social media user posted the clip on TikTok this month, people swarmed the comments section to drag Blake. Some thought she was genuinely being sociopathic, others just thought her humor was falling flat. See what fans thought of her little joke (below):

Perezcious readers know the makeup mogul and the Call Me By Your Name star have kept their relationship private. Over several months they’ve only been seen a small handful of times out and about together, such as at the Golden Globes, at a Beyoncé concert, or on a local date night — and even then they tried to go low-profile. And other than her potentially going Instagram official with Timothée by accident, she doesn’t even post about him on social media!

It’s a complete 180 from her relationship with Travis Scott. Not to mention fans are just used to seeing all the big moments of her life play out online or through The Kardashians. But not this time.

And Kylie is loving the change. It’s why her relationship with the Wonka star isn’t up for discussion, not even during an interview with British Vogue on Tuesday! Explaining why not, she told the outlet:

“Privacy is so important to me in life.”

Keeping their romance so low-key “feels so good” to the reality star. As we mentioned, the feeling is “so good” that Kylie won’t even give us a little tea about Timmy. Damn.

Of course, that stance on the matter most likely comes from the fact the Kylie Cosmetics founder has been in the spotlight since she was a young child and started to film Keeping Up With the Kardashians with her family. She continued:

“I learnt at such a young age how to deal with all of this in the best way for me. So I don’t go crazy, if I am being honest.”

Even momager Kris Jenner pointed out to British Vogue that Kylie figured out how to protect her peace while dealing with the intense scrutiny from the public:

“When we started it was a different world that we lived in and we created this fanbase of hundreds of millions of people – if you add up our social media followings it’s billions of people. And you’re having people weigh in and give their opinion. She [had to] protect her soul. She has learnt to be emotionally available only to the people she feels really comfortable being around. She protects her mental health that way. Anywhere she goes it creates a lot of brouhaha. It can be very overwhelming.”

While sometimes fame is hard for Kylie, especially when she struggled with her self-image during her teen years, it isn’t all bad. The mom of two added:

“People ask me, ‘How do you deal with all this?’ I don’t remember a time before. I don’t really remember a time before there were the lights and the cameras.”

Yeah, she really doesn’t have anything to compare it to!

In a chat with Emma Chamberlain on the Anything Goes podcast out on Thursday, The Kardashians star got candid about struggling with her busy but isolating life on the road, she dished:

“I’m not gonna sit here and say that I’ve had the toughest journey. I think I’ve been extremely fortunate.”

Good to point that out! We mean, she is a super rich supermodel traveling the world. From an outsider’s perspective, it seems a little wild to complain about that — but, still, just cause she’s lucky doesn’t mean she’s immune to mental health challenges

The 28-year-old went on to share why modeling can be so hard for her — and it’s not due to any beauty pressures. She dished:

“But I also have had my own set of challenges, whether it’s [being] overworked or not getting a job that I would’ve really loved to get.”

Those things are never fun, and yet there’s something that makes her feel even worse. The 818 Tequila founder said what makes her most emotional as a model is all the time spent away from family and friends, she shared:

“It is very lonely. I’ve had really dark nights where I’ve been in random cities and just hysterically crying myself to sleep because I haven’t been home in three months and I’ve been pretty much alone the entire time.”

Oof.

The reality star pointed out that there have been times when she was working when “something really crazy happens at home that I would love to be there for and I’m being told I can’t be.” She mused:

“There’s been a lot of definite moments where I’m like, ‘What is going on, is this all worth it?'”

Dang. That cannot be easy!

But she must love modeling because she still puts up with all these tough moments when she doesn’t have to — she’s a Kar-Jenner after all. It’s not like she needs the paycheck (though it’s probably nice).

In order to stay grounded while she is working, Kenny likes “cleansing” her body by taking a shower or “submerging” herself in water (which she credits to her being a Scorpio). She also takes walks and does frequent digital detoxes. She didn’t have all bad things to say, either, the socialite continued:

“It really is a beautiful thing to be able to travel the world the way I have. I probably would’ve never traveled the way I have or the amount that I have had I not had this job. I’ve met a lot of amazing people. I feel very grateful for my experience.”

Again, we’re glad she recognizes the privileges she has!

That said, she’s been open about struggling with anxiety since she was just 7, telling Vogue in their summer 2024 issue in June:

“I don’t see why I shouldn’t be honest about it. In my career right now I feel really stable, really hopeful. But I’ve had a tough two months. I haven’t been myself, and my friends see it. I’m more sad than usual. I’m way more anxious than usual.”

She furthered:

“So I’m not going to sit here and act like everything’s perfect. That’s life — I’m always going to be in and out of those feelings. In past interviews, when someone’s asked me about my mental state, it’s always been, ‘I’m great right now, but this is what I’ve dealt with.’ Well, right now I’m actually in it.”

Everybody’s gotta deal with these kinds of challenges from time to time. Not easy! But hopefully, her vulnerability helps her feel less alone in this! And like she said, modeling ain’t all bad!

Four months after her baby girl came into the world, the mother-daughter duo graced the cover of British Vogue for its August issue. In the snaps, Suki sported a long fringed coat by Bottega Veneta while she held her little one close to her chest in front of a garden background. Another photo showed the momma cradling her daughter in her arms once again — but this time she rocked a stunning gold Dior dress with a Charvet silk scarf to match. Check out the photos (below):

Amazing!!! In an accompanying interview, Suki also opened up about welcoming a child with fiancé and perennial internet’s boyfriend Robert Pattinson. Daisy Jones & The Six star revealed they were expecting their first child  at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico in November 2023. While the news of her pregnancy came as a shock to many fans, Suki revealed to the outlet they fully “planned” to have a kid:

“We really planned it. One day we looked at each other and said, ‘Well, this is as ready as we’re going to be.’ I was like, ‘What can make more chaos?’”

Ha! Once her baby girl arrived in March though, motherhood was “shocking in every way” to her the first few days — especially when it came to breastfeeding. The OMG singer recalled how “alarmed” she was once she realized a baby needed to be fed “every two hours,” saying:

“I was alarmed in the hospital when they kept waking me up. I was like, ‘Excuse me? Is this what this entails?’”

Don’t worry! Plenty of other moms also have been there, girl! But what got her through the birth and this new phase in her life? A rap playlist. Oh, and Robert, of course! She shared:

“He was there with me and like all dads, he was really nervous, but for someone who’s quite an anxious person, he’s been very calm.”

And as a girl dad? Suki went on to gush about how the Twilight alum is “the dad I could have hope for” her kiddo, adding:

“I mean a dad and his daughter? It’s an actual love story.”

Becoming a momma has obviously had a massive impact on Suki’s life. She now no longer “has the mental capacity to care” about any online hate she gets — not when she has her daughter at home. Suki explained:

“Now I have this anchor. And I’m so happy all the time to go home and see her little gummy smile.”

Ultimately, the actress feels she finally got everything she’s ever wanted through Robert and their child. Talking about the track To Love off her upcoming album Memoir of a Sparklemuffin, she said:

“I had a very clear feeling of being like, ‘Oh, wow, Rob and I have been together six years and I’m still really into this.’ That’s never happened to me before, that’s like a crazy thing. This love and having a family and having a little world… Whatever happens, this is my dream.”

The rapper got slammed this week after she completely blanked on the name of the designer for her giant black dress, Sensen Lii of Windowsen. In an interview she could only recall that “they’re Asian and everything.” Many called her out for the inadvertently racist comment, including Vogue’s former managing director Gilbert Cheah.

Cheah blasted Cardi for forgetting the designer’s name and just calling him “Asian.” He said:

“For the record and recognition, and no thanks to Cardi B, the designer of her gown is Sensen Lii who’s Chinese. The gown took two months to make. I personally think it’s boring and not even on theme but she chose it and should have at least remembered his name and not just that he’s ‘Asian.’”

Now Cardi is defending herself — and calling out Gilbert. Don’t expect her to apologize for the remark, though. She’s simply full of excuses in this video! The Grammy winner said she “had a lot of things on” her mind and was “very scared” since she didn’t get to pose on a podium as she rehearsed and was rushed to the front of the line that night:

“I kind of forgot how to pronounce the designer’s name because his name is a little bit complicated… my mind was just racing. I think the former director of Vogue got offended because I said Asian designer. I said Asian designer because I know that the designer was Asian, but I wasn’t sure what nationality the designer was. And I feel like it’s offensive if I was to be like, ‘Oh, some Chinese designer. Oh, some Korean designer. Or some Vietnamese designer.’ I feel like get somebody’s nationality mixed up so I said an Asian designer. I didn’t say that to be offensive or to get your little speedos in a bunch.”

No one is upset because she didn’t say, “they’re Chinese.” The whole point is that reducing anyone to a nationality/race/etc is BAD! If you can’t remember because everything is so hectic, just say that! Or better yet, have an assistant whose whole job is to remember for you! You know that’s what you’ll be asked on the carpet!

In a new video for Vogue, the 56-year-old singer recalled how she wore a massive wedding tiara featuring 2,000 Swarovski crystals with a veil fanning out the top for the special day in December 1994. When the songstress rehearsed the ceremony wearing the headpiece in a big ballroom, she thought she could “manage the weight” of it. However, she never practiced walking down the aisle in the cathedral where the nuptials took place, so things didn’t go as smoothly as she anticipated. Céline explained:

“When you’re so happy, there’s no weight, there’s no problem, there’s no pain. I practiced and everything is smooth and everything is fine, but when I had to walk in the cathedral, it’s no wooden floor, it’s a carpet. I had an immediate facelift. And it’s like, ‘Am I going to make it? Am I going to make it to my future husband? But like I said, ‘Oh, I’m Gonna Run to You.’ I did.”

Thankfully, the rest of the celebration turned out OK. But at the end of the night? She realized she injured herself from the tiara! OMG! Céline continued:

“When we removed the tiara, I had a cut because the pressure was too much. The next day, I wake up I look at myself in the mirror, I have the size of an egg in the middle of my forehead.”
